Wow. What a fantastic boutique hotel. 5 minutes walk to the tram. Clean and comfortable rooms. The landings have a 'beach theme' so you feel on holiday.
Entrance area smells fresh when walk in. Great Reception layout and professional staff. English well spoken

Nafissa was the reason I’m writing this review. She is without question the best front desk person I’ve ever interfaced in my stays at many many hotels. She is headed for stardom, and one of these days will likely be running one of her own properties.

Great Hotel with amazingly lovely decorated rooms and hallways. Rooms well equipped and cosy. Only minor point: no window can be opened for fresh air.

I booked two rooms for one night with our friends who were visiting us in France, and had never been to Bordeaux.
We had a plan to wander the sights of Bordeaux, have dinner to then return to the hotel for a couple of late drinks in the bar which before heading to bed.
Unfortunately our night was cut short as when we returned to the hotel bar a 23.45 for a drink well before the advertised closing time of 2.00 we were told the bar was closed and there was no service available. A very disappointing end to the one day visit to Bordeaux.

Imaginez un hôtel 4 étoiles qui dispose d une literie plus que douteuse...deux lits simples sans aucune alaise, un drap plat bien trop petit...vous aurez donc le privilège, au mieux, de vous réveiller sur la barre de fer, au pire d avoir passé la nuit à même le matelas!! Expérience détestable, jamais rencontrée même dans le pire Formule 1!!!

We loved our stay at this hotel — it was comfortable, convenient, and welcoming from start to finish.
The location is fantastic: just around the corner from the tram, which makes getting around the city effortless. It’s also close to Place de la Bourse, the Water Mirror, and just about 0.3 km (roughly 1/2 mile) from the Tourism Office and Grand Théâtre. Everything we needed was within easy reach.
Our room was wonderful. The king-sized bed was comfortable — firm but not too firm — and the air conditioning was strong, a blessing during the warmer afternoons. One unexpected bonus was the water dispenser in the hallway — a small but thoughtful detail that made staying hydrated while sightseeing easy.
The on-site restaurant is only open for lunch and dinner and usually requires reservations, but the rooftop offers a lovely view of the Garonne River and the surrounding area — definitely worth a visit even just for the atmosphere.
All in all, we had a delightful, restful stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, kindness, and convenience in Bordeaux.

The real highlight was the staff. thank you for kindly lending me a phone charger for our entire stay after mine broke — you saved me from an unnecessary 30€ expense. Tomas and the lovely Zoé were also fantastic: professional, kind, and incredibly patient with two tired travelers at check-in.

Pros: accueil rapide, pro et staff serviable, propreté, calme dans l'hôtel
Cons: la gestion du restaurant (pas assez de staff) + housekeeping déjà dans nos chambres à nos retours de petits déjeuner (trop rapide). Nous avons été réveillés par un call de la réception à 8h30 pour demander si nous avions commandé un room service de petit déj... (c'était une erreur).
Mais globalement: équipe souriante et professionnelle.

I don’t know how they knew, but they knew our names when we walked in the hotel and treated us like royalty. Every staff member was extremely professional and polite in every way. The breakfast at the hotel lacked nothing. It was fantastic. When we return to Bordeaux, we will definitely be staying there again.

Dans cet hôtel Tout est beau, calme et reposant. Dans La chambre joliment décorée, le bon sommeil est assuré grâce à la literie. La salle petit dej au 7eme étage avec vue sur la ville et le fleuve donne envie de se prélasser.
Et - ce qui est a relever- le personnel est souriant et accueillant. Nous les remercions.

Une pause calme à 2 pas du Centre :
La deco est très réussie. On est totalement dans l’ambiance d’arcachon. Le moindre rayon de soleil nous projette en vacances au bord de la mer. Bravo ! En plus, la deco d’ensemble crée une vraie différenciation par rapport au marché traditionnel de l’hôtellerie.
La literie extra large est très confortable. Insonorisation parfaite.
Petit-dej au top ! Il y a même des mini cannelés. Rien ne manque pour nous rappeler que nous sommes à Bordeaux ????
Le personnel jeune est très souriant.
Un bon moment. Je recommande chaleureusement.

This is perfect location to get around Bordeaux. The staff were exceptional and the rooms very generous in size . Fantastic buffet breakfast with a huge variety. It is a perfect place to eat drink and enjoy the superb views of Bordeaux

Excellent hôtel, personnels très aimables, très belles qualités. Excellent petit déjeuner et la chambre était vraiment très confortables, nuits parfaites. Cet hôtel est très bien situé pour un footing matinal et profiter de la proximité de toutes commodités. Parfait à recommander !!!! Merci à tous

Estancia desde el 14 al 19 de marzo 2025. La ubicación es muy buena, algo alejada del centro, en el encantador barrio de Chartrons, muy bien conectado en transporte público. La decoración en general es como muy playera, muy de costa veraniega. Sobre las habitaciones, aunque supongo que todas están decoradas con las mismas bases, hablaré en concreto sobre la nuestra, la 615. Era amplia, con un baño correcto (sin más, hubiera estado bien un taburete o algo donde sentarse); el inodoro está aparte. Espacio amplio, con hervidor y cafetera, agua mineral cada día, tabla de plancha y plancha, secador y caja fuerte. Pero hay un "pero", ahí me refiero a la habitación que ocupamos ya que para una estancia de cinco noches, nos adjudicaron una con un armario de espacio ínfimo tanto para colgar como en estantes (aún peor). Es posible que sea así por la infraestructura y de haber estado una o dos noches no habría sido un problema pero cinco dos personas... Sobre todo porque reservamos en la web del hotel directamente. Eso fue un fallo. Por lo demás, muy buen desayuno y un servicio muy amable.

Chambres spacieuses, propres et tout confort.
Par contre attention, si vous réservez sur booking, vous pensez avoir le petit dej inclus alors que ce n’est pas le cas, il vous en coûtera 23€ / personnes… ça fait cher payé quand on y passe plus d’une nuit même si c’était très bon

Très bon hôtel ! Les chambres sont spacieuses et très bien équipées, avec une ambiance cosy parfaite pour se mettre à l'aise en plus d'être calme.
Un gros plus : le petit-déjeuner tout bonnement excellent avec un choix très varié et de très bonne qualité.

Les meilleurs à Bordeaux et autour

La chambre était située bien au calme, très spacieuse avec tout le confort attendu d'un 4 étoiles (peignoirs, chaussons, bouteille d'eau, machine nespresso...) et la literie super confortable. Mais il y faisait très chaud et il y avait un bruit de ventilation un peu gênant.
Les produits de la salle de bain de la marque Nuxe avaient un parfum trop fort, limite écoeurant, dommage.
Au final, nous avons réellement apprécié notre séjour et recommandons l'Indigo sans hésitation !
