This hotel has some serious issues with maintenance and cleaning. We cancelled a 3 day stay after one sleepless night and switched to another hotel. The hotel is on a busy street and the rooms have air vents that make any noise reduction impossible. The room was only somewhat quiet between 5am and 7am. We had booked a non refundable stay and the host basically said ”tough luck, don’t you know this hotel is in Juan-Les-Pins? - we can’t do anything”. Then he proceeded to misgender me ”madame”. I was completely in chock. The whole thing is very upsetting. I would like a refund for the 2 days we didn’t stay.

This hotel is on an incredibly busy street with music and activities all night. The rooms have very poor noise isolation so you hear everything. Avoid if you want a quiet sleep.

The hotel is not in the best condition. Paint and wallpaper peeling, etc. The rooms, especially the bathroom, need some love.

Hotel très propre, bien placé, décoré avec goût et personnalisé. Très bon accueil, réactif, prevenant et à l'écoute.|Petit bémol sur les chambres côté rue qui subissent le bruit des gens qui sont au restaurant et bar jusqu'à 1h-2h du matin. |Petit déjeuner très agréable dans Le jardin terrasse au bord de la piscine.

Great Boutique hotel, amazing/ attentive staff. In a safe and fun area right by the beach with lots of shops and restaurants. The pool|Area was lovely and breakfast was good. The rooms have cool and unique touches that we appreciated. Didn’t mind the minor sounds from the other restaurants near by.

I'll start with- id stay here again!
I do recommend a junior suite though rather than a standard room just for the extra space. Funky decor, very clean, very comfortable, everything worked as it should, coffee machine in the room (but no milk!), shower worked well but rain head needed a descale ( I'm a bathroom installer so I notice these things!). Quiet air con which was great. Nice little outside area for chilling with a plunge pool, drinks available and very respectable prices.
There was a tabled area in the front of the hotel which i feel would be better suited to a relaxing sofa area.
We enjoyed our stay and recommend. Lots of places to eat in the area.

Accueil très agréable,personnel top , hôtel super cosi , petit dej extérieur en tout intimité , le seul bémol c est le bruit en effet double vitrage mais on entend tout surtout si les chambres donnent sur l allée entre les gens qui sortent de boîte et qui hurle et les éboueurs et les restaurateurs qui installent leur chaise c est dommage car l hôtel est vraiment top

Super établissement nous avons passé un excellent séjour avec un accueil de qualité le personnel avenant avec une grande disponibilité, le petit déjeuner est copieux et très agréable au bord de la piscine la chambre nuage une merveille et la salle de bain somptueuse merci a Élodie et a Maxime pour leur hospitalité

Superbe découverte au cœur de Juan les pins . Un service impeccable au petits soins . Un très beau moment en famille passé dans cet hôtel.

This is my favorite spot in Antibes! The hotel is right in the middle of all of the restaurants, bars, parks and the sea is five minutes at the most to walk to! Also, the family that runs the hotel I feel like are my friends for a long time. They are so very kind with the sweetest kids, dog and cats too! They made me feel like I was family, truly and I will be forever grateful for how available and helpful the lady of the house was to me. I will be back soon to this hidden gem of an experience!!! Bravo!

It was a great location, the hotel was clean, and the staff was friendly. Please note you are on a very busy walkway with restaurants and a bar across the way open until 3am. They provide earplugs. Maybe it was just our room that had the most noise. But for the location and the walk ability to everything it was worth it for us.

Absolutely loved the hotel. Staff were so warm and helpful, the rooms and decor is gorgeous and creative. So well kept and looked after. The pool was beautiful and relaxing and the hotel location is central and perfect for our young family! I would stay here again any time and totally recommend it!

Nous avons été accueillies chaleureusement. L’hôtel est situé dans une zone piétonne très bien animée. Il n’y a qu’à faire quelques pas pour avoir de l’animation et pour être sur de belles plages. Notre chambre était au calme et sa décoration était originale et recherchée. La petite gardienne à quatre pattes complète ce chaleureux décor. On reviendra c’est une très bon rapport qualité prix !

1ere fois que je suis autant déçu d’un hôtel , j’y accorde une note avec le nombre d’étoiles réel qu’il mériterai les 4* ne sont clairement pas la .

