Super mooie locatie...Bediening goed maar te gemaakt.Hadden menu met champagne... champagne was er genoeg maar het eten was lekker maar niet genoeg,zijn nochtans geen grote eters...heb rondom mij nog nooit zoveel brood zien eten..

Nous avons eu le plaisir de dîner au Château de Sacy mercredi soir, et ce fut une expérience remarquable du début à la fin. Le menu dégustation, accompagné de l’accord mets et vins, était parfaitement maîtrisé et d’une grande finesse. Nous recommandons vivement cette table, tant pour la qualité de la cuisine que pour l’attention du service. L’apéritif pris sur la terrasse extérieur fut un moment particulièrement agréable, dans un cadre paisible avec une vue superbe sur les vignes. Une adresse d’exception à découvrir sans hésiter.

This place is truly perfect. The staff are kind and attentive. The views make you feel like you're in a movie. The food and champagne are amazing - recommend the Degustation menu. We stayed in the Cocoon suite "Roi de Soleil" which is jaw-dropping. I wish we had time to stay longer!

We were genuinely taken aback by how poor the service was at this restaurant... especially considering the standard this hotel sets everywhere else.
The server was... let's say not exactly friendly. And while I don’t expect theatrical smiles, a minimum level of grace and timing is surely not too much to ask.
Throughout the evening, we felt rushed, our conversations were repeatedly interrupted midsentence with no regard for timing or tone. We ordered dessert wine that never arrived, yet was still included on the bill. When I pointed it out, the server seemed visibly irritated, as if correcting her mistake was an inconvenience.
Dessert was brought out, placed on a tray and left standing a couple of meters from our table (which we did not realize until it was brought to us 10 mins later). The same thing happened with the bill, it was just left nearby. There was no communication between staff, no attentiveness, no effort to ensure things were served when ready or brought to the guest.
To make matters even worse - the next day we discovered that two entirely unrelated bills had been charged to our room... nearly 800 euros. I had to clarify the situation with reception. That kind of mistake is inexcusable in a hotel / restaurant that claims any level of refinement.
The food itself was really good, but honestly, that is not what I’ll remember. All I’m left with is an
impression of a poorly managed place with untrained, inattentive, and frankly unprofessional staff.

Poor food, poor wine. AND took 100 euro’s of our creditcard because they made a mistake putting our reservation during the day instead of evening. Don’t go here!!

Had lunch at the chateau. Had a lovely bottle of wine and the menu. All courses were truly exceptional. Location and service as well. If you can, make sure to book a table in the oranjerie for the views.

Expérience catastrophique (hôtel + restaurant). Pas du tout à la hauteur d'un 5 étoiles, chambre décevante (catégorie merveilleuse), très mauvais rapport qualité prix, tâches sur plusieurs meubles, la télé s'est décrochée, le mur auquel elle était accrochée étant friable. L'hôtel a d'abord choisi de nous prélever de 350 euros pour cet incident pourtant causé par la faible qualité de leur installation, et ce sans même nous prévenir. Ils ont finalement décidé de nous rembourser après avoir eu à argumenter. Nous ne recommandons pas du tout. Petit déjeuner à payer en supplément et servi en faible quantité, salle de sport quasi inexistante (2 machines dans une minuscule pièce), vélos mis à disposition par l'hôtel qui s'avèrent être payants (annoncé seulement au check out). Toutes les prestations sont hors de prix.

Wij zijn met 6 vrienden uiteten gegaan. Het is een prachtige locatie. We zaten zo mooi buiten op een zomerse avond. We hebben lekker gegeten en gedronken.
Helaas was de service niet zoals we hadden gedacht of gehoopt. Als de wijnfles leeg was en er werd gezegd dat ze terug kwamen kwam er tot 3 keer niemand terug. Iemand die geen wijn dronk kreeg geen alternatief en zat heel lang met een lees glas.
Lege glazen bleven staan zodat er op bepaald moment meer dan 15 lege glazen stonden etc.
Zonde en een gemiste kans.

Hermoso lugar. La habitación linda,amplia, impecable. Baño muy confortable y muy bien diseñado. Sábanas,almohadas y toallas de muy buena calidad. Balcón descuidado, falta limpieza.
El personal muy amable, pero la atención muy lenta. Creo que les falta personal y entrenamiento.
Regresaría porque el lugar es de ensueño, la vistas que tiene el restaurante terraza, pocas veces he estado en un lugar sacado de rubro

So glad we experienced this beautiful restaurant location sitting outside on the large terrace with extensive vineyard views. Our set lunch menu meals of the day were 39 euros and well worth it. The service was excellent and a nice champagne list, (but of course). Loved it

Dommage dans l'ensemble moment agréable, , quelques loupés dans le service champagne servi après le dessert, vin chaud et pas de au revoir du personnel au moment du départ.

Nous avons eu la chance de déjeuner ce jour sur la terrasse face aux vignes sous un soleil magnifique. Un grand merci pour l'accueil de toute l'équipe et plus particulièrement Muriel. Le menu de saison nous a régalé nous avons hate de découvrir les saisons futures. Nous recommandons l'établissement et reviendrons sans hésiter.

We came here for lunch and took the 3-course menu. The food was delicious and the spot was amazing however the service didn’t meet our expectations. We were sat outside when we arrived even though we had booked a table in advance and had to wait for our table for a half an hour. The lunch all in all took us almost 3 hours since the service was so slow. It was a pity since everything else was good.

Love this place. From the vineyards, to the restaurant to the cute little gym. Our room faced the vineyards which had a great view of the sunset. Went for a morning run/hike in the vineyards and then soaked for abit in the wine barrel hot tub. 100% recommend.

J ai eu l opportunité de bénéficier d un soin du visage effervescence, en duo avec ma fille et ce fût une expérience sensationnelle.
De l accueil jusqu'au soin ,en passant par le cadre : tout est très bien.
Le soin est très efficace et les résultats sont visibles immédiatement.
Une petite déception : nous n avions pas compris que le SPA et le bain nordique etaent complis dans le prix !!
