Es la segunda vez que acudimos a este hotel y repetiremos.Todo muy bien, pero lo mejor es la profesionalidad, eficiencia,simpatía y atención de todo el personal. Un diez.

Hier 8 dagen geweest Vakantie maart/april met gezin.Service echt top ook bij terugreis kregen een kamer voor douchen en koffers echt top Service.
Eten elke dag wat anders Zwembad service top.

Staying at this hotel currently with my son's and it is really lovely but not sure it meets a 4 star rating or warrants the 4 star price tag.
My room is clean but only has a view of the bar roof and it is very noisy at 9pm just as my 5yo is falling asleep. I paid full price for my 5yo but his bed is a sofa trundle.
They offer good children's entertainment earlier in the evening in a different space for young children but unfortunately the main entertainment is just below our room and really kicks off at his bed time. The beach is about 8mins away, it's located in a nice area. It's well maintained.

Pros:
- Very clean and the staff work hard to keep it this way.
- Great range and quality of food in the buffet restaurant.
- Great pools - clean and well maintained.
- Lovely children's facilities (some at an additional cost though).
- Complimentary WiFi available.
- English (& other languages) TV channels available.

Cons:
- Items that should be included in your room all have an additional cost, even if you have paid all inclusive, e.g. no room kettle, no complimentary tea, coffee, hot chocolate or even water, no iron, no shampoo, no shower cap or cotton buds etc just very basic shower gel. You must pay an upgrade if you want robes or slippers, pool towels require a deposit, the spa facilities are an additional cost etc etc (you get the idea!)
- Restaurant staff hassle you to buy drinks and try to remove water glasses if you are not purchasing expensive bottled water - very poor sustainability credentials.
- Pool bed wars are real here! More guests than space.
- The front desk staff rely on the hotel app rather than provide info at check in. They're always busy and seen a little harassed. Certainly no concierge service.
- The Up! facility is a lot more money to upgrade (€50/day if you're half board)
- No prices listed at the bars or food outlet and children can rack up costs on their wrist bands.

So, a nice hotel but no little luxuries that make you feel remotely valued as a guest.

Following the customer 'service' teams response, I would add that casing aspersions as to what I can afford is unnecessary and tacky. My feedback is constructive, not critical, and your inability to accept it as such only evidences the level of service you're providing.

Hemos ido 4 veces, dos antes de la pandemia años 2018 y 2019 y dos después , años 2022 y 2023. Nada que ver. Solo le salva el poco personal que queda de antes. Hicieron reforma y el resultado es muy malo. No hay tumbonas para todo el mundo, mala limpieza en la piscina,, los escalones del tobogán grande están destrozados, el mini club no cumple las medidas de seguridad por no hablar de la falta de personal para atender a los niños…
La animación que era fantástica ahora es lamentable, el todo incluido es falso, ni un refresco se podía pedir a la hora de la comida, solamente había agua y 4 grifos en el restaurante. Ya cuando nos íbamos al hacer las maletas notamos que nos faltaron cosas de la habitación y ni se dignaron a contestar hasta una semana después y la respuesta fue ridícula.
Si buscan pasarlo bien en familia, con entretenimiento para niños y mayores, escojan otro hotel. Le salva la ubicación. Por el resto y a esos precios, los hay mejores.

Negativo:
Cucarachas en la habitación.
Limpieza muy mejorable.
Platos sucios en el restaurante.
Atención al cliente del personal de recepción.

Lo más negativo del hotel es la limpieza muy mejorable y la cantidad de cucarachas que se encuentran en las habitaciones!!!
Hemos pasado 7 noches teniendo que matar nosotros mismos a las cucarachas. La respuesta del personal de recepción ha sido lamentable, nos han cambiado de habitación 3 de las 7 noches, obligándonos a volver a nuestra anterior habitación al día siguiente y avisando si volvían a aparecer las cucarachas de noche. Vergonzoso!! Se excusan en el clima, pero considero que deberían tomarse más en serio el control de plagas. He visitado Tenerife en muchas ocasiones y nunca he vivido esta experiencia en un hotel.
Además de no haber recibido ni una disculpa, han cometido un error con nuestra factura de extras en el hotel y nos lo han reclamado después del check-out. Lo que parecía un detalle por las molestias, que no fueron pocas, ha resultado un error más de gestión!
Como positivo:
Buenas instalaciones, la zona de piscina muy agradable.
Buen restaurante, con mucha variedad y calidad correcta de las preparaciones.
El personal del restaurante muy agradable.

Great hotel in great location. The pool area is great with adult only section. The bracelet system works well. No complaints we had a great time

Nuestra experiencia ha sido perfecta. El personal muy atento, en especial Ubaldo, de recepción. Su atendimiento ha sido exquisito, nos ayudó con una reserva, muy resolutivo. Con personas como él dan ganas de repetir vacaciones en este hotel. Muchas gracias.

Schöne Zimmer, freundliches Personal, gutes Essen, schöne Pools. Fußläufig zum Strand und zur Amusiermeile von Playa de las Américas und trotzdem ruhig.

Byliśmy w ubiegłym roku byliśmy bardzo zadowoleni.Chcemy w tym roku zarezerwować ale nie dziala rezerwacja na stronie od ponad tygodnia.Nie odbierają telefonów, nie odpisują na maile.

Numuros nav pat ūdens vārāmais aparāts, par kafijas pat nerunāsim. Pie cenas, ko šī viesnīca prasa, ja vēlies ūdens vārāmo aparātu, jāpiemaksā 1.5€ dienā! Bildēs rāda jumta terasi, bet dzīvē, lai to apmeklētu, jāpiemaksā 60€ dienā par cilvēku! Neuzraujaties uz skaistajām bildēm!
Nav slikti, bet pret cenu, ko maksājām neatbilstošs serviss!
Par šo cenu daudz labākas viesnīcas ir Tenerifē!

El hotel está muy bien, bien ubicado y con un personal muy agradable. Fuimos mi mujer, mis dos hijos y yo. uno de ellos con condición TEA. Es aquí donde me quito el sombrero con el personal, muy en concreto con Lili García, que desde que nos vio por primera vez en el Buffet estuvo muy atentos a nosotros y a nuestro hijo, parecía entender la situación y no hizo la estancia durante los 4 días que estuvimos allí mucho más cómoda. Si lees esto Lili, Mil gracias!

On a particulièrement apprécié l'apres midi avec les activités dans la piscine.. c'était très drôle. Tout le monde peut participer : jeunes et moins jeunes.
Les animateurs sont sympas et dynamique. Un grand merci à Maurice !
Les toboggans ont ravi les enfants ainsi que les adultes.
La nourriture y est variée et plutôt bonne.
Les chambres sont spacieuses.
Le personnel en général est souriant et sympathique.
L'hôtel est bien situé.
Seul point négatif : pas de parking.

Positivamente sorpreso dalla struttura, moderna, pulita e molto ampia(sia zone comuni che la camera). Da italiano faccio un complimento alla cucina, ottima sia a colazione che a cena. Staff reception molto professionale

First visit after covid, there now.
Great changes. Better pools, entertainment and food is now very good.
Only downside is the loudness of music and broadcasting of entertainment. We have been here three nights and have been driven out of the bar area to socialise elewhere in the town each night as have many others.
I remember this was an issue before covid and other reviewers have picked this up. Surely better to turn it down and obtain revenue from people that is now being spent elsewhere?
Put us off coming back? Probably.
