The hotel is conveniently located near a major train hub and the staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. The breakfast selection is also very delicious. Thank you for making our stay a good one!

La douche fuyais, la pression de l’eau est très limitée (difficile de se laver les cheveux) et le moteur du bain a remous étais très bruyant. Pas de porte manteau a l’entrée et des interrupteurs incohérents (difficiles de comprendre ce qui étant quoi)

We enjoyed our Christmas in Paris. Particularly at La Defence Hilton. The staff was friendly and went out of their way to accommodate us. We definitely would return.

Ich hatte einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt im Hilton Paris La Défense. Das Essen war ausgezeichnet – geschmackvoll zubereitet und von hoher Qualität. Der Service im gesamten Hotel war hervorragend: Besonders hervorzuheben ist das freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal an der Rezeption, das stets bemüht war, alle Wünsche schnell und zuvorkommend zu erfüllen.

Die Atmosphäre im Hotel ist sehr angenehm und einladend. Die Zimmer sind nicht nur schön eingerichtet und modern, sondern auch außergewöhnlich sauber und großzügig geschnitten – ideal zum Entspannen nach einem langen Tag in Paris.

Insgesamt ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt. Ich kann dieses Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und werde bei meinem nächsten Besuch in Paris sehr gerne wiederkommen.

Tucked away from the hustle and bustle of Paris, spacious room compared to the inner city. Public transport at your door and connected to all major tourist attractions and Airport. Very helpful staff, a shout out to Enzo at reception. Sumptuous breakfast at the restaurant. Will definitely come back next time.

I booked a room at this hotel and had reservations after seeing the rating it received. |I stayed for three nights. I will explain further the reasons that made me give it this rating:|1. The area where it is located - The hotel is located in a very quiet area of ​​the Parisian area "La Defense". Everywhere around the hotel there are pedestrian areas and you do not hear motorbikes or cars at any time of the day. Another amazing thing about the location of the Hotel is that inside the building where the hotel is located, on the ground floor and two more levels in the basement, there are a lot of shops. If you miss a shopping session, just get out of the hotel and go straight to the shops. Or you can eat at KFC or Subway, as well as other shops with French delicacies. And also in front of the hotel is the famous Grande Arche, a phenomenal construction||2. Security |During the day, access to the elevator that takes you to the hotel reception is through the space through which you enter the shops. There is always a guard who is careful to see who enters. And at night, access to the hotel is only after pressing the door intercom and the LEDs around a video camera are activated. Only after your face is seen in front of the camera does the door open and you can enter.||3.Breakfast |Starting at 7 am and until 11 am, you are delighted with a superb, very rich breakfast. Every morning, there is a chef who prepares your omelette as you wish. All products are always in abundance.||4. Courtesy of the reception and restaurant staff|The reception staff was very helpful. Whenever I had a specific need, the receptionists helped me.|On the day of departure, because I had an early flight, one of the receptionists, at 5 am, prepared coffee for us, and fresh fruit, yogurt, and some pastries for us to take with us. It was a nice gesture, beyond expectations.||We will definitely come back here.

Hotel was okay, but the staff was lack of warmth and hospitality. Nothing unusually bad or something, just lacking in the Hilton hospitality. Can be more friendlier imo. Location wise, it was good, very close to public transport. The food at breakfast was just okay.

It is very fortunate that this isn’t actually a police statement, recounting the death of a child through negligence on the part of staff at Hilton La Defense.||||My son, who has a severe nut allergy, was told that he can safely eat certain items from the breakfast buffet as they did not have any nut-based products in them.||||My son consumed some of the items that I had been assured were safe but quickly complained that he felt uncomfortable. It transpired that these items had, in fact, been cooked using nut oils.||||Being six years old, he was not able to communicate that his throat felt blocked, but instead said that he felt ‘full’ and the food had reached his throat.||||Luckily, he didn’t go into full anaphylaxis.||||I find it unbelievable that I’m even having to say this about a Hilton hotel, but staff were not only negligent but dismissive, ill-informed, careless and lacked any remnants of training on the subject of allergies and their seriousness.||||An allergy is not a preference. It can be life-threatening.||||When I specifically asked staff, I was assured that he would be fine with certain items.||||Hilton owed us a duty of care and has caused injury and endangerment to life.||||Even when I asked somebody on the front desk to speak to a duty manager the following evening, I was told there isn’t one.||||I’ve since followed up with management and we’ve been offered a refund on our stay. £400 seems to be how much they value the life of a child. Truly awful.

Wonderful stay at Hilton Paris La Défense!
I had a fantastic experience at this hotel. The staff were friendly,
the room was clean and very comfortable, and the location couldn’t be
better. It’s inside a shopping mall, which makes everything super
convenient — shops, restaurants, and public transport are all just
steps away. The atmosphere was calm and relaxing, and I felt well
taken care of throughout my stay. I would definitely come back and
highly recommend it to anyone visiting Paris.

I stayed in this hotel in May, 2024. Room is spacious, comfortable. Bathroom is huge. Modern design. Walk through the CNIT mall to the metro station within 8 minutes. Mall, supermarket are just within 5 minutes walk.
The only negative is getting to the airport, no car can be stopped in front of the hotel, need to carry luggage to reach the taxi stop.

Enjoyed our short stay here. This was our first stop in Paris. Front desk rep, Thomas(?) showed us much hospitality and made us feel very welcomed. Breakfast was pretty good. We felt safe and experienced no issues in this location. Our room appeared and felt clean with a great view. This hotel is connected to a mall, restaurant, and the metro, which is a plus. However, it is further out from central paris.

This was our second time staying here and I highly recommend. I stayed with my family when attending the summer Olympics. The hotel is located by a mall with access to anything you need and the metro to get anywhere you need quickly in Paris. The rooms are clean and staff is helpful with any concerns or questions. As Hilton Honors members, breakfast was included for our family and one of the best aspects of this hotel. The breakfast is complete with warm and cold options and an omelette station. Everything is included and absolutely delicious. This will be my go to for future visits to Paris for sure!

L'hospitalité française classique et apathique. Irritée par chaque demande, même pour des choses aussi simples que de l'eau. Tout ce que nous demandions relevait de l'exploit. Le service d'étage a à peine frappé avant de faire irruption.

Concernant le restaurant (Muses) :

Un service d'une qualité rarement égalée : même dans les restaurants les plus bas de gamme de Châtelet je suis mieux accueilli.

Je suis mitigé concernant le repas : c'était correct mais la viande était froide.

Le point très néfaste, qui a gâché le repas de tous : LE SERVEUR
- Désagréable au possible
- Se trompe 3 fois dans les commandes lors du repas (1 fois pour le plat principal, 2 fois pour les cafés)
- Devient agressif lorsqu'on lui fait remarquer une erreur dans la commande
- Me suggère d'aller au Macdonald lorsque je lui demande un Coca Cherry. DU JAMAIS VU.

Comme quoi, un serveur à lui seul peut nuire à la réputation d'une grande enseigne comme le Hilton.

L hôtel m a facturé 150€ de frais après mon départ soit disant parce que j ai fumé dans la chambre ce qui est totalement faux.
Personne ne m a rien dit, aucune facture reçue juste un débit de 150€…. Quel service 4*! Inadmissible!
