Nice building, location, and staff, but they host concerts which will definitely keep you awake until they end, as the rooms face the venue. Not recommended.

La responsable SOPHIE PERGUE est d’une impolitesse sans nom. Pas un sourire, aigrie comme jamais, elle accueille les clients d’une manière qui laisse à penser qu’elle n’a pas envie d’être là. Quand on lui demande de payer en espace elle dit que ce n’est pas possible mais deux seconde après elle réussi à trouver de la monnaie. On reviens pour commander une autre boisson, elle nous la refuse en prétextant ne pas avoir de verre?? Pour qu’au final ce soit son collègue qui nous sert. Bref tout ça pour dire que la personne de madame Sophie PERGUE n’a rien à faire et surtout n’es pas douée dans l’accueil des clients.

Un bon hôtel mais de là à dire que c'est un palace 5* ... Hum !
Tv envahissante au milieu de la chambre (heureusement retractable dans son coffre) WC dans la salle d'eau (pas de séparation) 1 seul chaise autour de la table et 1 patère pour pendre la serviette de douche (à croire que la chambre n'est pas pour 2 personnes)
Bref chambre confortable, au calme sur le patio intérieur, personnel accueillant, et tarif trop cher

Extrêmement déçue de mon expérience: Que ce soit l’accueil très froid , la non prise en charge ou assistance pour diriger le client et s’assurer que tout va bien j’ai dû demander à chaque fois des informations ou des choses qui normalement aurait dû être préciser dès l’accueil . Nous n’avons pas du tout été mis à l’aise.
Le massage très déçue aussi les indications que j’avais demandée n’ont pour ma part pas été respectée.
Le seul point positif c’est le petit goûter servie sur une petite terrasse avec cette fois ci un accueil plus chaleureux qui se rapproche plus des « 5 étoiles » de cet hôtel. C’était la première fois que je venais ça sera la dernière fois pour ma part. Je déconseille cet expérience.
Je précise que cet avis concerne uniquement le SPA de l’hôtel où j’ai réservé « l’expérience gourmande » avec spa+massage+goûter pour 2 personnes .

Nous avons passé un moment au spa by Sothys c'était génial. Le personnel est adorable et l'endroit est très reposant.
Les massages sont personnalisés et très bien réalisés. Tout était parfait !! ????
Merci aux masseurs/masseuses - Elena et Ludovic.
Je recommande, nous avons passé une belle après-midi.
Le goûter au Martin était super bon aussi!

We had a problem checking in as the room was not ready for our 3pm check in… but they made it up by upgrading us to a Junior suite which was amazing. Great view, great location, nice restaurant, comfortable bed and pillows. I also liked the Brita water fountain on the floor where you can refill water. I would book again when visiting Paris.

The location of this hotel could not be better steps from the metro, tons of things to see and do nearby, and hundreds of places to eat and drink. The staff is very nice and go out of their way to make sure everyone feels at home. The rooms are not overly large, but adequate considering it’s Paris. The bathroom is a strange set up with glass walls so if you are sharing a room with someone that you don’t know very well that could be problematic. Luckily, I had a room to myself. I would not recommend getting a room on the first floor. I was surprised my first night to realize that I could hear the metro, and considering that I am partially hard of hearing I cannot imagine how loud it actually was for a normal hearing person. My friend had a room on the fifth floor, and had no issues. I did not eat in the hotel because of all the options within walking distance so I cannot comment on the restaurant & bar. Overall, I would stay here again, but would request a higher floor.

Avec ma sœur, nous avons passé un moment hors du temps au sein du SPA.
Les massages de Naïma et Elena étaient très relaxant.
Nous sommes sorties complètement détendues.
Et nous n'avons qu'une envie : y retourner !!!

We recommend this hotel in spite of the street renovations in front of the hotel! The rooms exceed our standards for plenty of clean towels, bathroom amenities, great a/c and a nespresso coffee machine! We stay at a Marriott property at the beginning and end of our self-guided bicycle trips because we find the staff to be so friendly and helpful! The front desk staff; Emma and a young man (whose name I didn't get) are very kind and welcoming! Omar, at the concierge desk, is so helpful with bags, bikes, and restaurant recommendations! I just want to add that it very much pays to become a Bonvoy member!! Marriott does a great job of rewarding loyalty, and we enjoyed a fantastic breakfast each morning of our stay as well as a welcome drink each stay! One of the many reasons we love the Marriott brand!

Je suis venue hier pour le Spa et un massage et suis ravie de mon expérience. Très bon accueil, le bassin à remous et le hammam étaient très propres et la décoration raffinée. Le massage suédois prodigué ensuite par Angélique etait très agréable. Un moment d'exception, je reviendrai

陶器類を持ち帰るのに梱包を用意してくれたり、タックスリファンド書類のプリントアウト、タクシーやレストランの予約など親身に手伝ってくれて、４泊したが居心地よく過ごすことができた。
たまにターンダウンサービスがされていないこともあったが、指摘するとすぐに対応してくれ、嫌な思いをするということが全くなかった。

This is a nice modern hotel in a really bad area of Paris. There were homeless sleeping in tents on the sidewalks right outside the hotel and police activity almost nightly during our 3 night stay. You will basically sleep here and then get out of the neighborhood for your day and evening. The hotel is a good 10-15 minute walk to the Le Marais, it is NOT in the Le Marais. The rooms are very nice and the bed and linens are great. The bathroom is probably the worst design I have ever seen in a hotel. If you value privacy while using the bathroom, this is NOT the hotel for you. It's an open concept bathroom with windows and a door that provides no privacy or soundproofing. The shower was really difficult to operate and not a pleasant experience. I think Paris is trying to clean up this neighborhood and having a "5 star" hotel in the area is part of the plan. This is not a 5 star hotel. It's a solid 4 star and overpriced due to the neighborhood.

SPA - Hammam, massage et goûter ☕️

Nous avons réservé une prestation via Hôtel Break et nous n’avons pas été déçus ! L’accueil et le service sont d’une grande qualité. Albane et Léna nous ont divinement bien massés tandis que le sauna, le Hammam et le jacuzzi ont achevé de nous détendre. Une pause qualitative et pleine de douceur que nous recommandons ????

Belle découverte du spa Sothys avec un temps de relaxation dans l’espace jacuzzi et hammam. Ensuite massage sur mesure de détente musculaire très approfondie avec Naima, excellente praticienne.
Je recommande vivement !
