Ottimo hotel. Camera Superior un pò piccola ma estremamente pulita e un bagno all'altezza di un 4 stelle....manca il frigorifero, il bagno ha una doccia grande e il letto è comodissimo. Molto carino il balconcino. Personale disponibile e cordiale. La posizione ottimale con la fermata della Metro a 20 metri (praticamente sotto l'hotel).

There was 20 degrees outside and still have winter duvets without providing any alternative. Wi-fi did not work at all. Rooms too small and claustrophobic

I stayed here for 4 days alone and never felt unsafe. The location is great and very close to the train and the staff was welcoming.

The rooms are quite small and besides the lobby everything else isn’t up to date or well maintained. Stained carpets everywhere made it look really cheap and old. Convenient location to stay 1-2 nights max.

Hotel muy correcto de París. Amabilidad en el servicio y unas habitaciones confortables. La recepción es muy amplia, y está a un tiro de piedra de la Plaza de la República.

The room was very small and had no windows. We had no space to open our suitcases. The coffee spoon was dirty. The receptionist didn’t want to bring an adapter to the room, rather my husband had to go downstairs to get it. The breakfast is very bad for 16EUR (small selection and takes them a long time to refill), you are better off booking without breakfast and buying it somewhere else in the area. Though, the bed was comfortable and the shower was good.

Très mauvaise expérience dans cet hôtel. La chambre ne ressemblait en rien aux photos : abîmée, mal entretenue et surtout sale (ongles au sol, taches suspectes sur les oreillers, cheveux…). Un vrai manque d’hygiène.

Autre gros problème : l’hôtel prélève directement 150 à 200 € (selon le solde restant sur votre compte, première fois que je vois ça) en plus pour la chambre, sans prévenir clairement. Résultat, j’ai dû passer mon week-end sans argent… Inadmissible.

The maintenance of bath room was terrible. Can’t even take hot shower and the drain is always stuck. All I admire is just the location. Highly not recommended.

Little hotel, little rooms but I had not the feeling of need more space. It's smartly distributed, and close to the center.

Pessimo comportamento, non colpa dello staff che esegue la politica aziendale, ma pessimo comportamento. Se si offre la possibilità di pagare all'arrivo con tariffa più alta allora non vi dovete permettere di utilizzare le carte di credito a vostro piacimento, per preautorizzare ,cosa peraltro assolutamente non legale a meno che non vi sia una concessione scritta e firmata dal cliente. Il fatto che la prenotazione viene fatta su Booking non significa che sia legale. Perché conta il regolamento della banca non di Booking. Se voglio preparare lo faccio di mio non scelgo la tariffa standard. Saluti

This cozy but modern hotel was great: well-located, attentive and helpful staff, a welcoming lobby that served as a perfect gathering place for our group, and clean rooms. The shower issues mentioned in some other reviews are legitimate -- the floor was covered in water after just one short shower -- but as our stay was brief this wasn't a major issue for us.

Ik kan alleen maar heel positieve dingen zeggen over het hotel: mooi lobby, goed gelegen, vriendelijk personeel, mooie, rustige en propere kamer, lekker ontbijt. Wij gaan zeker terug wanneer we naar Parijs gaan.

Très bon hôtel, qui sent bon, et très propre.
Super emplacement avec proximité +++ avec le métro.
La literie est très confortable !
Les chambres sont petites mais nous sommes à Paris donc aucune surprise.
Le personnel est sympathique et le petit déjeuner qualitatif, nous garderons l'adresse !

House keeping threw my brand new pajama bottoms away with the towels and I have not heard back from the hotel if they were able to retrieve them from the laundry. They were not cheap either so I’m pretty annoyed with their negligence.

Room was fair sized in terms of Paris but not enough room to open and store 2 luggage at the same time. Window was facing a indoor courtyard. Husband felt claustrophobic.

Bathroom was nice.

Beautiful, clean and spacious hotel with great customer service and an amazing location. Easily walked to get food, and super super close to the metro. The staff were really helpful and welcoming. And the room was really well designed, clean, and had everything we needed! Would definitely stay again.

The staff was very accommodating and friendly. I think this is the best part. Rooms are of decent size for Paris but most importantly, well maintained and nicely designed. The bedroom furniture and bathroom utilities were all new and the housekeeping always cleaned the room very well every day. Definitely recommend this for those looking for an affordable and comfortable boutique hotel in Paris city center.

Un établissement très agréable aussi bien sur les services que sur les chambres. A noter la qualité de l'accueil literie et des oreillers, trop doux et super agréable. La chambre est bien équipée et très fonctionnelle. Quelques légère traces d'usures sur les murs, dommage pour un 4 étoiles. Mais sinon un excellent rapport qualité prix et le départ tardif à 12h est la norme . C'est à noter. Bref un bon séjour et bon accueil

Very nice hotel - really enjoyed our stay here.
Hotel room was very spacious - loads of storage.
Bed was really comfortable.
The air-con was excellent.
The location was fantastic - the nearest metro station is about a 2 minute walk from the front door - and the "connections" from there are superb. It is about a 15 minute walk from Gard du Nord.
The major downside was the shower - it leaks too much onto the floor - and as the door opens inwards, the floor gets too wet whilst waiting for the warm/hot water to arrive.
Also - the hot water runs out too quickly - there was none left by 10.30am when my wife went to take her shower.
The staff are very friendly.
Overall, I would certainly recommend the hotel.
The location is brilliant.

J'ai testé beaucoup d'hôtels dans le quartier pour mes séjours pro et celui là est dans mon top 3.

- Super literie, immense et confortable, oreillers impeccables.

- Salle de bain moderne et bien équipée.

- Globalement calme, j'étais sur cour donc sans vue mais on oublie vite que le le boulevard Magenta est à 20m.

- Prix très juste, voire faible pour le quartier.

- Seul bémol, pourquoi imposer une caution de 150€ alors qu'il n'y pas de mini bar ? Pas top car il faut quelques jours pour qu'elle soit annulée.

The ambience of the hotel is very nice. The room is very clean and it has all the things I need. However, the WiFi is really bad as it logged me in and out in almost every 15 min which is very frustrating. I hope the hotel can work on this matter.

Great location in Paris, lovely room with a small balcony, tasty bakery around the corner, easy to get to the station, Marais, many other places in town by Metro or on foot. The woman checking me at the front desk was very friendly. I really appreciated her offering to switch my room so that I could check it right away, instead of having me come back later. Great place for a quick stay in Paris when passing through.

The hotel is perfect for a city break, clean , nice and very friendly staff! We had a small problem as we forgot an item at the luggage lounge at the departure and they were very helpful on getting it delivered back to us!
We will definitely be back!! Thank you!
