Cancelled at last minute without any reason. Such an inconvenience and now prices of other hotel are also so high !

WARNING!!!! this place is shut down!!! they will take your money and not even let you know that it is not open!!! its locked down and fenced all around. DO NOT BOOK!!!

Attention! This place is closed down! Furthermore the address reference in Google Maps is wrong. The location is on the opposite side of the street. I had a reservation but when I finally arrived at the location I noticed that it is completly closed down. No information nor help from Baymont by Wyndham staff.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Flying in to see Taylor Swift in October and made the reservations 3 months ago for this hotel because I knew it was going to be hard the closer it got. Just got an email that they canceled with no explanation or alternatives. Tried to call the hotel and the phone doesn’t even work. But from reading the reviews sounds this is nothing new.

We booked this hotel months ago, looking forward to our trip through the Southern States.
Today, without ANY reason given, our booking was cancelled. No alternatives were offered.

To me this is the summum of lousy customer service.
