Stayed here 5 nights. 2 of those days we had no tv had to ask a couple times to get it repaired. Finally the manager of maintenance came by himself and fixed it. THIS MAN WAS AMAZING!!!. Then 2 days we asked for no service. 2 days we asked for service and received none. Had to ask for toilet paper and new towels and bring our own trash to a larger receptacle. Not very good house keeping service.

The first night I was here my TV stopped working. I asked for two days to have it repaired and finally gave up. Also, the ice maker on my floor was broken. All in all not a good experience and I will not stay here again.

I recently booked the event space for a birthday celebration. The entire hotel is recently renovated and the event space looks really nice! The entire experience was amazing, the staff were super helpful and everything went smoothly with the event. Aside from that, I also stayed in a guest room for a few nights. Although the guest rooms were renovated, the inside of the closet looked very worn and ceiling had a stain. I had a suite and there was a bunch of empty space that could have been better used. None of those things were deal breakers but there were some small details that were skipped during the renovation. It’s worth mentioning that there’s a bistro in the hotel and the breakfast/dinner was pretty good. Parking was plentiful and the area felt safe and slightly secluded.

My stay would’ve been fine except for a worker whose name is Brittany Henry left her car under the portico in front for hours while it was a driving rainstorm. It was a mess with all customer cars backed up. That’s not right!

I am a Titanium Elite and I made a reservation for two days. Due to a health emergency I had to checked out the next day. this hotel charge me for two days supposedly due to their policy in which is not written any wear. Even when I checked out I was not even reminded of it. When I called to clarify. The front desk person just kept saying they charge me correctly. I defiantly will never come back to this hotel and I will not recommended. We don't become Titanium Elite by a gift. We utilize your hotel brand more then our on home. Beware your status doesn't mean anything to this hotel.

Excellent stay here. We had a group of about 20, and they really served us well. I was super impressed with the food prepared for our group. Great value.

Me and my family stayed at this hotel and we really liked it. The 2 lady’s at the front desk were super nice and made us feel comfortable and welcomed. The room they gave us was big ,the beds were comfortable and everything was clean. The breakfast was also really good. I recommend this hotel if your looking for one .

I was traveling for work. I chose the hotel because of the location mainly but also bc of the balcony option and Starbucks at the bar. Two features my husband loves. The hotel checkin process was smooth although we were not given the complimentary water bottles upon arrival(this will matter later in my review). A couple hours after we had settled in we realized that the water was off. We went downstairs to see what was going on and learned that a major water line break had occurred knocking out water across the parish. The bar remained open throughout the evening and there seemed to be one worker visible who was the most patient and kind person ever in this strange situation she literally was the epitome of a hustler making sure we were all fed and had plenty of drinks. The lobby became a hangout area for many guests luckily it was spacious with lots of various seating options. We were lucky enough to find a sushi restaurant that was open still and we ordered Grubhub. When I requested our complimentary water while downstairs I was given the waters with no trouble. When we woke up there was still no water until about 12noon the front desk didn’t charge us for the extra day or a late checkout fee due to the situation. We were grateful for the staff and clean facilities having had to endure the water situation.

Central location in Metairie, right next door to the Residence Inn; room was not overly clean, sheets were definitely not. Check in and out was timely, but I will not stay again.

Nice but disappointing. Already showing some signs of wear and breakfast/coffee is a painfully inefficient and no coffee in our room. While they did cheerfully serve Starbucks coffee ($4 for just a black coffee) there is only one place for breakfast, one front worker, and although it's included in the room price it is horribly slow. Overall: nice place but wouldn't recommend it unless it's just a business trip and you have time to blow in the morning.

Staff is rude. Be sure and check your bill after leaving. I was there on business, extended my room 1 more day, then wound up checking out on the original checkout date. They charged me the extra day even though i was not there.

Good Marriott service, comfortable beds, staff was always helpful and the location is great! You can get anywhere in New Orleans in about 15 minutes.

Very nice hotel. Clean rooms& comfortable beds! Check-In was super easy with the APP. I had a mobile key so I never had to worry about misplacing my key card. Nice location & the food in the on site restaurant was delicious.

If you need reliable wifi, don't stay here. Traveling for work and literally sitting the lobby in my pjs because the wifi won't connect at all in the rooms. Started on the second floor, was moved to the first floor, no difference. But was still glad to have been moved because the first room had an overflowing trashcan. Aside from that, the stay was okay and on par with other Courtyard locations.

This hotel made our stay RIDICULOUSLY difficult. Broken promise after broken promise. Got locked out of our room and were denied access until the manager walked away and one of the other employees generously activated our card. We are a traveling group and we were promised free tide pods, so we could do laundry. Then they said it was 2 for $1 (fine, not an issue), but refused to take $1 in cash when my card wasn’t working. On top of that, it’s in a terrible location surrounded by highways. You can only access food and shopping by car, which we do not have. Would definitely not recommend. The only employee with any sense of customer service, was the younger gentleman that helped us get back into our room, cuz he recognized us and knew it wasn’t a safety issue. He should get a raise for exemplary customer service.
