Mai successo in tanti anni di viaggio.
Arrivo prenotato con Booking in struttura il 23/3 per 4 gg, alla mattina ho la febbre, non me la sento di prendere l'aereo a Linate alle 8 senza neanche un tampone.
Telefono alla struttura chiedo se possiamo cambiare le date ,in qualsiasi periodo dell'anno(avevo scritto anche ad ottobre) mi dicono di no.
Poco cortesi, ma loro diritto, però aggiunge la Signora" se non viene cancelli cosi rivendo il soggiorno", la mia risposta è che non cancello ,se sto meglio piuttosto andiamo giù in auto.
Partoiamo alle 8 di mattina, all'altezza di Bologna verso le 10 per caso vedo che la mia prenotazione è stata cancellata su Booking.
Riesco a contattare Booking che mi conferma che è stata cancellata ed è un diritto dell'albergatore perchè non ci siamo presentati Sabato e purtroppo visto che non c'è traccia scritta della mio colloquio con l'albergatore non possono farci niente e quindi PERDITA TOTALE DI 721 EURO GIA PAGATI!!!

La Puglia è piena di eccellenti resort e alberghi dove ho sempre trovato cortesia e professionalità , elementi basilari per una bella vacanza... pensateci bene!!
Suite vue mer (loin mais visible !) assez spacieuse.
Petit déjeuner complet en buffet très varié
Service adorable de la part de tout le personnel très attentif à notre confort.
Restaurant le soir très agréable.
Soins du SPA excellents +++
La zone sport est extérieure donc probablement très agréable quand la météo le permet
Hôtel aux dimensions très humaines dans un environnement extrêmement calme à 15 min de Fasano.
Bref on recommande !
I never had dinner but the bar is good. The negroni had the right level of bitter and sweet; they measure their liquor for consistency. There’s nothing creative here, but if you want a classic the bar wont disappoint.
The staff was really good. They helped us with our luggage and showed us to our room, something that we had not experienced elsewhere in Italy. They never felt rushed and answered our questions about the facilities, the room and the area.
There were issues with the wifi that the staff helped us resolve and know that the roads into the Masseria are off the beaten path. Try to come when there’s still sun out unless you’re confident driving on country roads in the dark.
We really enjoyed so much our stay at Masseria San Francesco!
This place is a real gem!
Every detail curated with elegance amidst the beautiful nature and the olive trees.
The staff was the kindest from the ladies at the reception to the service and house keeping.
We will be back for sure!
Positives: property is beautiful and well located.
Cons: our spa tub had mold, WiFi was spotty, beds extremely hard, like hardest I’ve experienced in a lot of European cities.
Wish someone had tried a bit harder to remedy the issues we experienced or at least just an apology / list of justifications and excuses.
