Breakfast was 100%, everything down to the grits! They even have honey. I love it when I can put honey in my tea and it’s so rare at a hotel to find. I want to add that the water pressure is on point, the shower heads are customizable, the bathrooms have large containers of shampoo/conditioner/body wash and liquid hand soap at the sink! I am so happy I booked this hotel. Definitely my go to stay in Shreveport from now on.

My husband and I stayed while in the area and were very pleased. We made the reservation about a month ahead of time and were able to get in and check in fairly quickly. The desk staff was friendly and helpful. Although we had booked two rooms and for some reason the put us on two separate floors?? We got a King size bed and upon entering the room was clean and the bathroom was clean. The bed was comfortable, but the pillows could have been a little less flat. There were plenty of towels for us and while the shower was hot, there was not much water pressure. The room was quiet and we did not have any problems with hearing other guests. We did go down for breakfast and it was pretty good. The selection was good and the waffles were great. The staff that does the breakfast was so kind and friendly and very helpful. I can't remember her name but she was delightful! The location was great and easy to access the base and other things in the area. Would recommend and we will be back when in the area.

The hotel was a little dated, but the staff were extremely nice. Haven't heard a train in a long time. Even though it was several buildings away, the horn woke me up three times during the night.

Do not stay here!! We are Diamond members with Hilton and always stay at Hilton hotels. We thought we were staying at a safe location but it is NOT safe at all. We were visiting for a family member’s surgery and got to our truck in the early morning to find that it had been broken into, back passenger window shattered and everything in the truck was rummaged through. This hotel has NO cameras and no security. When the cop arrived, he stated that the nearby Hilton hotel had 3 break-ins that very same night. It is ridiculous that a hotel chain as big as Hilton would afford its patrons the courtesy of safety with at least cameras and 24 hour security.

Clean rooms wonderful front desk and breakfast

Absolutely the most un-accommodating Hampton Inn I’ve ever experienced. They do not live by the 100% satisfaction garauntee. Feel sorry for the staff under their managers and managers because they tried to help by couldn’t. Absolutely shameful and appalling the way they treat guest. Constantly entering my room without permission. Gave wrong rooms. Horrid.

Most of the Hampton inns are getting old, but this one was clean and well maintained. The staff made up for any shortcomings of the building. The breakfast team were friendly and attentive.

The staff are so nice and helpful and friendly. I felt like I was staying with family. The BEST grits for breakfast. Room was clean and quiet.

Stayed here over the weekend. Upon arrival, there were plenty of parking spaces. At check-in, there were 2 ladies at the desk, and one of them said they would be right with us in a nice tone. She just had a large group that arrived. It was fine, I am a very patient person, so I didn't mind the short wait. The other young lady was the one who assisted us. She seemed to be somewhat irritated (probably not at us), but she was really short with answers/questions and rushed through the whole process. Basically, if we had any other question, don't ask her. She was just trying to get us checked in and out of her way.
The hotel itself was clean. Everything was in order and neat. The floors were vacuumed and had no debris anywhere. When entering the room, it was very welcoming, clean, and very large!!! There was a little refrigerator, a microwave, an ice bucket, a small, one cup coffee maker, and the cups/necessities needed for it. There was a desk I could use to finish up some things for work. I enjoyed the spaciousness of the room. Nothing was cramped in there. The bed was fairly comfortable. The breakfast was pretty good as well. The morning crew was SO nice and in a good mood! Overall, it's a nice hotel.

Everything was sold out. Even at this location. So far so good service has been great and also a nice room.
