For $150/night, I expect better. The lamp is broken (hard to show in photo), the pictures on the walls are missing - but the hooks are still there, and the plugs are so loose your charger won't stay plugged in. The room is too dark. I can barely see. No luggage rack, & the closet door drags on the floor and I can barely open it. Worst of all, the coffee in the room is French Vanilla.???? I asked at the desk and she said, Hilton won't send us anything else. (The Hampton Inn in Tuscaloosa, AL that we stayed in last night gave us regular coffee. But it was rated 3 star, & this one is rated 2.)

Business center closed.

Staff was nice. Large & quiet room, but not up to the standard I expect from Hilton Honors & this price.

Free breakfast - Powdered eggs, disgustingly bad oatmeal, and sausage. Most of it is bread, cereal, sweet junk, and no vegan protein. For a healthy diet - hard boiled eggs, yogurt, and apples and bananas are it. Juice if you count that as healthy.

Update : 2 days later returned on the way home. It depends which room you're in. Room 308 is much nicer - 2 queens. Lamps are not broken, room has enough light. Pictures are on the walls.

Place is nice rooms were clean and conftorble only problem was i ordered the king suite with the jacuzzi tub as my luck goes the hot tub was in need of a part. Pretty much the whole reason for staying in leesville and not going to lake charles like i should have but it was too late and i already paid and no refund or discount or comp. Nothing offered. Not very impressed with policies and customer service. Other than that from what little i saw the rooms were nice and clean and very comfortable.

Not a bad place to stay for a night, but I was here for multiple days and had several issues. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

1. I parked in the back because the front was full. I went to use my key on the back door and though it turned green and I heard a click, it didn't open. Parked on the side and tried to enter there, same thing. I had to either walk around to the front or wait for someone to pass by to let me in.

2. The computer desk and TV were on opposite sides of the room in kind of a built-in. While working in the evening at the desk, I couldn't see the TV cause it was blocked by the sides of the built-in.

3. The shower head had very low pressure and sprayed in multiple directions. I am assuming due to build up in the head because it was brown and some spray holes had nothing coming out.

4. I don't like the fact that I had to register an account for the "Free" Wi-Fi. Then, if I want to stream anything I have to pay an additional fee per night for faster Wi-Fi. Personally, I find this ridiculous at any hotel, but that's my personal opinion. The "Free" Wi-Fi was fine for surfing the web and checking emails, but while streaming anything it either degraded the quality or buffered a lot because of the speed or lack thereof.

5. Lastly, coffee was horrible!

Won't be staying here again if I have a choice in the matter.

Don't bother. Vehicle was broken into. Staff did nothing to provide any surveillance footage. Not worth it at all. Save your money and go elsewhere

Dust behind the door, bed appeared as if the sheets hadn't been washed and dried- very wrinkly not at all fresh and toenail clippings on the bed and in the carpet. Not a good stay.

Front desk staff (guy) was very rude. He harassed me and asked me a lot of personal questions. I cancelled my reservation, so he contacted his manager and reported me to fraud. I am very highly disappointed.

Currently- I usually stay in this location several times per year for 3 to 4 days. This visit I found the carpet very stained and dirty. Rm. 209. Missing smoke detector, Missing wall pictures. Kitchen area, breakfast was not good. Bananas were literally black. Overall, this Hilton location has really gone down. I am a Diamond member staying up to 11 months of the year in various locations. This one is disappointing.

The two words that describe this hotel, are professional and accommodating. The night clerk was professional, kind and went out of his way to help meet a special request. The breakfast was not the best I've ever had but I was a little late and the lady did all she could do to make sure I was well fed. It is a bit difficult to get in and out of right now because the highway is being worked on, but obviously, they have no control over that.

If you like warm (not hot) showers this is your hotel. Not to mention when the employee set off the fire alarm at 130am and I asked for some additional points due to the inconvenience, I was denied. I wouldn't recommend this place to my in-laws.

This Hampton Inn is not great. There are maintenance issues to begin with... my room had peeling wallpaper and the for the four nights we were there we were not able to call the elevator to floor three. There was a sign saying that service had been called, but we were never able to call the elevator. Also, one elevator shaft was down completely.

The rooms need a soft goods refresh. My sheets were worn bare in a repeating pattern.

Finally, room servicing is supposed to happen every other day and it never did. I had to take care of my own trash because the room was never even entered by housekeeping over the four nights of my stay.

Excellent experience! Highly recommend! The rooms were clean and modern. Front desk staff was friendly. The breakfast was wonderful.
Glad to have non pork options. The sausages were turkey. We loved the red potatoes! I don't eat pork so when Calli offered to make me a cheese omelette instead, I was thrilled. Talk about wonderful customer service! Thank you!! I will suggest that there be other milk options such as oat milk or soy for those with dairy or nut allergies. We had a great stay. If in the area, this is the place to stay!

The rooms were very nice and comfortable. I needed towels, called to front desk and they were brought to me within 5 minutes. The whole staff was very great and super funny I can’t remember all their names though but they remembered mine which was super nice and added that special touch to my stay. If I’m ever back in the area I’ll definitely stay here.

Worst experience ever. Will never stay at this hotel again. Felt unsafe by front desk staff breakfast ended at 9a on a weekend. AC went out in one room and the other room it took 5 people to turn the knob for the shower

If you are a Government Contractor steer clear of this place. You may be able to book the room on Concur or other sources at the Government room rate but once you arrive they will charge you more calling it their "Contractor Government Rate" I argued this and they stated it's their local policy. They only honor Gov rate if you are on orders or Active duty. Steer clear Contractors!
