The Good:
Excellent service by the staff!
Comfortable beds, across the street from the main train and metro hub--quick access to most city spots directly or with one transfer. Security measures in place to lower risk of crime. Quiet room. Iron and ironing board by request.

The Bad:
Pickpockets everywhere!
Small room-but thats a problem in many hotels. Shower leaked every shower a little on the bathroom floor and did not drain fast enough. Would have appreciated an extra towel standard.

Wir waren im März 2025 für 4 Übernachtungen im Hotel Whistler. Die Lage ist wirklich top, fußläufig sind beide Bahnhöfe innerhalb weniger Minuten zu erreichen. Wir sind mit dem Zug aus München angereist. Zunächst waren wir skeptisch da die Gegend für Touris eigentlich nicht empfohlen wird. Wir haben uns aber zu keinem Zeitpunkt unsicher gefühlt. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich und verlief reibungslos. Das Zimmer ist klein aber sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet. Das Bad ist sehr geschmackvoll designed und mit einem Fenster sowie Zugang zu einem kleinen Balkon ausgestattet. Das Frühstück ist in Ordnung, etwas wenig Auswahl aber der Kaffee ist gut. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Hôtel très bien situé près de la gare du Nord. Le personnel est très qualifié. Le petit déjeuner est vraiment très bien.
La déco est sur le thème ferroviaire.
La chambre est très propre, insonorisée et relativement grande pour Paris.
Le hammam : que du bonheur !!!!
Petit plus pour nous permettre d'y déposer nos bagages avant le check in et de pouvoir les laisser après le check out. En résumé Super séjour dans cet hôtel ????

Petit hôtel 4* situé à 2 pas de la Gare du Nord à l'accueil chaleureux. Le petit-déjeuner est proposé sous forme de buffet et les départs de trains sont affichés en direct. Ambiance inspirée des trains mythiques de la Belle Époque, décoration originale. Chambre climatisée et insonorisée ce qui nous a permis de passer une nuit tranquille. Bouteille d'eau et petit chocolat en guise de bienvenue. Connexion Wifi gratuite. Malheureusement nous n'avions pas assez de temps pour profiter du hammam compris dans le prix de la chambre. Hôtel à la propreté irréprochable à recommander sans hésitation.

Relativ kleines ,aber feines Hotel mit Liebe zum Detail.Praktisch gelegen am Gare du Nord,dadurch super Anbindung auch zur Metro .Das Viertel rund um den Bahnhof ist, wie in anderen Städten auch, nicht sehr einladend.
Freundliches und aufmerksames Personal .
Wir hatten ein Zweibettzimmer im 1.Stock ,zu erreichen per Treppe oder Aufzug.Kleines Manko : Die schlecht schließende Schiebetür zum Bad ,und die Vorhänge ließen sich nicht vollständig schließen .
Ansonsten alles pikobello- j
eden Tag eine Flasche Wasser auf dem Zimmer ,und frische Handtücher im Bad.
Es gab 4 deutschsprachige Fernsehprogramme ,für uns völlig ausreichend.
Das Frühstücksbuffet beinhaltet eine sehr gute Auswahl auf kleinem Raum.Kaffeeautomat,2 Sorten Saft , 2 Sorten Brot, Croissants,kleine Pancakes,Kuchen, Marmelade,Wurst, Schinken, Käse, Lachs, Rührei,Bacon, Würstchen etc..
Wir waren sehr zufrieden und würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

The hotel is super close to Gare du Nord so it’s perfect to connect with many metro lines, the RER, and even trains that go to other countries. It’s also very close to Gare de l’Est (aka, the Orient Express).

It has comfortable beds, air conditioning that was working during spring (very important if you like air circulation and an overall cool temperature to sleep. The hotel also offers an elevator!

FYI, the area can be a bit iffy at first, but overall it is safe.

As we arrived in Paris at the Gare du Nord, this was perfect for us. Great location, the staff were very friendly, the room and facilities were excellent. Loved the railway theme! We’d certainly stay here again.

This was a nice quaint hotel. They are located closer to the main train station and bus routes. The breakfast was a little pricey but in line with what other hotels were charging. There are grocery stores nearby. The only thing missing was there was no refrigerator but not a big deal. I would highly recommend.

Great location 2 min from Gare de nord, stylish , downstairs has a nice area where you have breakfast, or can sit during the day - complimentary hot drinks went down well. Initially we were put in a room where the toilet and shower/ sink were separate which was inconvenient for us however after speaking with staff they moved us. The rooms are a bit dark , they never fully lit up well but this does add to the mystique.

