Do not stay at this hotel!!!! Overcharged by $131.95. Told by management it would be taken care of with corporate. Called corporate and all Financials are dealt with by the location management. Talked to management again and told to dispute with bank. Room was disgusting. Mouse droppings in drawers. Door is filthy, floor not vacuumed. Asked for 2 towels and were told we had to give them our used towels. Housekeeping took our used towels and did not replace, so we had to argue with front desk for towels.

We’ve stayed at quite a few hotels and motels, this place is bottom of the barrel for sure.

They will rent you a room and than arrest you and not return your money..the most garbage hotel I've ever been to...no washers and dryers and filthy and they act as if is the dam holiday Inn don't stay here you will most definitely regret in

The room was horrible. I should’ve knew when I saw the window shade on everyone rooms were yellow and crunchy. My god they were so crunchy it look like if you opened them they’ll fall apart in pieces.????????????????.. then I opened the door and a moldy nasty smell hit my nose immediately. Then we get in the room and the lamp shade was so dirty it look like it had webs under it. And don’t get me on the piss stained chair next to the desk.. yikes. I feel like I need a shot after I left the room. Me and my girlfriend had to sleep with our clothes on the whole night just so nothing would crawl on us. Worst $80 I’ve ever spent. I had no choice but to laugh cause my girlfriend was behind me and I was totally embarrassed cause I’m the one who booked it.. yea I paid for that and still paying for it cause now my girlfriend got jokes for years and not only that she don’t trust me booking another hotel out of town and I can’t blame her with this blunder. I don’t get how the governor of Louisiana allowed this place to stay open. I mean even the front desk attendants look like they she did a line before I walked in. If you think I’m exaggerating this situation please don’t I’m telling nothing but the trust even go video if anyone wants it.

Dirty bedding, no coffee makers in room or anywhere else & no access to food anywhere nearby. Extremely dirty overall and extremely rude staff. No elevators so had to get heavy bags up & down steep narrow winding open stairs outdoors. Very noisy with parties all night in adjoining rooms and outside our room & housekeeping banging on our door early in the morning yelling. Door wouldn’t fully close, no hot water in sink & warm water in shower lasted under 3 minutes. Towels thin as tissue paper. Not 1 nice thing to say about this place and price was way to high for this dump. 0/10 would not recommend.

I had a great time will mostly definitely stay again in the future.

I paid cash money and the clerk still put the room on my card . I went back to the office and asked her why after I paid cash they ran it on my card . She said they didn’t put it on my card . Then when I showed her on my phone that they had she just said oh I’ll just give you back your money . Room had a bad smell . No good or coffee. I had to ask the clerk to go check my room and give me back my deposit. He told me not to tell him what to do . They need to take this hotel off the site .

Room smelled like mold and found the adjoining door for my rooms full of mold. Carpet dirty and none on the lamps worked.

Run!!!! This place is a joke. The staff is a bunch of crackheads women and thieves. Trash, Disgusting individuals. Wyndham should step in hard or they won’t have a name in that area anymore. Never ever again and I will make sure I Let the whole world know what happened to me during my one day stay. I stayed in hotels all over Louisiana ms Alabama and Florida. But these thieves…They stole my cash deposit!!!! And even the Spanish housekeepers are in it with them!!! They must be in serious need of crack.

Ac didn't work was pro.ised would fixed after waiting for 1.5 hrs service guy came said would be right back after another went to office was yold go ahead to concert promised would be fixed or would be given another room when I got back we'll when got back after 1am wasn't fixed and had no rooms

When I say, this is the nastiest filthiest room I have ever seen I am not exaggerating. The air conditioner did not work and the room had not been cleaned. The bathroom was filthy. It stunk so bad in the room that I had to go buy Lysol and air freshener to even be able to stay there, I went to the front desk to tell them that the air conditioner wasn’t working and that the room was dirty. Oh, and the clerk would not answer the phone. When I got to the front desk, the clerk was standing outside, smoking a cigarette with some man and she would not come inside until she was finished smoking the cigarette so I had to wait. I informed her that the air conditioner didn’t work, and that the room was dirty, she said well there’s nothing I can do about it. She refused to call a manager. She told me that she would call maintenance. I told her OK I’ll wait while you do that. She goes in another room and comes back and says the man said that the air conditioner works so , she couldn’t move me or give me a refund I said I have no reason to lie about the air conditioner or not working she said the maintenance man had no reason to lie about it. Therefore I was the liar. She was very rude. I didn’t have the money to get another room because they wouldn’t give me a refund so I had to stay there , worst night of my life. I called Customer Support to see if they could help me and they didn’t. I just got an email yesterday from management and they said that they could give me 20% off the room because the maintenance man Said the air conditioner worked so they couldn’t refund me. Therefore calling a liar again. The White girl with the cornrows does it need to work in hospitality. If I were you, I wouldn’t even think about staying here. While I was in the lobby two other customers came into complain, so it wasn’t just my room. The whole place is just a dump with bad employees.

the outside didn't look very good to begin with and it smells like mold everywhere, we entered our room to be greeted by the worst smell of cigarettes and mold and accompanied by humidity making it stuffy and harder to breathe than it already was. there was water dripping from the walls and all the faucets were covered in mold, the bathtub was chipping on the inside and rusting on the floor and edges. there were bugs everywhere, you couldn't look anywhere without seeing a small cockroach or a fly, even as I'm typing this right now I still feel lightheaded from it, and the cancelation fee is $78 which is what we paid for the room

I would not even give it 1 star, I don't even know where to start. I'm here as we speak, watching a roach crawl on the wall. Had I not already charged my card, I would have run when I walked in. My bad for not checking the reviews, but it's my birthday/vacation with my hubs and we were trying to be spontaneous so we checked pictures and booked online. Got here at 130pm and was told there would be a 35 dollar charge for early check so we opted to come back at 3pm needed to go get some things for our 3 day stay anyway. Came back at 3pm checked in was told there is a 50 dollar cash deposit ok cool no biggie glad we had some cash. Get to the room.and omg the pictures are nothing like what was on the website. And I mean nothing. Please you read this do not stay here way too many things need updating and all over fixed. But the only good I can say is I could find no evidence of bed bugs. Oh let me edit this one omg never again. Go to check out at 8am and can't get our deposit that we paid because no one is scheduled to go check the room until 9am that I took the trash out of and the room that I cleaned better than it was when we got there. After we go get gas she still hasnt had anyone check so we wait even longer... The pictures on the website are ALL lies I added current ones so you can judge. Please read reviews unlike me

Just needed a place to sleep, I booked with 3rd party service, when I checked in they said I needed to leave security deposit...ok thats fine, but they charged me 130.00. EVEN THOUGH I ALREADY PAID FOR ROOM.....no one will answer the phone!!!

This has to be, by far, one of the worst places I have stayed at. Effective 9/26/23 there is a $50 minimum cash only deposit upon check in. The entire facility is in disrepair, and the laundry room does not work at all. While the room itself is barely livable the prices charged are 3x their value. This place needs to be condemned.
