Serveur désinvolte qui vous fait attendre alors qu'il n y a pas affluence,mais focalise sur un groupe de touristes anglais(big tips),personnel crispé,accueil toujours tr désagréable de "Manu",sentiment de géner,on le saura.

Ambiance et décor digne d'un film commencé il y a fort longtemps, pour moi, puisque je fréquente le café du Palais depuis l'âge de mes 18 ans alors que j'en aurai 70 avant la fin de l'année. Un grand nombre de mes clients "champagne" découvrent, chaque année, cette ambiance et cuisine très appréciées par notre famille et certains de nos clients BELGES y viennent chaque année durant le Marché de Noël depuis 25 ans !

Le café du Palais est un lieu à découvrir quand vous venez sur Reims et à faire partager, comme nous, en famille ou avec des amis dès que vous en avez l'occasion.

the pedestrianized area is quiet, the terras is good for people watching. The food is great and classic, took me back to my childhood ;) try the baked potatoes as a side dish, fantastic. waiters are professionals, great experience overall.

Geweldig restaurant qua sfeer. De menu kaart is de afgelopen 20 jaar onveranderd. Misschien is t een idee iets van vegan opties toe te voegen. De bediening is geweldig, vriendelijk en efficiënt en altijd tijd voor een grapje of een vriendelijk gesprek.

We loved everything about this place. A fun and festive atmosphere, top notch wait staff that seemed to anticipate what you wanted before you knew it and excellent food. After 18 days in many cities in France, this was one of the favorites.

Stopped on the off chance for dinner. Had a superb meal washed down with a recommended bottle of Rose. Waiters were very attentive and extremely helpful. Met a lovely couple from Holland and enjoyed great banter with them too. Would thoroughly recommend this restaurant.

Ik vond dit restaurant via Tripadvisor. Nr 34 op 588 in Reims. Jammer dat ik de menu niet online kon zien, indien wel zou ik er nooit geweest zijn.
Hoofdzakelijk koude plats ( of met pasta erbij) of lasagne.
Op de menukaart alleen wijn of champagne. Apero’s of bier of frisdranken niet vermeld.
Op een warme zomeravond is het heel warm binnenin.
Service kon ook beter (geregeld genekt door vergetelheid.
Veel punten om aan te werken.

Wonderful Art Deco restaurant operated by the same family since 1930. It’s just two clocks from the famous Notre Dame Cathedral and is open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The French food is excellent with big portions and the bread and desserts are amazing. Sit outside to watch the world go by or go inside and enjoy the eclectic decor. Highly recommend!

Food was great and a very cute spot and a great location. We tried to split the bill and instead of splitting the bill on our two cards, they charged us both the full cost. There’s no way to contact the restaurant to get a refund. I’m assuming it was not intentional, but encourage you to check your bills before leaving!

We went for breakfast there. At the end of the breakfast we asked for a glass of champagne and were told we need to leave urgently as they were closing the cafe and we should come in 20 min when it would be reopened again. We did it . What a surprise - apparently we couldn’t drink Champagne in 20 min as they were asking us to take lunch as well. So after 20 min of breakfast they asked us to take lunch and if we were no agree - no champagne . It’s look like a joke ! Bad joke ! 4 mal waiters were discussing with me , a woman , for 10 min instead of give us champagne in we drink it in 3 min ( we were in a rush , leaving the town). First time in my life I see that negative attitude to a customer and such an unprofessional service .

I can recommend this location. The service is very thoughtful and forthcoming. We were a group of six but we were not quite aware of the local customs. Still we got served and got a kind receival. We are sorry for being an inconvenience, but I still want to recommend the place as it left a good impression on us. I had a very good ice with Marc the Champagne. It was light and had a fine aroma of the Champagne. It was not to heavy and left a good impression on me. Especially the small cake on the side made with real Vanille.
