Expérience Huttopia Lac de Carcans très positive, un lieu au cœur de la nature, une équipe au top, très professionnel à l’écoute de nos besoins, avec des animations très variés, et tout cela avec des sanitaires très bien entretenus. Je recommande ????

Le camping est très bien situé par rapport au lac et à la plage.
Il est très beau situés sans une forêt à la "THE FOREST" (pour les gamers)
Le personnel est globalement gentil (merci a gégé de nous avoir aidé avec notre remorque)
Le nom est bien choisi ????(huttopia=huttopie)
Bref nous avons pue profiter de la piscine,des ballon de volley-ball et autres objet mis a disposition des clients,du lac,de la mer,du beau temps et de la chaleur du sud dans la joie et la bonne humeurs ????????????(petit ref ) !!!SUR 20!!! (autre petit ref)
je lui donne la note de 8/10 ou 4 étoiles sur 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐

Nous sommes restés une semaine dans ce camping que je recommande vivement
Nous étions en camping car, le premier emplacement proposé ne me convenait pas totalement donc l'équipe a fait le nécessaire pour que nous soyons très bien installés dans un second ????????
Le camping est vraiment très propre, les sanitaires impeccable a toutes heures de la journée
La piscine très sympa
Le lac facilement accessible a 10 minutes à pied
L'équipe est vraiment très sympathique

Wonderful ???? peaceful experience in the middle of a pine ???? forest by the lake. The ocean is near by rent a bike and enjoy yourselves.

A really nice campsite in a great location with easy access to a lake and the sea plus loads of bike paths.|We stayed her on route from Spain to northern France for a few days and loved the relaxed atmosphere of the whole place.|We were a bit unlucky that the pizza place was closed for the time we were here, which would have been handy certainly when we arrived. The toilets and showers were good but they seemed to keep a lot of them locked so they were not all available, maybe because we were quite early in the season and it's less for them to maintain.|We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to others.

Fijne camping met veel schaduwrijke plekken tussen de pijnbomen. Ruim opgezet. Zeer vriendelijk personeel bij de receptie. ||De toiletgebouwen zijn goed verspreid over het uitgestrekte terrein. Ze worden goed schoon gehouden, er is handzeep, toiletpapier en wc-brillen. Alleen de straal van de douches is erg slap. Veel ronddraaien om je goed af te kunnen spoelen dus. ||Er is een zwembad, maar je zit vlakbij het meer wat heerlijk is. Je loopt er in ca. 6 minuten naartoe. Op het strand direct achter de camping is geen toezicht waardoor de hond mee kon het water in kon en los kon lopen. ||Er zijn tennis- en padelbanen maar daar hebben wij geen gebruik van gemaakt. Ze liggen ook dusver aan de rand van de camping dat wij de camping zelf als heel rustig hebben ervaren. ||Enige minpunt is dat er, op de toiletgebouwen na, geen waterpunten zijn. ||Al met al zijn wij erg content. Een grote camping die helemaal niet zo aanvoelt door de ruime opzet en rust (in het voorseizoen weliswaar).

Toujours un vrai plaisir de passer un temps en plein air dans des endroits toujours en pleine nature et tranquilles. Une équipe toujours accueillante, souriante. Des vacanciers souriants. Bref tout est fait pour un agréable séjour. Merci.

Sehr schöne ruhige Lage. Nur 3 min zum See zu Fuss. Sanitär sauber und ausreichend vorhanden. Stellplätze sehr gross. Sie hätten jedoch etwas besser gepflegt sein können. Es wurde vor Grannen gewarnt. Mähen hätte vielleicht unserem Hund die ein oder andere erspart. Dennoch eine absolute Empfehlung und gerne kommen wir wieder

Heerlijke camping met veel schaduw en goed gefaciliteerd. We waren er voorseizoen juni (alles begint pas in juli) . Nog niet alles open, ook niet qua sanitair dat is wel jammer want daardoor moet je vaker wachten op wc en douche en de wc is niet heel schoon . Plekken lekker ruim voor de bus en tent. Wel uitkijken met neerzetten want er zijn ook zanderige plekken en er zaten al wat campers vast. De camping voorziet lostrekken met een trekker maar het is een hoop gedoe. Ontbijtservice wel hele seizoen. Goede bakker

