This hotel offers excellent value for money. The rooms are spacious, clean, and feel brand new, making for a very comfortable stay.||The gym and spa center are a great bonus — well-equipped and accessible for a small additional charge. Breakfast was fresh and satisfying, with a good selection.||It’s located about a 20-minute walk from the city center, which is manageable and gives you a quiet place to return to.||The only miss: no welcome amenities were provided, even though we’re both World of Hyatt Globalists — a small detail, but one we expected from a property in this category. Still, overall a great stay.

Hôtel très sympa, ouvert depuis 9 mois, les bâtiments intérieurement et extérieurement sont magnifiques, doté d’un beau parking et de bornes électriques, si je peux mettre un bémol, le prix du parking et des bornes est un peu élevé. L’hôtel est doté d’une salle de fitness correcte, d’un très beau restaurant, cuisine ouverte, personnel soigné, si je peux faire une deuxième remarque fermeture des cuisines à 21h, à mon sens c’est un peu tôt. Sinon la chambre est très bien décorée, grande, tv avec chromecast, il manque une cafetière, je conseille vivement cet hôtel

Très belle découverte.|Nous y avons logé une nuit seulement mais c’était parfait.|L’accueil souriant, la chambre spacieuse, hyper bien insonorisée - c’est tellement rare dans les hotels- , le lieu est magnifique.|Le parking est pratique même s’il a un coût non négligeable!

Spa petit mais agréable. Massage incroyable ! Les masseuses étaient très accueillante. Peu de monde donc on était au calme. C’était très reposant. Je recommande

Приятный бонус — тележки для чемоданов, которые значительно упрощают жизнь путешественникам.||Персонал отзывчивый и внимательный, всегда старается помочь.|Уборка проводится ежедневно, что особенно приятно.||Из минусов:| • В ванной комнате нет возможности оставить ночник или приглушённый свет — ночью приходится использовать фонарик телефона.| • В номере на первом этаже было невозможно оставить окно открытым на ночь — защёлка безопасности была сломана.| • Завтраки сытные, но однообразные. Веганам придётся быть изобретательными — выбор ограничен.| Стоянка платная ||В целом, отель оставил очень хорошее впечатление. Отличное сочетание уюта, вида и комфорта. С удовольствием остановимся здесь снова, если будет возможность.

Персонал отзывчивый и внимательный, всегда старается помочь.

Из минусов:

• В номере на первом этаже было невозможно оставить окно открытым на ночь — защёлка безопасности была сломана.
• Завтраки сытные, но однообразные. Веганам придётся быть изобретательными — выбор ограничен.
Платная, подземная стоянка. Есть подзарядка для автомобиля.( проверьте есть она работает)

В целом, отель оставил очень хорошее впечатление. Отличное сочетание уюта, вида и комфорта. С удовольствием остановимся здесь снова, если будет возможность.

A wonderful stay with just a minor note

We had a truly enjoyable stay at this hotel and were impressed by many aspects: the elegant and well-maintained rooms, the excellent location, and the high standard of cleanliness throughout the property.

One small point to mention: while most of the staff were friendly and professional, there were occasional moments where the service felt a bit reserved or less attentive. However, this did not significantly affect our overall impression, as the positive aspects of our stay clearly outweighed this.

All in all, a great hotel that we would happily return to — with just a little room for improvement in guest engagement.

Clean rooms and kind staff. I was just there a week ago. I accidentally slept in and I rushed out to catch my train. I left ALL my jewelry. Hundreds of dollars. About an hour after I had gone is when I realized I left it and they said they had it waiting at the front for me. I couldn’t go back, as I was on a tight schedule. They told me to email a fedex label and request a pick up. I did that and just received it today. So happy all of my jewelry was there and not damaged. So thankful for an honest staff. I would definitely stay here again.

