Tolles Hotel und nettes Personal. Besonders die süße Katze bei der Einlasskontrolle hat mich schwer beeindruckt.
Zimmer sind gut, Betten und Kissen ebenfalls, auch wenn wir das Zimmer direkt über dem Restaurant hatten konnten wir gut nächtigen.
Würde hier wieder einchecken

The hotel's biggest asset is the location. It is near to all the good places in Varese. The staff in the reception are very polite and eager to help you. The place for the breakfast is beautiful and traditional. Moreover, the room maybe the cleanest hotel room i have ever stayed. Definitely recommend. You can't miss the highlight of the hotel, a beautiful cat named Princi. If you are lucky enough she might let you pet her too.

Per un giorno senza acqua calda e riscaldamento, non hanno neppure applicato uno sconto per il grave accaduto. Pulizia quasi inesistente, molto deludente la colazione con bevande da preparare da soli. Tutte le aree inaccessibili a persone con disabilità.

Un albergo ottimo per un soggiorno di lavoro o di turismo in città, dotato di tutto ciò che serve. Ottma pulizia e confort in posizione splendida e facilmente accessibie, a due passi dal centro, parcheggio ottimo.

This hotel offers great service and a reasonable price. It's located right in the city and offers hotel parking.
The personnel are professional and friendly. The rooms are a good size with a comfortable bed.

Sehr zu empfehlen, überaus freundliche Bedienung. Zentral gelegen und abgeschlossener Parkplatz. Mein absoluter Favorit in Varese.

Das Hotel liegt ideal in der Altstadt und zu Fuß kann man prima alles erreichen. Das Hotel an sich ist recht hellhörig zumindest im ersten Stock, wo wir unser Zimmer hatten. Für eine Nacht war es super, aber mehrere Nächte hätte ich nicht bleiben wollen. Was hier wirklich sensationell ist ist das Frühstück am Morgen: selbstgemachte Kuchen und Strudel, frische Brötchen und Croissants, frisches Obst. Ich empfehle auf jeden Fall dieses mitzubuchen.

Fräscht rum med bekväma sängar, bra mörkläggning och ok AC. Bra wifi. Trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Vi var också nöjda med frukosten: bra utbud av dryck, några sorters bröd med pålägg (saknade dock grönsaker), yoghurt med flingor, ägg. Läget väldigt centralt. Kan rekommendera ett besök i den närbelägna slottsparken Parco di Villa Mirabello.