We enjoyed a one week stay in June at Huttopia Lac de Carcans. The tent we booked suited our needs and the team working at Huttopia was very nice. It was quiet and clean. We ended up swimming in the nearby Lake (or Ocean by car/bike) almost every day but there also other activities.
Please be aware of the following:
Cars
One part of the campsite is not allowed for cars so you have to park on a designated parking outside. If you need your car at your tent, it's probably best to be aware while booking and/or discuss this with Huttopia before.
Groceries / Food
There is a small grocery store as well as a restaurant in the area, but in June it was still closed. Before making trips (by car) in the area I recommend to do some grocery shopping planning before.
Valuables
Huttopia provides a lockable steel box you can leave your valuables inside so you don't have to worry about them when you leave the campsite.
Please be aware of the following:

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt auf diesem Campingplatz! Die Lage ist traumhaft – mitten in der Natur und dennoch gut erreichbar. Die Stellplätze sind großzügig geschnitten und sehr gepflegt. Besonders begeistert waren wir von den modernen und sauberen Sanitäranlagen, die regelmäßig gereinigt wurden.
Das Personal war stets freundlich, hilfsbereit und hatte immer ein offenes Ohr für Fragen. Für Kinder gibt es einen tollen Spielplatz und das Freizeitangebot ist abwechslungsreich.
Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.
Absolut empfehlenswert für alle, die Erholung in der Natur suchen!
Das Personal war stets freundlich, hilfsbereit und hatte immer ein offenes Ohr für Fragen. Für Kinder gibt es einen tollen Spielplatz und das Freizeitangebot ist abwechslungsreich.

Nous avons profité d'un hébergement "Arizona" le temps d'un week-end avec mon compagnon. Le lieu est relativement paisible (tout dépend de qui se trouve dans le logement à côté ????), la tente est très sympa et plutôt bien équipée. Le lac se trouve à quelques pas et l'océan, pas très loin non plus. Le personnel est très gentil.
Il y avait quelques couverts et assiettes sales, mais cela provient des anciens locataires... (je n'ai pas tout relavé, désolée pour les prochains qui seront dans le logement ! ????)

Nous avons passé 5 jours en camping car. L'emplacement était suffisamment grand et ombragé, les sanitaires très propres, les services proposés sont nombreux et variés.
Le camping est à 2 pas du lac,et proche des pistes cyclables.
Nous avons été charmé et bien accueilli...nous reviendrons,c'est certain

we were here the first night and its very loud.
no one takes care of children/teenager who screaming and playing loud till 23.30… if you search for peace and silent
nights. i wouldn’t recommend. I think at 22.00 there should be time for rest and sleep.

Toller Campingplatz, nettes meist junges Personal. Platz ist sehr sauber und sehr schön gelegen. Morgens ganz früh schwimmen im kristallklaren See und später im nahen Atlantik.

Tout simplement merveilleux, nous y passons un weekend en grande famille tous les ans depuis quelques années mi septembre, et c'est toujours un moment suspendu. Le lieu est merveilleux, les sanitaires propres, le personnel accueillant, la guinguette, les pizzas, la bière locale et le terrain de jeux, tout est ???????? parfait ????????

De chouettes vacances passées dans ce camping cet été, fin Aout. Les lieux sont magnifiques et paisibles, sous les pins, entre lac et océan. Déconnexion assurée. Le camping (sanitaires notamment) est bien entretenu (et pour en avoir fait, c’est loin d’être le cas partout) ! La bière locale et les pizzas servies y sont excellentes ???? L’équipe sur place était top. Des personnes toujours très agréables, souriantes et disponibles ! Un grand merci pour ce séjour très sympa ! J’en garderai de supers souvenirs ! ☀️☺️

CAUTION for everyone who leaves early and needs correct invoice & booking information for their own travel insurance.
We originally booked 7 nights for the camp site. After we arrived, our daughter got sick and we had to leave after only two nights to go back to Germany where we had to visit the doctor. Before leaving the site, we asked for confirmation of this knowing that we will not (!!!) get any money back from Huttopia.
However, since then - this company is not able to send the correct invoice for the original stay that clearly indicates that we left (it says we booked only 5 nights… and is just wrong). This seems to be an error in their system… after 5 emails and 10 calls still no change and still the problem to show the real documentation to our insurance.
Very sorry for this review - but you need to support your loyal customers better.
(Fyi we spend thousands of € already for Huttopia camping holidays - so we are very loyal)