Very clean, kind staff. I accidentally slept in and rushed to get to my train. I left ALL my jewelry. Hundreds of dollars worth. I realized after about an hour after I left and couldn’t go back as I was on a tight schedule. They had it set aside and when I called they told me to email a fedex label and request a pick up. I was pleasantly surprised when I received my package today. All of my jewelry was there with no damage. So grateful for the friendly and honest staff. I would absolutely stay here again.

Really nice and new hotel, very spacious and in great old buildings. Rooms very nice, high ceilings. Spa has a pool but that's more like a big bathtub. Nice sun decks on different levels. Food good and fair priced. Charging spots in the parking garage, you need to activate the charger via the hotel reception. Paid 7 euro for 3 hrs. So about 30kw which is not too bad. City center is a 30 min walk down, so beware of the return trip.

???? Un week-end parfait au Hyatt Place Rouen ????

Nous avons séjourné au Hyatt Place Hôtel de Rouen pour un week-end en amoureux, et quelle belle surprise ! Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été charmés par l’atmosphère élégante et chaleureuse du lieu. La literie est d’un confort remarquable, les chambres et les espaces communs d’une propreté irréprochable, et la décoration soignée donne au tout une ambiance chic sans être guindée.

Le petit déjeuner est généreux, varié. Un vrai plaisir de commencer la journée ainsi. La terrasse est aussi un vrai atout, parfaite pour prendre un verre en fin de journée, au calme.

Le bassin de détente est une belle parenthèse relaxante, très appréciée. Mais ce qui rend vraiment cet hôtel spécial, c’est son personnel : souriant, professionnel, aux petits soins sans jamais en faire trop. Mention spéciale au barman Thomas, présent tout le week-end, qui a été irréprochable : discret, efficace, très sympathique. Un grand merci à lui pour son accueil et sa bonne humeur.

En tant que novice dans les hôtels 4 étoiles, je ne savais pas à quoi m’attendre, et j’ai été plus que conquis. J’ai lu certains avis très critiques sur Google, mais franchement… il faut savoir rester réaliste : pour le prix, cet hôtel est une pépite. Je le recommande les yeux fermés à tous ceux qui cherchent un vrai moment de qualité à Rouen.

Well located however the water from the shower was switching from boiling to cold every 2min which was annoying for a new hotel, the spa was complete.
The breakfast was okay, at 10am there was some empty stations and they were not refilled (even just a bit from late comers).
For gym goers, it’s a bit light (1-2 treadmills, one rowing machine, dumbbell weights stop at 22kb/10kg)

Très bel hôtel sur les hauteurs de Rouen mais le centre est facilement accessible à pied .
Les chambres sont confortables et bien décorées. Seul bémol, l'absence de vanne thermostatique dans la douche qui du coup offre des douches écossaises.

Chambre basique pour le prix. Avec une fenêtre qui ne s'ouvre meme pas entièrement. ??? Le service était par contre chaleureux mais j'imagine que ca va avec le haut standing de l'hôtel. Attendez vous a payer tous les suppléments. Rien nest compris dans le prix de la chambre, surtout pas l'accès a la piscine hammam et sauna. Sinon le restaurant est bon mais encore une fois, rien de grandiose. Merci encore tout de meme pour l'accueil du personnels qui a malgré tout été aux petits soins.

A one night stay on our way back to Dieppe. A new hotel sited up the hill north of the city centre which is a 15 min stroll away. Beautiful building with a very luxurious feel to it. Rooms are spacious well appointed and quiet. Restaurant is spacious although the staff struggled to keep the service flowing with numerous chasing for orders. Food was OK and staff were very pleasant, but need more training. The bar/restaurant manager was the only one who seemed to have a sense of urgency and customer centric attitude. Breakfast was excellent.

Hotel confortable et tres bien situe en périphérie de Rouen

Attention, l’accès a la piscine est payante
13€ pour une heure par personne

Dommage, les photos de la piscine sont bien mises en avant mais c’est difficile à savoir que c’est payant au moment de la réservation. On reçoit un email après…

Le restaurant est bien. Cuisine sans prétentions et bien exécuté

Le parking est aussi payant. Les bornes de recharge sont chères par rapport a une borne publique
