Good vibes in the nautico club, briefing with David, the team is very nice. They let us tour around the lagoon by ourselves on a small catamaran. Best way to travel around, we took 3 hours, it’s good enough, but honestly you could take a whole afternoon to go far.
Recommend if you want to sail by yourself.

La mejor experiencia a vela en todo Bacalar. Mucho profesionalismo, la guía e infomación muy interesantes. Se notan que llevan mas de 10 años dedicándose al trabajo sobre navegación ⛵
.
El puerto de donde salimos es un lugar hermoso y sin turismo.

Excellente navigation en hobbycat avec notre capitaine avec un « e » qui a été extraordinaire ! Peu … voir très très peu de vent … nous avons ramé ☺️ parfois et ça été une extraordinaire journée ensoleillée ponctuée de baignades et d’un charmant remorquage en bateau moteur pour nous faire gagner 30 mns pour atteindre la baignade au « passage des pirates » ! Bravo à elle !

BEWARE NEVER BOOK WITH ARMANDO(the sales guy in the city center). He lied about everything just to make the sale and ruin our last day in Bacalar. I saw the same problem in another review. Long story short:

We had a reservation for 1 p.m. with a collective in a catamaran or threemaran(at least that’s what he told us and that’s why we booked). We told the sales guy Armando multiple times we were only able to do at 1 o clock. When we arrived there was no boat at 1 only at 3. They were even blaming us. we ended up in a different and uncomfortable boat. The skipper was nice!

I just have to say a company that believes such sales rep and ruins our last day doesn’t deserve any star. It’s a shame to promise things to people that are on their holiday just to make a quick buck.

Es mi primera vez en Bacalar y este tour esta buenisimo si quieres conocer de cerca los lugares de la laguna. Durante nuestro recorrido, Samuel nuestro guía, nos atendió muy bien con agua de sandia, nos pico fruta, nos tomo fotos y videos, nos recomendo lugares por visitar y sobre todo se sintió una buena compañía durante todo el recorrido que duro 4 horas.

We chose this company because it focuses on being environmentally sustainable and we are really glad we did. We did a sunset cruise with David who is a very skilled sailor and a great guide. We sailed around the lagoon and got to see the sunset together. We also did the the longer cruise two days later with Mario and Samuel. That one included hopping off the boat into the water in a few different areas of the lagoon as well as an amazing fruit plate. Both were incredible experiences and we learned a lot about the lagoon and got to see some great spots from different vantage points. Highly recommend Veleando Ando.

Una experiencia muy grata; tomé el paquete más básico (Premium), y está perfecto, sin cuatro horas con dos paradas para nadar (30 min. cada una).

Las explicaciones Samuel, nuestro guía, fueron buenas, y nos dio distintas recomendaciones sobre los principales atractivos de Bacalar.

El paseo incluye tres cervezas y agua de sabor, así como algunas frutas, muy necesario para no deshidratarse.

Muy bonita experiencia h muy accesible los precios, nuestro vendedor fue Armando y nos trató con mucho respeto y educación. Nos explicó que el viaje detalladamente y aparte de que nos consiguió un velero privado a mi y a mi novia para nosotras solas y a un buen precio. Es un muy buen señor.
Nuestro capitán Mario es un hombre muy agradable, nos dio preparativos muy lindos aparte de que nos hizo la plática. La verdad recomiendo mucho este lugar. Las chicas de recepción, era su primer día de trabajo pero se portó muy linda y profesional. Le doy diez de diez, por cierto son incluyentes así que nos sentimos muy cómodas. ????️‍????????️‍⚧️

Estupendo! Mario y su tripulación nos trataron de lujo. Hicimos un viaje precioso por la laguna de Bacalar, nos contaron muchas cosas sobre la misma, leyendas etc nadamos , nos restauraron. Bebidas, frutas

Jamás había estado en velero ⛵️ hoy fue mi primer viaje, a las 13:00 hrs la capitania excelente, muy amables y muy al tanto de toda su tripulacion, lo volvería hacer nuevamente, el Sr Luis muy bien por su labor para vendernos el viaje, gracias ????????

My partner and I greatly enjoyed our sail on the lagoon. We got to stop at the pirates channel for a dip, as well as at the wonderful bird island. Captain David was an absolute blast. He showed us around in style, and made a delicious drink for us to share. He also showed off his serious skills and talents for us. He’s more than just a great captain! Don’t hesitate, book yourselves a sunset sail now!

I really enjoyed my first sailing tour of the Laguna with David and Vaneando Ando. The boat is a small catamaran, comfortable for up to 4 people. David handled it well, though there was little wind, gave us helpful information about the area and treated us well. We had two blissful swim stops, a look at the black Cenote, and a good long stop at a protected bird island. When we spotted rare roseate spoonbills David went out of his way to try for a closer look. David speaks English well and answered all our questions. He served us cerveza, fruit and a delicious agua he made himself. I feel lucky to have booked this low-key, peaceful tour of the Laguna. Cheers!

Piacevole esperienza in catamarano, si naviga per circa 4ore nella laguna raggiungendo i principali punti di interesse con possibilità di farsi il bagno in punti altrimenti non raggiungibili. Staff di bordo (capitano David) simpatico e disponibile a raccontare aneddoti e altro.
Snack e bibite offerte a bordo. Costo a 700$ a persona (bassa stagione).
