Εξαιρετική εμπειρία η διαμονή!!! Η ευγένεια και η εξυπηρέτηση του προσωπικού οι πλουσιοπάροχες παροχές, η καθαριότητα, η υψηλής αισθητικής διακόσμηση η οποία σε μεταφέρει σε αλλοτινές εποχές και τέλος η τοποθεσία συνέβαλαν σε μία υπέροχη διαμονή στο νησί!! Το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα.

I have been here for 2 nights e my elder parents. The location is great in the middle of the most busiest shopping, coffee and cheese $ wine stores. And the rooms are well decorated and comfortable. The breakfast is really satisfying w options. And would like to thank miss Panatioga for her detailed knowledge and help for planning the whole holiday and reservations

We come to Chios very often and we stayed at Agora 1st time. It is a renovated old buliding. Very stylish and warm atmosphere. We arrived early than our check in time. We were just going to leave our bags but they gave our room to us. They are very helpful and I appreciate their help. Room is nice and quite clean. Pillows are very comfortable. Hotel location is great. It is on the main street. Everwhere and everything is a few steps away. It was joyful to spend time in the balcony. Our room had kettle, fridge and plates/fork/spoons. They serve water 7/24. Hotel is very recommended. We will stay here next time as well.

Πολύ προσεγμένος χώρος! Σε ταξιδεύει αρκετά χρόνια πριν σα να είσαι φιλοξενούμενος σε κάποιο ζεστό παλιό αρχοντικό ενός Χιώτη καπετάνιου ίσως...
Καθαριότητα κι εξυπηρέτηση βαθμολογούνται με 10!
Πολύ ευγενικό προσωπικό και πρόθυμο να βοηθήσει σε κάθε ζητούμενο.
Μέσα στην καρδιά της χώρας της Χίου!!!!!

Πολύ καλή εξυπηρέτηση από την ρεσεψιόν θετικοί σε όλα το δωμάτιο πάρα πολύ καθαρό και περιείχε τα πάντα! Το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα.

Είμαστε πολλοί ευχαριστημένοι από τη διαμονή μας! Τα δωμάτια πολύ όμορφα, καθαρά, είχαν ότι ζητήσαμε. Τα παιδιά πολύ εξυπηρετικά, μας βοηθούσαν συνέχεια με το καροτσι και τα μωρά. Η τοποθέσία βολική, κέντρο, μέσα στα μαγαζιά! Σίγουρα θα ξαναμεινουμε εκεί!

Βρέθηκα για επαγγελματικούς λόγους στο ξενοδοχείο.. ότι καλύτερο που θα μπορούσα να έχω.. απίστευτο δωμάτιο!!
Ο συνδυασμός τών ανθρώπων με το σημείο έκαναν την διαμονή μου αξέχαστη.
Θα ξανά πάω εννοείται και το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα ❤️????????

Καταρχάς είναι μέσα στο κέντρο και είναι πανεύκολο να γυρίσετε όλο το νησί! Είναι σε πολύ κεντρικό σημείο. Είναι ένα ωραίο νεοκλασικό με πανέμορφες οροφές στο εσωτερικό διακοσμημένες υπέροχα. Είναι σαν να μένεις σε χιώτικο αρχοντικό με ψηλές οροφές, βιτρό και όμορφα χρώματα. Έχει πολύ καλή τιμή για τα δωμάτια, τα οποία καθαρά και ακριβώς όπως στις φωτογραφίες του σάιτ. Είναι μια τέλεια επιλογή για διαμονή στη Χίο. Έχει και ένα ήσυχο χαλαρό καφέ για το πρωινό σας, ότι πρέπει. Οι φωτογραφίες δεν είναι και η καλύτερη αλλά καταλαβαίνετε τι εννοώ ωραίες ψηλές ωραίες οροφές. Επίσης μπαίνεις με κωδικό και νιώθεις ασφάλεια.

Odalar temiz ve yenilenmişti. Tam merkezi konumda güleryüzlü ve yardımsever personeli vardı. Sadece araç park yeri biraz uzakta ama erken saatlerde aracınıza yakında yer bulabilirsiniz.

Για καφέ και brunch έχω καθίσει 2-3 φορές. Η εξυπηρέτηση δεν μου άρεσε, και επίσης είχε πολλή φασαρία επειδή είχε αρκετά παιδάκια από τις γύρω παρέες. Δεν συνίσταται για έναν ήρεμο καφέ.

Μείναμε πολύ ευχαριστημένοι. Πολύ ευγενικό κ εξυπηρετικό προσωπικό, με πολύ ωραίες επιλογές για brunch και γλυκά στην καφετέρια του ξενοδοχείου.
Τα δωμάτια ήταν πεντακάθαρα, με πολύ όμορφη διακόσμηση.
Η τοποθεσία του είναι σε κεντρικό σημείο, στον εμπορικό πεζόδρομο του νησιού (Απλωταριά) και δίπλα στο κέντρο της πόλης.
Σίγουρα θα το ξαναεπισκεφθουμε.

Τέλεια η δαμονή μας. Πολύ εξυπηρετικοί και ευγενικοί οι οικοδεσπότες και το προσωπικό. Πλούσιο πρωινό. Ευχαριστούμε πολύ και την επόμενη φορά που θα επισκεφτούμε το νησί θα προτιμήσουμε πάλι τον υπέροχο χώρο σας.

Editing an answer: I never ever requested a refund!Please note that your staff is wonderful. Your barman went out of his way trying to find us a way to kill the small village of cockroaches we found in the bathroom! And this happened exactly because the responsible from the hotel (you?) wasn’t reachable and never responded to any request.

Photos are a good show of how dirty the room was. The breakfast as you can see if very bad quality and without variety. I asked for the price list of the hotel and they refused to give it. They have small cups with water and no ashtrays which makes me wonder if they are legal smoking in this area.

The hotel is amazing which is a historicak building.
The location is great.

The rooms are quite clean.

The staff is friendly & supportive.

The breakfast is quite good, although there were some comments about it.
There are three types of eggs.

The only thing is that bathroom is a bit small but that is ok.

A good place if you want to spend a few days at Chios town. Yoy can go everywhere on foot. It is found in the old part of the town and it's an old mansion converted to a small hotel/ coffee shop.
The tastes at the coffee shop and the breakfast are average.
