Camping situé tout près des piscines naturelles de Varadouro.
Pour une somme modique, vous pourrez séjourner dans ce camping de Faial. Ici, la nature est reine. Les espaces sont très bien entretenus et les emplacements sont délimités par de jolis petits murets en pierre. Sur place, de grands barbecues et des tables sont à disposition. Les sanitaires sont propres. Il y a même le wifi et un bar pour prendre un café le matin ! Le terrain est situé tout près des piscines naturelles de Varadouro. Un merveilleux endroit pour séjourner !

Parque de campismo ideal para familias numerosas e com crianças, wc limpos várias vezes ao dia ,bar com bom atendimento espaços limpos,água quente, gerência 100/... adorei e vamos voltar ????

I live on Faial and am so happy to see that the campground is thriving again this year after being closed. The campground has new managers, who are extremely friendly and working tirelessly to improve the facilities to offer a better experience guests. This is one of the most beautiful spots on the entire island, either to camp or just to hang out with friends and have a drink. The bar's patio is situated above the rocky shoreline in a cluster of pine trees. Highly recommend!

The worst camp management ever. I wouldn't recommend it to anybody!!
We arrived at 6 pm, and the camp owner didn't let us settle since the reception closed at 2 PM (crazy fact: he and his receptionists were there - both sitting in the office). This was even more shocking for us since we were bike-packing and we didn't have the option to go somewhere else.
In the end, we camped at the parking space of a nearby pizza place. They were super friendly people. We used beach showers/toilets 50m further down from the pizza place.
We can't comment camps facilities since we were not really there, but the owner should rethink his attitude and manners. We have traveled a lot and have never experienced sth like this.

Reception of the campsite is open only 2 hours. The camping bar is open until 24h. Nevertheless, no check-in was actually possible and I would have had to sleep on the street. After long persuasion I had to pay for 2 nights. The campsite is almost as good as cheaper in the Azores. However, you have to sleep under a coniferous forest. And ask for 10€ for that? I find it excessively expensive.
