The waiters are not friendly when dealing with customers and I asked for the drink's prices because it’s not on the menu and they gave me different prices than what I paid.

Very bad staff , they kept our table unclean until we order to clean it , otherwise the food was good , but i want not repeat the experience again ❌❌❌❌

The place is charging for “”bread””, I cannot believe it, 15 AED for simple 4bites loaf….
No options for ready alcoholic drinks, except the ones prepared onsite.
No options for water, only the imported one.
Food menu has changed since I last went there months ago.
Portions of the food are small.
Some Food items in reality different from the description on the menu.
Service substandard: under-trained staff.
Overall experience: disappointing and place overpriced. Rapport price-quality 4-5/10

Came to have the Sunday roast, even though it’s still published on a lot of sites that they have the roast, we got there and was told they haven’t done it for 2 months.
The guy who dealt with us was extremely rude and it felt like an inconvenience having us there. We left and went to terrace 88 for their roast. Was 10/10 and the best customer service.

Bluwater location is serene . Great place to relax .

Worst! Worst! Worst! Its been 2nd time to come here and server attitude is to rude he was arrogant, served food without cutlery when asked he gives only 1 set , i asked 2nd set he said its just 1 plate how you will share , food was cold , no napkins much more to write but useless! Better to avoid this place

London Project in Dubai, situated at the Bluwater Island, offers a delightful dining experience with a stunning view. Their innovative drink selection is presented in a unique manner, adding to the experience. The food is excellent, and the location enhances the overall ambiance. The staff are friendly, contributing to a fantastic dining experience from start to finish.

Awful service. Tasteless food. Complete waste of money. Waiter didn’t even come back to check if food was okay (which it wasn’t!) nothing had any flavour. We wanted salt and pepper, but they never asked. It came to 500+ dhs, for two mains, 2 non-alcoholic drinks which is robbery. Only positive is the views, apart from that. Stick to water and air, you’ll enjoy it better.

The food, drink, service were all spot on. I would highly recommend (weather permitting) getting a balcony table upstairs. The back drop to your meal is super.
Soz, no food pics. Too busy stuffing my face.
