Our family's first trip in a year was made truly memorable at Pig Hill Inn. The manager's kindness, offering us brownies and tea, and arranging an early breakfast for our early departure, made us feel so welcome. The cozy ambiance reflected the owner's exquisite taste and history. We can't wait to come back soon

My husband and I have been staying at the Inn for many years and for the life of me have never written a review since our stays have been nothing short of exceptional. Vera, the owner, is extraordinary. She is a wonderful person who will go out of her way to make you feel very special. The Inn is quaint, comfortable and your stay will feel like home. Dave, who is Vera's right hand man and cooks a great breakfast, and the staff are an extension of Vera's warmth and hospitality. We have enjoyed every moment of our day we have been at the Inn because of Vera's friendliness and her ability to make your stay a great experience.

It was an absolute pleasure to have been able to stay at this quaint bed and breakfast. Located on Main Street in the village of Cold Spring, you are literally steps from antique shops, a general store, restaurants, cafes, etc. I decided to stay here for the July 4th holiday for 3 nights. I live in the Bronx so I always make it a habit to get away for July 4th as it gets super noisy with all the Roman candles and M80's being thrown around at all hours of the night! I slept like a baby here! Pure peace and quiet, just the way I like it! Breakfast every morning was AMAZING! A variety of dishes to choose from and freshly prepared! If you have the pleasure to meet Vera who is the owner then consider yourself blessed! She really goes out of her way to make you feel at home! It was great to have a glass of wine with her and some very lovely phenomenal ladies on my first night there. You will also find that in the afternoon the staff will leave a yummy treat for all the guests in the kitchen like a cake or pie or brownies. Help yourself, make a cup of tea and sit in the kitchen or in the living room. This place is EXACTLY what I needed to get away from the hustle and bustle of NYC!
