The room had an overwhelming smell of artificial fragrance, it was so bad that my wife and I both had a raging migraine within minutes. We opened the window and went for a walk hoping the smell would dissipate by the time we returned. However, it was just as bad or worse when we returned. Edvin came to our room and tried to fix the problem, without luck. We packed our bags (at this time it was already midnight) and decided to go to a different hotel. On our way out, Edvin was able to give us a room from a last minute cancellation, in which the smell was much better.
Without Edvin this would have been a massive failure and I'd be leaving a one star review. He tried very hard to help us, and in the end he was a huge help. Thank you Edvin for helping us have a good stay.

Πολύ καλό ξενοδοχείο, δίπλα στο σταθμό των τραίνων και του μετρό, ανακαινισμένα μοντέρνα δωμάτια, πολύ καλή καθαριότητα, πλούσιο σε πρωινό, και πολύ καλή τιμή για Παρίσι. Θα το ξαναπροτιμησώ!

Ein tolles Hotel in perfekter Lage. Sehr freundliches Personal. Die Rezeption ist rund um die Uhr besetzt. Kaffee, Tee und Wasser stehen jederzeit kostenfrei zur Verfügung. Die Zimmer (Doppelzimmer) sind sauber, haben eine ausreichende Größe und bei uns im 5. Stock war es vor allem sehr ruhig.
Einziges Manko, man konnte nur ein Fenster kippen, aber das ist Jammern auf hohem Niveau ????
Das Hotel liegt fußläufig vom Bahnhof entfernt und hat eine Metro Station in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Man kann sowohl bei Anreise als auch bei Abreise die Koffer verwahren lassen.
Alles in allem absolut zu empfehlen.

Hotel pequeño y acogedor, las habitaciones y zonas comunes impecables, los chicos de recepción maravillosos y muy atentos, tienes zona de estar para descansar y tomar algo al llegar de visitar París, te dan diariamente de cortesia botellas de agua, café y té, cerca de todo

This was my first stay at the Hotel Hor, but definitely not my last.
Hotel was great (service, personnel, cleanliness). Found the room totally soundproof so slept very well in a very comfortable quiet room and bed. Excellent location for the Eurostar and Metro underground to easily get around Paris. Area can get loud at night but this is not the hotels fault.
I would definitely recommend the Hotel Hor!

Super hôtel situé à proximité de la Gare du Nord.
Les chambres sont très bien et les prix pratiqués lors de notre visite étaient très raisonnables.
Le service était top et le personnel très souriant.
Le buffet du petit-déjeuner était vraiment bien.

Super hôtel! Personnel de qualité au service des clients, service top. Chambre impeccable.
Accueil très chaleureux qui n’hésite pas à rendre service, je les remercie pour le coup de main pour les fleurs de mon épouse.

Centrally located a few minutes walk from the Gare du Nord station. Many restaurants nearby. Rooms neat and clean, good staff who are very kind. Good buffet breakfast. Great stay. Highly recommend this hotel
