The worst four-star hotel I’ve ever stayed in, don’t understand why this is a four-star hotel.

EXTREMELY OVERRATED, OVERPRICED
and STAY AWAY from this hotel if you don’t want to waste your money on this hotel and the tax for the 4-star hotel in Paris.
Paid £190 per night and I needed to ask for some bottled water while the night staff questioned why I needed bottled water (it’s because you didn’t put the water in my room).
EXTREMELY UNFRIENDLY ATTITUDE. From the night staff (the fat one)

Hotel de 4 estrellas.. de qué época? Habitaciones lúgubres y anticuadas. El sofá cama de la habitación es pésimo. Baño correcto y con buenos.productos de higiene. Secador d elos pequeños...
El desayuno muy bueno y el personal atento. El ascensor diminuto para 2 personas!

Ein schönes Hotel mit sauberen Zimmern und neuen Duschen. Was jedoch sehr negativ aufgefallen ist, war die Lautstärke in den Zimmern. Die Türen waren überhaupt nicht schalldicht und man hat alles durchgehört. Wenn man ein Zimmer am Aufzug hat, wird man bei jeder Benutzung von einem lauten Poltern geweckt. Leider gab es keinen Kühlschrank.

Lovely hotel and very friendly staff, I will say that the actual area the hotel is based in can be sketchy and somewhat dangerous at night especially which was told to us by our taxi drivers and own experience. The hotel also is not in a walkable distance to the Eiffel tower

El Hotel se encuentra justo al lado de la Peor zona de París. No hay limpieza diaria en las habitaciones, ni te hacen la cama. Cucarachas y otros insectos en la zona del Buffet.Sofá cama en el que no pueden dormir niños , es muy antiguo, colchón muy fino y se clavan todo. Nos cambiaron a dos habitaciones dobles para la siguiente noche. Personal de 10, lo único bueno de ese establecimiento , te ayudan en todo e intenta solucionar cualquier problema.

Great hotel. Close to Gare du Nord and the metro station. Staff are friendly and welcoming and very helpful especially Sedric who took his time explaining the metro system to us. The shower was also amazing and hot!! I would definitely stay here again.

Hôtel proche de la gare du Nord et de la gare de l'Est, très bien située. Bon rapport qualité-prix. Literie très confortables. Nous n'avons pas prit de petit-déjeuner mais vous avez à disposition du café, du thé, de l'eau aromatisée et des viennoiseries. Il y a également une bagagerie. Personnel très sympathique et réception ouverte 24/7. Nous choisirons très certainement cet hôtel lors d'une prochaine visite.

Such wonderful staff and comfortable accommodations. We loved the location, which was away from the touristy area, giving us a more local experience, yet easy to get to transportation to see all the things. The beds and shower were divine after long days out on the town.

Je vais être bref et factuel.

En une nuit, 12 morsures de punaises de lit.

Nous avions une réunion de prévue avec nos clients, dans le bâtiment de l'établissement dédié aux réunions en face de l'hôtel.

La porte était gardée par une dizaine de sans abris. Professionnellement, l'image renvoyée n'est pas terrible, sans parler de l'odeur.

Je ne reviendrai pas et ne recommande pas cet établissement.

Accueil très professionnel, bagages étiquettés avec soin avant le dépôt à la consigne, chambre très bien insonorisée, petit déjeuner très bon , choix de produits bio et buffet regarni en permanence. Proximité d'un garage avec voiturier.

Breakfast is served, again clean and plenty of it always refilling and lady is very immaculate with cleaning up and pleasant.
Highly recommend the hotel .
Close to metro and eurostar.

Super nice hotel in perfect location near gare du Nord. The hotel is very stylish and incredibly clean. Free coffee and pastries available in the day also. The beds are so comfy.

The staff are incredibly accommodating and very friendly making my stay even better. I arrived with a lot of heavy bags and the staff helped me always with them and even left them in my room waiting for me. Special shout out to Ruhul the receptionist who is great, fluent in English and French and is so helpful and kind.

Stayed here for the second time and the hotel remains impeccable- Jessica at the front desk was amazing and so helpful!

Vi nøt oppholdet vårt her. Rommet vi fikk var fint med greit bad. Rent og pent. Nært togstasjonen med tilkomst rett til flyplassen. Vi spiste ikke på hotellet, men gikk ut å spiste frokost på ulike småsteder i området rundt. Anbefales gor opplevelses skyld.
Vi brukte omtrent 20 minutter på å gå ned til Louvre og områdene rundt. På vei ned var mange fine bakeri og cafér litt utenfor turistkjernen som hadde litt bedre priser og langt mindre kø enn i selve turistgatene. Anbefaler området nordvest for hotellet. Der finnes en gammel kirke/katedral på en høyde. Mange skjulte perler og mye fint å se rundt her.

