Château proposant une chambre d'hôtes et deux gîtes à Saussignac.
Caroline - vigneronne et formatrice en vin agréé - et Séan Feely ont quitté l'Irlande pour s'installer sur 10 hectares au Château Haut-Garrigue dans un vignoble bio surplombant la vallée de la Dordogne. Ils ont souhaité ouvrir leur domaine aux visiteurs, en aménageant une chambre d'hôtes et deux gîtes entièrement équipés, luxueusement meublés et construits écologiquement en bois avec de surcroît une vue imprenable sur la vallée. Ils organisent des découvertes de vins de la région en demi-journée et journée avec dégustation, repas découverte et même la possibilité de créer notre propre assemblage.

I had not been to an event like thos before but I felt at home and comfortable the whole day and really enjoyed learning the whole process in how they make their organic wine at the Freely vineyard.
I can't say thank you enough, my girlfriend and I simply enjoyed our visit from start to finish and that was down to the host and setting which are all excellent and I can't recommend paying a visit to hear enough.

She took us to Jean Faure and Chateau Bernateau, and proved to be exceptionally knowledgable about the region, the wine making process and any other questions we posed.
For lunch we went to Chateau de Candale and the food was incredible and it was a great way to break up our tastings. We loved learning about what brought Caro and her husband Sean to the area.
Caro thought of everything, helping us pick accommodation in Saint-Emilion, answering our questions and even giving us some wine from Chateau Feely and a book when the tour ended.
We got a voucher for this experience as an engagement present, and it was one of the best presents we have ever received. An unforgettable day and it's inspired a whole new level of curiosity about wine. We would definitely recommend this as a gift for someone you love or for yourself!
