I stayed at Hotel Providence for 5 nights with my family and we couldn't have had a more perfect trip. But before we even got there, the concierge they put me in contact with was incredible and helped me with every question and reservation that I threw at them. It truly helped make our trip to Paris so special. I arrived earlier than my other family members and came from a very long and sleepless flight. My room was unexpectedly ready at 11:00am which was such a pleasant surprise. It helped in warding off my jet lag! The rooms are comfortable, clean and stylish. I did not have a problem with street noise at night! They also provided a plug adaptor in my room which was great. The service at the bar for coffee and aperitifs was friendly and efficient. Just like every team member that helped us at Hotel Providence. I will definitely be returning on my next stay to Paris.

My experience in the hotel was good, but mixed. It is absolutely beautiful, it was clean, and everything worked. It had A/C and an elevator, which is critical after a long-haul flight. The staff was great, and was willing to accommodate an early check-in. The downsides were that it is extremely loud at night -- SO far beyond what I expected. Not just "lively fun crowd at midnight," which I can deal with, but "clearly unwell folks screaming bloody murder at 4am outside your window," which I could not deal with. This is not the hotel's fault, but it bears mentioning. The bedding was not comfortable, and a room that small vacillates between "too hot" and "too cold." I only slept about 2 hours.

Wir haben nicht übernachtet,sondern nur 2mal gegessen. Topp Qualität. Am ersten Tag waren wir am Nachmittag dort, super Service durch den Kellner.
Gestern Abend dann reserviert und kamen um 19 Uhr an. Der Chef war unfreundlich, arrogant, keine Begrüßung, nicht kundenfreundlich. Das ist wirklich schade, denn seine Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich. Ein ganz wunderbares Steak,perfekt gebraten.

The room is unbelievably tiny. It’s literally just a bed and bathroom. I’ve never seen a hotel room, let alone a 4 star hotel room, this small. Having said that, the entire hotel is super small; we were so confused walking in because the entire hotel is essentially one desk in a restaurant (plus of course the rooms upstairs). Also, we had a room that faced the street and there is zero insulation in the walls, we could hear every conversation on the street throughout the evening. I note that the hotel is on a lively street with bars across the street. Finally the bed and pillows were so uncomfortable. I don’t think we got a single good night sleep.

For the pros, the aesthetic was very cute and very friendly good service. There is a lot of cultural diversity in this neighborhood and could get all kinds of foods without a short walk.

Even with just a two-night stay, Hotel Providence managed to capture that elusive feeling of coming home. This remarkable establishment seamlessly blends luxury with genuine warmth, creating an experience that lingers in memory long after checkout.

No soundproofing, no coffee in room, wifi doesn’t work

My husband and I stayed at Hotel Providence Feb 12th through the 16th and we loved it. The staff is really warm and friendly (and helped us with our French!) Our room (Superior) was very comfortable. Closet space for 5 days was sparse but we made do and the in room bar was nice to have at the end of a long day sight seeing. The downstairs bar was cozy with candles and really cool music. Seemed like a very popular local place.

What a cute little gem with adorable Parisian charm. The staff was lovely and very attentive giving great suggestions for the perfect night of music and local entertainment! I will definitely come back !

This hotel is a real gem in Paris, a perfect spot if you like boutique hotels. The service is outstanding, super friendly and attentive. We got a room upgrade with a long balcony, which really added to the charm of the hotel. Our room was also clean and I liked the vibe the big minibar counter added to the room. I would highly recommend this hotel!

We had a delightful time at Hotel Providence. The hotel is charming, well-appointed and intimate. The staff was always helpful and friendly and the concierge was an incredible resource for us during our visit. We would highly recommend this hotel as a home away from home.

My wife and I stayed here for an extended weekend in Paris and it was amazing! The rooms are small but adorable. That is easy to see online but what you can't see in pictures is that the bed was quite comfortable and the shower had great pressure and all the red hot water you can handle.
For being in the city it was quiet at night and the staff was very pleasant.
I would definitely stay here again.

Amazing experience. We booked this hotel from America and have never been here before. We were absolutely blown away by the friendliness of staff & how clean everything was. Breakfast was great & everything was within walking distance and if you wanted to travel far, the train station was close. 10/10 recommend this place. My fiance and I would end the night at the bar with an amazing glass of wine and delicious dessert. We would absolutely return. Thank you team!