Chambre :

nous avions une chambre avec vue sur la rue principal en soit ça ne dérange pas mais arrivé la nuit impossible de dormir jusqu’à 2h du matin à cause du bruit dehors un double vitrage et une meilleure isolation est urgent !! La télé est beaucoup trop veille ce n’est pas ce qu’on attend d’un 4* on se bats avec la télécommande qui marche 1/3 du temps . Vous aurez aussi du mal à dormir à cause d’un chien qui aboie à n’importe quel heure de la nuit et la matin impossible de faire une grâce matinée les chambre son mal isolé du couloir a un moment on a eu l’impression qu’il y avait quelqu’un avec nous dans la chambre carrément ! La salle de bain , la baignoire aurait besoin d’un coup de frais il y a des trace bizarre. Frigo vide , tapisserie qui se décolle dans la salle de bain , chasse d’eau pas assez « puissante » , clime incompréhensible à règle ont a du la mettre à 28 degrés pour être bien

Hôtel :

Accueille assez souvent vide même si ils nous laisse une feuille avec un numéro à appelé ou cas où s’il y a personne.
Extérieur chaleureux il faut le notifier mais la piscine est ridiculement petite , et l’extérieur transat , coussin etc sont sale , l’intérieur reste de très bonne décoration , assez dommage qu’il n’y ai pas de restauration ou de bar pour un 4* , présence d’animaux dans l’hôtel attention au allergie qui moi même en était victime

Personnel :

Personnel très gentil et agréable mais pas assez présent comme je l’ai notifier, la femme de ménage est très rapide et fait bien son travail

Autres : prévoyez des frais en plus pour le parking car pas de parking inclus même pas de réduction avec l’hôtel pour le parking palais des congrès à côté prévoyez 76€ la semaine en plus de frais de l’hôtel

Voilà en d’autres termes je suis désolé mais l’hôtel n’est clairement pas un 4* merite très déçu 1500€ pour 1 semaine c’est excessive par rapport a tout ça

Fint litet hotel med mycket centralt läge mitt på restauranggatan. Rymliga rum och fin inredning. Det vi saknade var en liten balkong men man kan inte få allt. Trevlig personal som var hjälpsamma. Nära till allt, ständer, affärer och mataffär.

Hotel de charme à la déco super sympa en plein coeur de Juan les Pins et à deux pas de la plage. Le personnel est avenant et efficace. J'ai adoré me rafraichir dans la piscine en dégustant un thé vert de qualité ! Le rapport qualité / prix est excellent ! Je reviendrai.

The staff were incredibly polite and helpful. Always there to greet, smile, and help. The rooms were pretty nice, I loved the art vibe in the rooms. The location was actually really good if you were there with friends but I was solo therefore a bit too much in a social area. The courtyard/outdoor area was so damn cute!!! I really enjoyed my stay.

We spent 6 nights at the hotel. A charming family owned hotel right in the centre of the restaurant area and very close to the beach. Location is brilliant. Hotel quite quirky and boutique. As such it lacks a few things the big hotels offer but the staff are terrific and obliging. The only concern is that it is in need of some maintenance and room housekeeping can improve. Pool area very nice, albeit a bit small and cramped. But we liked it. Parking is impossible as the hotel is in a pedestrian area, but there are public parking areas within easy reach. Really confuses the GPS

Hôtel Mademoiselle has the perfect location in Juan Les Pins. Perfect to walk to the beach, shops, plenty of restaurants around, etc. We were very worried about the noise but honestly couldn't hear anything so I believe the noise isolation is really good. If you're a couple or a group of friends, this hotel is honestly ideal. |The staff are extremely friendly.|Things that are important to note: this hotel has no elevator, and they have a dog and a cat. |Last, for a 4 star hotel, I felt that they could have at least cotton pads and cotton buds in the bathroom; and could have offered water bottles in the rooms especially because we had a baby with us and constantly needed to make milk bottles. |

Hotel centralissimo e molto comodo! |Rimane a 2 minuti dalla spiaggia e appena fuori pieno di ristoranti e bar.|Esperienza super positiva, gentilissimi e molto disponibili. Colazione molto buona e camere pulite!|Super consigliato!!!!!

Wonderful staff. Very clean rooms and comfy bed. Super big rooms and big shower with quality NUXE soap. Loved it!!! I stayed for 3 nights, on second floor and there are a few restaurants in the street below, but it didn’t disturb me since I had my ear plugs. I slept very well the whole time. Breakfast was very simple but good.

Stayed at Mademoiselle while on a work trip. It was super easy walk to the convention center so having the room close was nice and handy in case I forgot something. Lots of restaurant options on the same street and just within a few minutes of walking around the nearby area. The beach was awesome. Took a swim in the sea on warm day was perfect way to cool off. Only a short walk to downtown old district covered market which is neat to see. Recommend this place to stay again. Owner was very friendly and helpful. We needed early checkout and he was willing to check us out a day ahead so we could catch our flight first thing in the morning before hotel staff was there.

Ils ont profité du restaurant en soirée dans cette rue animée. Le patron est au Petit soins, les repas sont copieux et savoureux. Côté prix c'est raisonnable par rapport au restaurant dans le secteur

Great location right above a bunch of good restaurants. Easy walk to the beach, train stop, and everything else in Juan Les Pins. Hosts were friendly, room was clean and comfortable. Only negative is the noise from the restaurants moving their tables and chairs late at night and early in the morning, but overall I would still recommend this hotel.
