The posted opening hours for the wellness and gym don't seem accurate; I was able to workout before 6 am and was still in the sauna until past 7pm. Both sauna and gym are a lot better than the ones at the neighbouring Radisson Blu hotel imo.
I got upgraded to a suite with sea view on the parking lot side of the hotel which had great views and was very spacy and clean. Even included a bidet
St Julian's isn't my cup of tea, mostly partying, but the hotel is more secluded on the 'silent' side of the bay, which was nice.
Got a good night's sleep.
Breakfast options are somewhat limited, but you can get some a la carte options for a small extra.
There is a juicer, which I love!
Be sure to bring a travel adapter or borrow one at the front desk, as the Maltese sockets are the same ones as in the UK, not EU.
Personnel is very friendly and the general feel of the place is luxurious.
Big thanks to Mazlan Kamar, the guest relationship manager, for the excellent service, as well as the friendly front desk staff!

Staff on arrival extremely helpful.
Rooms clean and tidy.
Lovely food and pools.
Only issue was groups of young people playing own music around pool area's

Ein wunderbares und luxuriöses Hotel. Schon an der Rezeption wird man herzlich begrüßt und fühlt sich sofort willkommen. Die Lobby ist ausladend und die großen Fenster bieten einen wunderbaren Ausblick auf die Bucht. Überhaupt ist die Lage phantastisch. Quasi halb vom Meer umgeben in einer ruhigen Lage - wohltuend anders als im nahegelegenen Ort, dem Partyhotspot St Julian's/Paceville. Die Einrichtung ist stilvoll und klassisch, zwar etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber das macht irgendwie auch einen gewissen Charme aus. Die Qualität der Betten ist ein Traum. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist ausladend, für jeden was dabei und bis in jedes Detail eine gute Qualität. Uns gefiel auch die Möglichkeit, einen frischen Gemüsesaft zu pressen. Von den zahlreichen Restaurants des Hotels hatten leider die wenigsten mittags auf, was schade ist, wenn man wie wir, lieber mittags als abends groß ist. Der Pool- und Spa-Bereich ist sowohl innen als auch außen sehr einladend, auch eine Sauna gibt es. Poolliegen sind ganz viele vorhanden. Das gesamte Team ist freundlich, motiviert und verbindlich. Und als doch mal etwas schief lief, wurde sich mehrfach entschuldigt und wir bekamen eine kleine Wiedergutmachung. Hier ist der Gast wirklich König. Alles in allem vielen Dank für die schönen Tage.

Schon der erste Eindruck "hervorragend"!! Das nette Personal an der Rezeption, die großzügige Lobby, der Zimmerservice und das Frühstück hat unsere Erwartungen voll übertroffen. Die Atmosphäre im Frühstücksraum und auf der Terrasse ist sehr gemütlich, so dass man denken könnte, man hätte eine Individualreise gebucht. Das habe ich und meine Freundin in dieser Form noch nie erlebt :-) In diesem Haus ist man herzlich Willkommen und man fühlt sich rundherum wohl. Wir sind täglich mit dem Bus in die Hauptstadt gefahren und schwärmen heute noch von den schönen Eindrücken der Stadt.. St. Julian hat uns nicht gefallen bzw. findet man schön, wenn man zwischen 16 und 25 Jahre alt ist und sich ausleben möchte.

This is the premier hotel in a complex/resort.
The grounds are sloping with 4 terraces. The first three have swimming pools the lowest one is at the bay level with the sea lapping against.
In the daytime you can spend around the swimming pools or bayside on loungers soaking up the sun. Something that suited my daughters.
The access to the sea is not via a beach
It is stepping off the hotel seashore straight into the sea to swim.
I don't mind that at all. Some people will not like it.
Breakfast buffet is good quality and first rate service. Excellent coffees on order.
There are several eating and drinking places in the hotel and more in the resort Most are very good to excellent. We had a disappointing time in the fish restaurant, Sole. Which is above it's sister restaurant (and uses its kitchen) Caviar and Bull, which was in contrast truly excellent.
The Edge eating place on the border of the resort is medicore. I would avoid.
We looked at the areas nearby and didn't like them much. My cocktail drinking daughters were not keen either. Lots of lively clubs and bars. Often full of hen groups and the like.
So we were perfectly happy to eat and drink in the hotel restaurants. I suspect that many others would feel the same.
The eating places are not cheap, but Malta is not cheap.
There was not much for older children at the time of year we were there.
I can heartily recommend if you are looking for a relaxing comfortable holiday.

Corinthia st george’s bay has the atmosphere of what was in his time a great seashore hotel. Unfortunately everything looks a outdated and damaged. Starting from the rooms: cabinets broken, bathroom door that slaps the toilet, no humidity extractor, the carpets full of stains and a very questionable housekeeping. Unfortunately the only good thing about our ocean view room was… the view. From all the 5 star hotels that I’ve visited this one was the first one that I’ve been really disappointed and did not meet the standards.
99,9% of the staff is not Maltese, is from Bangladesh or India (guessing) and barely speaks English so do not waste time asking for Malta recommendations.
Breakfast is good bur gets boring after 3 days.
Restaurants serve American fast food. The exception is the broadside terrace (the meat menu is amazing!)
The view and surroundings are a Mediterranean novel.
Concluding, is this hotel a good option for a family searching some sun relaxing days in Malta? Yes it is. But chose the low season months.
Will you get bored after 4 days? Yes. There isn’t much to do in the surroundings (except heavy drinking and drunk lads on the nearby beach).
Would I come back to Malta? Definitely, but not staying in here.