Un tres agréable repas de Noël au restaurant de l'hôtel. Atmosphère anglaise très cosy, service impeccable , souriant, très bonnes assiettes bien servies , bons vins Le tout pour un prix à la carte très raisonnable . Une très jolie soirée.

Beautifully decorated, stylish, warm and inviting. The bed is extremely comfortable and the café table on the balcony in the superior room was a nice touch. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and we had a wonderful four-night stay. ||I do want to note that this hotel is probably best suited to people who are traveling light, without a lot of luggage. Storage space is quite limited in the superior-size room. As others have noted, the cocktail bar adds charm and looks great in photos, but takes up much-needed space and isn’t very practical. ||Other than that, we have no complaints about this hotel and heartily recommend it for a magical getaway in Paris.

We had a wonderful meal here. Everyone in our group found it so hard to choose from the options on the menu! We think we were the only tourists here as it seemed all the other diners were speaking French. We didn't stay in the hotel but very much recommend the restaurant!

My husband and I had an amazing stay at Hotel Providence! The bed and pillows were so, so comfy and the room and bathroom were gorgeous! (It also helped that we went in the off season and the staff graciously upgraded us!) I loved the decor and style of the room, bathroom and downstairs restaurant and our balcony was lovely. It is a bit noisy on the weekend but we had a white noise machine that drowned out all sound. The thick windows and curtains helped as well. The room was clean and well-appointed with toiletries, hair dryer, water and an adapter plug. The hotel staff was so friendly and accommodating and we enjoyed having a drink at the bar at night. The location was wonderful - 1 block from the metro and close to tons of places by walking - pharmacy, wine bars, restaurants, etc. We loved returning to the hotel each night and called it our little home in Paris - it just felt so perfectly cozy and welcoming. We can’t wait to return to Paris and will definitely stay here again!

Cause travaux à la maison dans la même rue, nous avons pris une nuit à l’hôtel Providence au dernier moment. Nous allons déjà de temps en temps y prendre un verre ou un café sur la terrasse, bien arborée, dans la rue rené boulanger presque piétonne, et y avons dîné également précédemment. Nous ne connaissions pas les chambres et c’est une très belle découverte. Nous étions dans la Deluxe 22. Superbe déco, soignée, douillette chic et confortable. Joli souci du détail. Très grande salle de bain avec une baignoire au top. Les produits d’accueil sont de qualité et sentent très bon. Petit balcon bien aménagé pour prendre un café. Le personnel est charmant, aux petits soins, et efficace. Tout est à taille humaine et on se sent un peu à la maison. La carte du restaurant est disponible en room service. Une carte simple et efficace et il y en a pour tous les goûts. C’est bon et les produits sont de qualité. Pas du grand gastro, mais très correct et bien meilleur que certains restaurants du quartier. Une belle parenthèse de détente. En semaine, et pour les prestations proposées, les prix sont plutôt concurrentiels. Idéalement situé au cœur de Paris, proche des métros et de nombreux lieux accessibles à pied. Nous recommanderons ce lieu à nos connaissances de passage.

It's truly beautiful to be able to see and experience a high level of welcome and service these days. We arrived late at night, tired from our Madrid flight, yet we were made to feel instantly welcome. We sat at the bar to have our first meal while enjoying the buzz felt from the bar and restaurant clientele enjoying drinks and dinner.
We were most delighted by the welcome team at the front desk, the 24/7 concierge, the staff at breakfast, and also the restaurant staff. Nothing seemed hard!
Every moment spent in the hotel felt great. A boutique hotel with 18 rooms, each one designed and decorated in its unique way, best described as classic French - meets modern era interiors! Our room was incredibly clean, well-kept, and spacious. The restaurant was superb, we ate out some days but found the food in the hotel restaurant too good to not eat in. The pianist at dinner was awesome, the chef serving delicious gourmet food at a reasonable price considering the environment and quality of food. Location is excellent, within walking distance to cool cafes, bars and restaurants as well as the theatre. We have been to Paris many times, and yet this hotel experience was by far the easiest and most pleasant. Excellent hotel

A True Gem! I recently stayed at Hotel Providence and was thoroughly impressed. The decor was stunning. I especially appreciated the thoughtful in-room amenities, like the luxe bath products, bottled waters, and cocktail supplies. Breakfast was delicious and fresh with plenty of variety. Finally, the staff was incredibly kind and accommodating -- even upgrading my room. I highly recommend and will be returning.
