Installé sur un promontoire donnant sur la mer, c’est un restaurant-hôtel élégant avec jardin et piscine. En été, la terrasse, située en contrebas, est un lieu enchanteur, avec ses petites tables comme posées sur l’eau. De grandes personnalités ont été séduites par les lieux : Claudia Cardinale, Lucio Dalla ou, plus récemment, Bob Sinclar ! La cuisine, à base de spécialités marines, propose de bons antipasti de poisson, à des prix toutefois élevés. Goûtez à l’espadon grillé, spécialité de Crotone, presque meilleur ici qu’ailleurs.

I’ve never stopped to review the hotel until today.
I needed a break and am staying here for a couple of days.
The room is impeccably clean.
Very euro in that it is still small relative to what we’re used to in most US upscale hotels.
The service is very attentive.
Today, Sunday, I am having lunch as I’m craving the spaghetti alle vongole.
Ordered that and a glass of wine.
As always the spaghetti are cooked perfectly and the white wine sauce is just enough to keep things moist and tasting delicious.
Topped this off with a glass of house white which paired perfectly as well.
The staff is always around to make sure you have everything you need.
I’ve already booked dinner for my family here this week.
I highly recommend the hotel and restaurant
Before or after, take a walk around the place. It’s a living art gallery. There is art in every corner of the hotel and restaurant. Floors and ceiling along the walls as well.
The private beach is pristine and if you stay here worth spending quiet time there.
All in all a 5 star experience and highly recommended.
If you see the owner serving dishes or showing art, say hello. Mario is very involved in all aspects of the hotel.
