Disliked: La trop grande procimité de l'aire de jeux pour enfants avec mon emplacement ( 6 B ) surtout en soirée .

Mooie camping met goed betaalbaar restaurant en bar. Veel groen. Grote campingplaatsen gescheiden door groene heggen en voor de liefhebber een visvijver. Te voet naar het dorpscentrum is 1 km.

Liked: accueil chaleureux. Venus en camping car avec nos petits enfants, on a trouve un grand espace pour nous installer.
une propreté des sanitaires, piscine, lieu en général.

Our first time camping in France as a family from England. Very easy to get to from Cherbourg. Beautiful campsite with good sized pitches. Location is great, right next to one of the main cycle routes. Aldi and an intermarche is 1.5km but I do think the campsite would definitely benefit from having a small shop onsite selling the basics (milk, bread, drinks, BBQ food, games etc) There is also a bar/snack food restaurant on site, but I also think the campsite would benefit from having this open from perhaps midday offering lunch snacks, ice cream etc. |Everyone is very friendly. The pool is cold but ok on a hot day. We will definitely be visiting again. Thank you. If you could get the neighbours dog to stop barking from 6am that would be great ????

Liked: Oh wow what a campsite! The pitches are spacious, the facilities are very clean and well maintained, the pool is amazing, the lake is cute and has a pedalo, the 2 playgrounds are perfect for different ages, the cafe is lovely, the staff are super friendly and helpful at all points, the location to the beaches is ideal. Honestly, what a gem. We will be back in a heartbeat ????

Disliked: The pool even when heated was slightly cool, however on a hot day this would likely be welcome.

Liked: What an excellent site. The facilities and team are good and the site so well kept. Birds are singing and the lake is so peaceful. I am sure I will return.

Un merveilleux séjour passé pendant le week end de Pâques. La gentillesse des propriétaires à notre arrivé et pendant le séjour pour pleins de conseil sur la région et les activités, le bel emplacement avec un bloc sanitaire très spacieux et très propre et un camping parfaitement situé et entretenu nous donne envie de revenir dès que possible.

We arrived at the end of season. We were greeted by a friendly gentleman. Our site was a good size with EHU and water. The toilets and showers are spotless.

Liked: The facilities and the location - Le Haye on Puits is very pretty with everything you might need and just a short walk from the site. The pool was lovely and bar/outdoor seating was a great addition. We were pitched quite close to the toilet/shower block which in itself was clean and tidy. For younger children there seemed to be loads to do.

Liked: The site was big and was well equipped. The pool was good for the children (although cold)
The people working on the site were really kind and helpful.
Laundry facilities were good.
The pitches were large and were well maintained. Very close to the village centre and also an Aldi and an Intermarche.
Ping pong tables on site.

Disliked: Pool cold
Not much within easy reach - many of the towns close by were tiny and didn’t have much going on.
Bar was lacking in the food department.

Liked: Spacious, flat pitches. The toilets/showers are amazingly clean. I was worried about them being unisex but it was fine. Individual wash basin cubicles were available although there didn't seem to be any lights in there when it went dark.
Lovely pool and slides.
Great location to walk into the town where there is a supermarket restaurants, shops and a big market.
Brilliant site for children with the park, sports areas and pool.

Disliked: Pool could be a bit warmer but everything else was perfect.

A aimé : Les installations étaient toutes excellentes. Toilettes et douches nettoyées plusieurs fois par jour. De beaux emplacements spacieux avec des zones ombragées. Les enfants ont adoré la piscine et les toboggans. Cadre attrayant avec un lac. Très bon emplacement. Le personnel était très aimable et serviable. La visite des camionnettes de restauration était un atout supplémentaire.

A aimé : Site magnifique. Réception très accueillante. J'ai utilisé ce site à de nombreuses reprises, juste pour une nuit cette fois-ci. Je lui donnerais 5 étoiles mais le bloc de douche semble un peu fatigué.

A aimé : Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour au Camping L'Etang des Haizes. Les emplacements sont spacieux, la piscine extérieure est incroyable et très amusante pour les enfants avec les toboggans aquatiques. Je crois savoir qu'il y a aussi une piscine intérieure mais nous ne l'avons pas utilisée. Le site est situé au centre pour visiter la région et à seulement une demi-heure des plages de Normandie. Il est facile de se rendre à pied en 10-15 minutes dans la ville, où l'on trouve de nombreux magasins, restaurants et bars. Nous avons parlé à de nombreux clients qui reviennent chaque année sur ce site. Nous nous sommes sentis très bien accueillis et nous reviendrons certainement.

A aimé : Site propre, bien entretenu, n'ayant pas l'air "fatigué" bien que ce soit après la saison principale d'été. On m'a donné un super emplacement au bord du lac car j'avais demandé à être près de l'étang pour pêcher. J'ai marché jusqu'à La Haye qui était une petite ville agréable avec tous les magasins nécessaires, etc.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l'accueil et les conseils des propriétaires, le camping est très agréable, sanitaires irréprochable, très belle piscine, camping très calme en septembre, en septembre le bar et la restauration sont fermés, pour les camping car privilégier les emplacements stabilisé pour éviter de s'embourber par temps de pluie, nous avons passé une semaine très agréable et reviendrons , merci à Patrice et à Jean Luc Laurent pour cet agréable séjour.