Had a great stay at Hotel Whistler. The room was very nice and spacious, with great attention to detail. The bathroom was modern and clean with plenty of space. I was initially cautious about being in a room facing the road but they did the insulation very well which blocked the outside noise. The staff were helpful and friendly too. I’ve stayed in many hotels in Paris and this is definitely great value and very comfortable

Very comfortable boutique hotel near Gare du Nord, so very convenient for the station if you’re getting in late or leaving early (otherwise the area isn’t the best, as you probably know).
Spacious and comfortable room, large bed, very large bathroom with Italian style shower. This is definitely 4* territory, with a lot of attention to detail. All rooms are facing the street but it’s well insulted (double-glazed windows), so I didn’t hear anything and slept very well.
Excellent value for the space you get and quality of the room and bathroom.

The main thing to improve in my view is the breakfast - pastries looked stale and poor quality (so I didn’t even try), the baguette was just ok and the selection overall wasn’t great.
Regardless I’d be happy to stay there again and believe it’s probably one of the best hotels in the area.

We had a excellent stay at this hotel. The staff were very kind, we got a free upgrade, they provided us with electrical converters etc.

The room service was fast, food was beautiful and to top it all off was the couples private sauna and steam room. Where you could be indulging in much needed relaxation that was totally unharmed by any interruption at all.

The rooms with windows / doors opening onto the street below were perfect. The rooms are small but absolutely perfect for us on a one night layover stay.

Not sure about the area etc, but being right next to the station, there was always taxi available and other transit to get you where you want to go.

Give me the chance.... I will be back.

Comparing to the hotel in 75001, the arrangement of the room is much more reasonable. Have ac, breakfast included, convenient location. We came at 10:30 am and stored our luggage here and when we checked in at 4 pm the luggage has been sent to the room. One minor thing is that you can hear the noise from train 5am to 10pm but bearable to me

Absolute convenient location across the road from Gare Du Nord. Rooms are beautiful, stylish, small, and compact.

Service wise : Charles, the night duty front desk welcomed us really well. However, the housekeeping team need to pull up their socks. I did not receive an extra pillow after repeated requests for 2 days. The night before leaving, I complained about this to Charles, and he managed to bring one for me. The housekeeping even forgot to restock my tissue box on the 3rd day. On top of that, they just folded my damp towels and placed it as a new one for the day (which I left on the floor for them to replace). This level of hygiene is unacceptable for a 4 Star Hotel Standard.

This was the worst experience I have ever encountered in Paris. This establishment is NOT CHILD FRIENDLY and are not forthright regarding their policies. Since we arrived at night the two ladies at the front desk said that they'd allow us to stay for two nights, but because I had a child I would have to find alternative accommodations. They informed me I would be refunded for the remaining 7 nights. In the short time we spent there I was given multiple reasons from different people regarding the policy on children. While working this out with my booking agent, it was approaching checkout time and we were packed, yet the concierge said we could stay an hour past the checkout time to get the refund with my booking agent all sorted. He then lied to me and charged me an extra night and told me that I misunderstood him and continued to argue with me and tell me I should be thankful they even let us stay for the time we were there. The absolute rudest and most dishonest staff. The manager never even bothered to show up at any point to assist. We were more than happy to leave.

In response to the manager: You must have me confused with another guest, I do not have a 12 year old child.
However, I confirmed ahead of time that the room I booked accommodated 3 people. I've attached a screenshot showing proof of such.

北駅から徒歩１分の好ロケーション。周辺には飲食店、スーパーもあります。
部屋は宿泊価格から想像していたものより狭い。そして照明が非常に暗い。
部屋のテーブルも小さいです。
バスタブはないのでバスタブ派の人には向きません。
朝食は満足できました。

First and foremost the staff was kind and attentive. The rooms were clean and we had little treats waiting for us when we arrived. The hammam was a great perk. The location and proximity to gate du nord can't be beat. Great value and experience.

Un hôtel chaleureux où le personnel est aux petits soins. Voyageur professionnel, je suis toujours bien reçu dans cet hôtel à taille humaine. Les chambres, bien que petites sont confortables.

Nous sommes trois à avoir séjourné dans votre hôtel le samedi 16/12/2023 et je tiens à vous faire part de la merveilleuse expérience que nous avons eue avec Charles, l'employé de la réception.
Il a été très serviable et arrangeant en nous réservant un taxi pour l'aéroport le lendemain matin.
Il a également été très instructif et nous a recommandé plusieurs bons restaurants.
C'était un vrai plaisir de parler avec lui et vous avez beaucoup de chance de l'avoir dans votre équipe. Nous avons apprécié notre conversation avec lui et nous aurions pu lui parler pendant des heures. C'est certainement une personne à garder !
Les chambres étaient très propres et l'emplacement était parfait pour notre séjour.
