Love this place the rooms were very clean the pool area was beautiful. Lots of seating around the pool, large size hot tub. They have triva around 4:00 on the weekend out by the pool, my friend and I won both days. The young lady running the games was awesome dealing with this kids some of them were not the best behaved.

Second time staying here, at the Club level. There isn't a better, smooth, more integrated experience then the Royal Pacific Hotel, and Universal Studios. Water Taxi and private security line to the park? Check. Ordering souvenirs and having them brought back to your room? Check. Unlimited Express Pass? Check. This is the best overall experience for anyone considering a visit to Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure. Stay here, and you don't have to worry about ANYTHING.

This guy needs to retrain his training. His name is Chris and he is one of the Universal boat drivers. He keeps talking and joking with the other drivers, taking everyone's attention and not giving adequate attention to the guests.

My family and I do not feel safe with him operating the boats.

Additionally, he needs to learn the phrase “May I help you Mr.?”

The Royal Pacific is my favorite theme park/resort hotel offering. The grounds and the aesthetic of the hotel seems very authentic. It is a very short and beautiful walk to the them park and City Walk areas. The included unlimited Express Pass perk is very convenient. I really don't have anything bad to say about the hotel. Even the Wantilan Luau was very enjoyable and the different tribal dances performed were very entertaining and seemed authentic. All of the performers were excellent and very welcoming.

I got violently sick our first day so wasn’t able to explore this hotel like I wanted to. We had a view of part of the pool with looked really nice. The walk to Island of Adventure was about 8-10 minutes. It wasn’t the quietest hotel but the noise wasn’t terrible.

Myself and a family member took a daycation to stay here since we were able to get a good rate on a room. We received a complimentary upgrade to the seventh floor, which allowed for Royal Club access which included complimentary food and drinks, including limited alcohol selections. The resort itself is very clean and luxurious with easy access to many various activities, including a large pool, a game room, many restaurants, and small on-site shopping opportunities among other things. The staff were all very polite and friendly and the express passes for Universal and Islands of Adventure are always a plus! I would definitely stay here again given the opportunity!

I loved that there was a sauna but it didn’t get very hot because there is a big crack in the top of the door. I wish there were fans in the bathrooms because I have stinky kids. I love that early park access and express passes for the 5 of us for our two queen room.

10 minute walk to universal was nice. Breakfast included would have been amazing but not offered.

What a vacation! Amazing start to finish with the exception on one individual that doesn't belong working in a restaurant to guide and help paying customers enjoys the experience... don't go to the Mexican restaurant... other than that the people, the excitement, the rides.. AMAZING.. as it should be for the price.. lol.. it is a must experience for all families and friends!!! Highly recommended from our family to yours!!

The sheets were not cleaned. They had stains. The coffee machine wasn't working, we reported it but they never came to fix it.

First time at this hotel, and loved every minute of it! Highly recommend due to service and cleanliness. The express pass is an exceptional bonus and well worth the extra rate per night. The staff treated us with exceptional service at every moment loved it

Excellent hôtel pour les parcs universal

L'hôtel est superbe, les chambres grandes et très bien aménagée, mais le plus intéressant, c'est qu'on a des avantages pour les parcs universal : on y est relié par bateau, navette ou petit chemin de 10 min à pieds, on peut y entrer une heure avant tout le monde et on a un pass express illimité pour toutes les attractions sauf veloccicoaster et Hagrid. Même si on ne reste qu'une nuit on a ces avantages pour le jour de l'arrivée ET le jour du départ!

Nous avons choisi cette hôtel car il était dans l'enceinte des parcs Universal's et c'était le moins cher qui offrait tout de même les avantages supplémentaires pour visiter les parcs (taxis-bateaux jusqu'aux parcs, FAST pass gratuit quand on achetait des billets d'entrée et EARLY pass pour accéder une heure avant aux parcs). Des "taxis-bateaux" étaient à disposition pour aller aux parcs et en revenir, mais honnêtement la marche n'est pas bien longue et les bateaux n'étaient pas en fonction tout le temps. Les chambres sont superbes et plusieurs restaurants sont disponibles dans l'hôtel. Le prix est plutôt élevé mais totalement attractif si on compte tous les suppléments et surtout tout ce qu'on doit pas faire si on loge à l'extérieur (payer un bus ou un taxi pour y aller, attendre des heures dans les files d'attente alors qu'avec le FAST pass on attentait au plus 20 minutes ...)

Cet hôtel est idéalement situé pour visiter Universal Studio d'Orlando, car il est dans l'enceinte du parc d'attraction que l'on rejoint en bateau navette et en tant que client de l'hôtel vous avez un badge coupe fil prioritaire pour les attractions. Le cadre est de style polynésien un peu kitch avec des totems en bois et des paillottes, belle végétation tropicale pleine d'orchidées, piscine grandiose.