Molt bon servei, des de l'arribada fins a la sortida. El personal molt gentil i pendent de les necessitats, especialment el responsable de l'Hotel, sempre amb bona disposició, guia i acolliment.
El esmorza de molt bona qualitat i variat.
La zona és segura i està molt prop de Gare du Nord
Allotjar-nos aquí va contribuir al fet que, en família, tinguem una experiència meravellosa en Paris.

We stayed here for one night only before we moved to our next apartment closer to the centre as this place did a more flexible check in time when we arrived from our International flight. It was in a good spot, and was close to a neighbourhood of bakeries and a superette. Kind reception staff and the rooms weren’t too bad! The only thing that happened was we lost a pair of shoes in the room, must of been tucked under the bed, and then realised it only a couple hours max after check out, contacted the hotel to enquire about if they had been handed into lost property and they were not anywhere to be found which is a bit odd

We enjoyed our one-night stay. Everyone we interacted with at the front desk was welcoming and helpful, and we had a very comfortable stay in our room. The foldout bed was already out and nicely made, which was great!

Un bel hôtel avec un personnel compétent et très agréable. Ce qui est particulièrement agréable, c'est que l'on peut obtenir gratuitement du café et du thé tous les jours toute la journée dans la salle du petit-déjeuner joliment décorée.

Nous remercions vivement l'équipe de l'hôtel Le Rocroy pour ce beau séjour à Paris et souhaitons au personnel de l'hôtel beaucoup de bonheur et de paix pour l'année 2024.

Nous avons passé trois nuits dans cet hôtel et nous espérons déjà y retourner bientôt. Tout d'abord, il faut mentionner la gentillesse particulière du personnel. Nous avons été accueillis si gentiment et, sans exagérer, je dirais même chaleureusement. C'était vraiment agréable. L'hôtel est propre, moderne, l'aménagement est bien pensé et de bon goût. Aucune rénovation n'est nécessaire. Dans d'autres hôtels à Paris, on ne peut pas souvent dire cela. Nous trouvons l'emplacement parfait avec la proximité de la Gare de l' est et de la Gare du Nord. Nous n'avons pas utilisé le petit déjeuner, car nous ne buvons que du café le matin. Mais il avait l'air très bon. À bientôt, j'espère !

Recommandé, bel hôtel situé au centre avec une réception multilingue sympathique. Chambres agréables, petit déjeuner buffet international moderne (auparavant au sous-sol, maintenant dans une salle meublée moderne au rez-de-chaussée). A distance de marche de la Gare du Nord (5 minutes) et de tous les autres sites touristiques de Paris. Montmatre à 30 minutes, Place Concorde à 45 minutes. Bien sûr, vous pouvez aussi prendre le métro, mais alors vous ne verrez rien de Paris ????

J'ai atterri à l'hôtel Le Rocroy par hasard, après l'avoir choisi pour sa situation, suite à un désagrément que j'avais eu avec un autre hôtel réservé par Booking. Ce fut une agréable surprise. Personnel aimable et serviable. Excellent rapport qualité-prix. Chambres propres, fonctionnelles et confortables. Petit déjeuner buffet (+ 10 euros). Prix correct pour ce qui est proposé. Emplacement stratégique. 10 minutes de la République et 20 de l'Opéra. Je reviendrai sans aucun doute ! P.S. Il y a du café et du thé à volonté à tout moment.

L'hôtel est très bien. Les chambres ne sont pas particulièrement spacieuses (comme la plupart des chambres à Paris) mais elles sont modernes, bien meublées et propres. La salle de bains est confortable. Nous avons réservé le petit déjeuner pour 10 € et il valait chaque centime car il était bon et abondant. D'ailleurs, il y a une machine à café dans la salle de petit-déjeuner où vous pouvez vous servir différents types de café gratuitement à toute heure (un gros plus). Malgré la proximité de la gare du Nord, il n'y a pas d'atmosphère de gare, il s'agit plutôt d'un quartier calme et très proche de Montmartre et du métro. La cerise sur le gâteau a été la réceptionniste Adeline, très bonne, souriante et sympathique, mais aussi professionnelle et serviable. En bref, notre séjour dans cet hôtel, qui a duré 5 nuits, a dépassé nos attentes. Et sans l'ombre d'un doute, nous y retournerons ou le recommanderons à d'autres.
