Au cœur d'Issy-les-Moulineaux, le Classics Hotel Parc des Expositions est à deux stations de métro du Parc des expositions de la Porte de Versailles, mais aussi tout près du stade Pierre de Coubertin, de Roland Garros, de la Tour Eiffel ou encore du Parc des Princes. Toutes les chambres, équipées de double vitrage, ont été rénovées récemment dans un style moderne et confortable. Elles sont très lumineuses et équipées d'un mobilier en merisier ce qui leur confère une note chaleureuse. Elles ont vue soit sur le patio et le jardin soit sur la rue Auguste Gervais.

When we tried to speak to someone about the issue while still at the hotel, we were told that the manager wasn't available and we were given a card with a contact email in order to send our complaint over.
They then reached out via automated message on Booking.com asking for feedback and a review, I explained the situation and requested a refund for the second night as our stay had been extremely disrupted. I was advised to send an email - which I did. This email and all subsequent emails were ignored.
I messaged again within Booking.com asking for someone to reply to me ASAP. Someone then replied calling me 'Sir' and asking 'what do you need from us?' and claiming to have received no email.
I replied asking them to check their spam folder, also advising that the outline of the issue was above in the message trail. Someone then replied with a message which included this statement:
"Please be assured that your refund request has already been forwarded to the appropriate department, and it will be processed as soon as possible."
A week later, I asked for an update as no refund had been received. I then chased two further times over the next three days, before finally getting a response from 'Hugo', saying that they refused to provide a refund.
After several more back and forth messages with Hugo, including him asking why we didn't say anything while we were still at the property (which, as mentioned above, we did) he still refused to provide any sort of refund and even suggested that he could offer me a 'great rate' on a future stay - which I found rude and rather ignorant.
The disruption and lack of sleep during our stay and the absolutely dreadful customer service experience when trying to raise a complaint has been the worst of my life.

Mention spéciale à Hugo, qui a été particulièrement attentionné et toujours prêt à aider avec le sourire. Grâce à lui, je me suis senti accueilli comme à la maison. Je recommande cet endroit les yeux fermés !
