Went there for a dinner
The view itself is enough… but really wanted to highlight how beautiful is this restaurant, indoor and outdoor. A lot of storytelling and pictures.
The dinner itself was also very good, pasta and pizza we tried. The pancakes were delicious.

Great food, super-kind staff, excellent terrace and view.

Perfect place for a vacation. Location is the best with its beachview, private area for sunbeds and the oasis-like innergarden with pool. The place in itself feels very authentic compared to more "industrial"/"commercial" neighbouring hotels.
Staff is friendly, genuine and natural, the manager is a very funny guy.
The rooms are clean and nice looking, first we had a seaview room, and after that we had view over the innergarden. The wifi isnt great all the time, so if your there for work or if your addicted to streaming youtube videos 24/7, you might be dissapointed. The bed can be perceived as hard, my girlfriend solved it by putting towels on the bed which worked out really good.
The overall summary is that this is a really good hotel for someone who wants to relax and enjoys authenticity and a "family-feeling" over surface and obediant faceless servants.

We booked the 3rd floor room because of the expansive view. The location was perfect, right in front of the ocean, it was breathtaking. To me this was the best part as I could watch the coming and going on the tides. Our room has a balcony, from where you can watch every day the sunset, and the sea is almost just below you. As long as I closed my eyes to the rundown aspects of the bathroom, I truly enjoyed my stay there. Walking into the ocean directly off the steps from the restaurant was amazing.

The place needs a little more maintenance but I understand how hard it’s to keep the properties near the ocean in perfect state. Rasta the owner, has created a little wonderland with amazing lush green enclave with few free roaming domesticated animals on his property. Love seeing the dwarf antelope! If you wish to experience true Zanzibar warmth and welcome ….. then Langi Langi is the place. True Zanzibar culture, emphasis on the hospitality and to make guests feel welcome. We will surely come back again

The worst hotel i have ever stay! Neither the room nor the bathroom is unhygienic. There is a very strong damp smell in the room.AC was not working properly, they tried to fix it but of course could not. Wifi connection was very weak in the rooms. We stayed for 2 nights and when we returned, bedbugs had bitten 8-9 parts of my body.

It was very bad experience staying at this hotel.
My sister and I booked the hotel in December 2023 two rooms.
Checked in given one key and by 10pm went to the reception ask for another key,but it was closed and no body there,so we ended up sleeping together in one room since we book abd pay fir two.. Next day we decided to go to the reception ask for our key and that's where the problem started as the receptionist(fatma).She handle the problem unprofessional, unpolite and rude and thats where the problem starts of throwing insults words toward us and also ,she ended up calling the police ,we were taken to police for 5 hrs for interrogations while she was not taken.
It was very bad and shame experience from this langi Langi hotel that minor problem ,they couldn't solve and they decided to involve the external force .So for guests be carefull asking for your right can end up very bad here in this hotel.
To be honest ,not worth for your money and your peace at this hotel. Mistred badly with just a receptionist.
So we ended up leaving the hotel immediately after getting out of police station.

基于一下原因请避坑此酒店：
1、花园房都有一股发霉味+室外有鹿粪味+采光很差
2、员工素质很差，英语不过关，2人办理入住时间30分钟以上，并且态度敷衍。如果他们让顾客等2分钟，千万不要相信他们的鬼话，他们根本没有能力理清头绪，至少30分钟起。
3、他们的早餐也十分简陋，牛奶的最劣质的那种那植物脂肪勾兑的。
4、langilang的管理层没有分寸感。由于屋内过于潮湿，我将贴身衣物像欧美游客一样，用自带的衣架晾晒于屋外。他们的员工在我醒来前未通知我就拿走了我的内衣和衣架，耽误了我很多寻找时间，导致我差点错过行程。在我着急赶下一个行程时我提出让他们先坚持屋内我随后来前台取遗失物品时，他们完全不知变通非要我现在陪他们去，导致我最终错过了船。
5、langilangi员工态度很差。如果你对他们和颜悦色他们不把你当回事，如果你严肃大声说话他们会直接宕机；如果你失望透顶说他们十分不专业，他们会用当地土话大声谩骂。
综上，希望我朋友们避开这个糟糕的旅店，60美刀完全可以在附近找到跟好的服务和设施。

Das Restaurant bietet super leckeres Essen in bester Strandlage.

Nos hemos alojado un grupo de nueve amigos tres noches, del 7 al 10 de octubre. Después de machacarnos subiendo el Kilimanjaro (digo esto para que se vea que no somos unos espíritus "exquisitos", ya que veníamos rodados de seis noches en el monte...), teníamos altas expectativas de este hotel, para relajarnos en la playa, hacer algo de snorkel, etc.

