I could play my Instrument during our stay in one of the empty rooms, which was very friendly from the staff.
The spa was not open due to renovation and there was a very mini room service breakfast for 25€. At least, some vegan cheese and sausage.
When we ordered two bottles of water, they charged another 8€ just for bringing the bottles (7€ each) to the room.
We could make a late checkout due to the illness of my girlfriend (75€ instead of 125€, normally 25€ per hour is the rate).
So in total just 3/5 stars.
Next time we’ll discover another hotel.
Negatives: I found the room did not have enough electricity plugs - I expect most modern hotels of this standard to have USB plug ports beside the bed. I could also hear the comings and goings of neighbouring hotel rooms on my floor.
On a positive note, the female staff and spa employee were friendly and accommodating. The room was nice and quiet, but the bathroom had stains here and there and the cleanness can be definitely improved.
벨기에가 인종 차별이 심하다는건 익히 들어 알고 있었지만 그래도 4성급 호텔에서 당할 줄은 몰랐음. 모든 스태프가 그런것은 아니지만 유독 한 젊은 남성 스태프는 위아래로 훓어 보며 너 누구냐 뭐하는 사람이냐 .. 다른 백인 손님들은 깍듯이 미소 지으며 대하며 나만 보면 찡그리고 암튼 돈내고 기분 더러웠음. 더 기분 나빴던건 내가 묵을 방의 키를 그 전 손님이 가지고 가 버려서 체크인 타임이 훨씬 지났음 에도 한참을 기다 렸고 .. 정말 피곤 하고 쉬고 싶었지만 아무것도 해줄수 없고 심지어 그 전 손님에게 재촉 전화도 할수 없으니 니가 참으라 고만 했음. 그 와중 혹시 음료 드실꺼냐고 물어봐서 당연히 공짜 인줄 알았지만 그 젊은 남자 스태프가 차지 다 했음. 스파와 룸서비스 모두 훌륭 했지만 그 젊은 남자 스태프의 태도와 호텔방의 묵은때 랄까.. 암튼 전반적으로 매우 별로 였음. 매우 안타까운 일이기는 함 왜냐면 다른 모든 스태프가 친절 했고 스파도 매우 훌륭 했기때문.. 난 정말 이 호텔을 사랑 하고 싶었지만 한명의 미꾸라지가 모든걸 흐리고 당신의 여행을 망치는건 순식간임.
Kamers zijn een lust voor het oog. Wij verbleven in de terrace room, een kamer met een klein buitenterrasje met leuk uitzicht over de stand. Minder puntje: bad kraan viel naar beneden toen we deze aanraakten + toilet was niet 100% clean toen we toekwamen. Wel weer een zeer goed bed waarin we zalig geslapen hebben.
Onthaal super gastvrij. Ook bij het lekkere ontbijt vriendelijk bediend. Geen vraag was te veel voor de twee dames die het ontbijt verzorgden.

En super ook dat je vlak van tevoren een mail krijgt met de vraag of je extra opties wilt zoals champagne op de kamer of rozenblaadjes. Dat deed het natuurlijk goed bij mijn geliefde!
Pour un hôtel de ce standing, il n’y a pas de sourire, on ne se sent pas accueilli, au contraire on a l’impression de gêner.
Le personnel de l’accueil n’a été serviable (juste efficace).
Nous avons demandé un conseil pour un bon restaurant : « c’est les vacances tout est complet, allez sur la grande place ».
Le personnel du petit déjeuner est trop expéditif :
Fin du petit déjeuner à 10H30, le staff a débarrassé à une vitesse exagérée le buffet, allant même jusqu’à enlever mon assiette alors que j’étais encore à table.
Nous avions réservé le spa pour 1H, délais de 24H en amont car très sollicité, au moment d’arriver il y avait doublon de réservation, malgré une confirmation de l’accueil.
La chambre était néanmoins confortable et très propre.
Nous ne recommanderons cet établissement.