La experiencia ha sido muy negativa en todos los sentidos. Sabíamos que íbamos a un hotel de Tanzania y que no tienen nada que ver con los de España, pero es que ha sido todo un desastre. Ya la llegada fue caótica, ya que se habían equivocado con la distribución de habitaciones y camas, que la agencia Naturtrek de Pamplona (ole por ellos, todo perfecto), les había dejado muy claro. Habíamos pagado suplemento para una habitación individual, por "exigencias del guion", para que dos "maromos" no compartieran cama de matrimonio. Bueno, pues todo al revés y sin ninguna gana de solucionarlo, diciendo eso de "es que es muy tarde..." (llegamos a la hora prevista, las 23h, es lo que hay con los vuelos). Ya para acceder a las habitaciones de la planta superior, como nuestro caso, cada uno con dos maletones de 23 kg. (veníamos de hacer montaña), hay que "trepar" por unas escaleras empinadísimas que dejan la subida al Kilimanjaro que acabábamos de hacer a la altura del betún.

Habíamos cogido tres "suites" para tres parejas, pagando claro mucho más dinero. Penosas. Los lavabos no funcionaban, ya que tenían el "tapón" metálico incrustado y era imposible sacarlo. Después de casi dos horas, yo envuelto en una toalla que tenía una ganas de afeitarme que para qué, vino un tipo con una llave inglesa y desde abajo lo arregló. Limpieza igual a cero, repaso diario de la habitación, salvo hacer la cama, igual a cero (dos cervezas que subimos la primera noche para acabarlas en la terraza, cuando nos fuimos cuatro días más tarde, allí seguían los botellines). Mantenimiento en general igual a menos uno. El desayuno mucho peor que en los campamentos en los que hemos dormido subiendo el Kilimanjaro, campamentos a más de 4.000 metros y con utillaje poco menos que de fortuna. Una noche cenamos y fue patético, además de caro. En cuanto a caro, fuimos con dólares y te atracan con el cambio como no habíamos visto en ningún otro sitio.

Otro pequeño detalle es que para cenar había tan poca luz, que no tenías ni idea de lo que te estabas metiendo en la boca (en los restaurantes de al lado había buena luz...).

¿Simpatía...? ¿qué significa esa palabra...?

El hotel se cae a pedazos, sin ningún tipo de mantenimiento. Está muy bien situado "encima" de la playa, pero es una playa muy sucia, aunque la vista sea muy bonita. La calle para llegar al hotel da miedo. Por supuesto ni se nos ocurriría llegar allí andando de noche, aunque vayamos en grupo y seamos bastante aguerridos.

Decir que la piscina está muy bien, no todo va a ser malo. En cuanto a elementos que anuncian tiene el hotel, como mero ejemplo pone que las habitaciones tienen caja fuerte. La caja está abierta, con la puerta caída hacia un lado y toda oxidada hace décadas y por tanto sin posibilidad de cerrarla ni de hacer funcionar ningún botón. Pues así, todo igual...

Decir que el hotel dispone de Wi-Fi "en zonas comunes", es como de cachondeo. Un hilito de agua en la ducha, eso cuando hay. Entendemos que es Tanzania y las limitaciones que tiene, pero estuvimos el primer día bastantes horas sin electricidad , 6-8, cuando todos los hoteles y sitios cercanos sí tenían. Es lo que se denomina un "corte local" de corriente, pero local, local...

Descubrimos que justo al lado hay hoteles que están maravillosamente bien e imagino que no habrá una diferencia importante de precio, con restaurantes estupendos (probamos uno), donde cenamos de maravilla, de manera abundante y a mucho mejor precio que en el desastre del Langi-Langi.

Un hotel para no volver y para los que se lo estén pensando, nuestro desinteresado consejo de que ni se acerquen. Es una m... pinchada en un palo.

Bel hôtel sur la pointe Nord de l'île. J'avais une chambre sur la mer, je vous conseille d'en faire la demande, ouvrir la porte de la chambre et plonger le regard dans l'Océan ... un régal.
Petit Bémol sur le restaurant de l'hôtel, ce n'est pas le meilleur endroit pour manger et le service laisse à désirer, très long, oublis ...
Le club de plongée en revanche, à coté à droite avant d'entrer à l'hôtel, le Zanzibar Watersport est très bien, bon accueil de l'équipe anglaise.
