This is a must stay. We loved it so much we extended our stay by an extra night. The staff are super friendly, the food is AMAZING and don’t get me started on the room/ tent. It’s truly a unique place to stay, quite and peaceful. The rooms don’t have A/C but do have a fan. The bed is very comfortable, we found the whole room to be very comfortable throughout our stay. The food is fantastic and is a set menu for dinner. Options for lunch and great also some options. The pool is fairly cold but it’s great to cool down in on a hot day.

Die Lodge ist wunderschön gelegen, bei Wind ist es allerdings sehr, sehr laut!
Für eine 5-Sterne fehlt mir leider jegliches Verständnis…es gibt nur ein Gericht für das Abendessen, bei Nachfrage nach einer vegetarischen Option wäre die Option das gleiche Gericht, nur ohne Fleisch…
Wir hatten lediglich nachgefragt, ob es denn eine Option gäbe und wie diese aussehen könnte…
Daraufhin wurde vom Personal einfach entschieden das Hühnchen weg zulassen und man wurde von oben herab “gemaßregelt”…anscheinend darf man als Gast nicht nachfragen…
Dieses Erlebnis mit der Kellnerin Anna war sehr verstörend und schade, da es uns das Abendessen sehr vermiest hat…
Die Bar schließt auch schon um 9h…alles in allem hatte man eher das Gefühl, dass die Gäste mit einem “Massenmenü” wie in einer Kantine schnell abgefertigt werden sollen…

Unser Guide Abraham für die Chain Hiking Tour war sehr nett und zuvorkommend, ebenso wie das restliche Personal am Empfang…
Das wir aufgrund eines Reifenwechsels etwas später zum Frühstück kamen, war das Buffet quasi “abgegrast” gewesen und somit für eine 5-Sterne-Lodge ein absolutes No-Go…
Von daher Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis unterirdisch und zum Glück nur eine Nacht dort verbracht…

Die Spitzkoppen Lodge ist absolut empfehlenswert. In einer wunderschönen Landschaft liegen die sehr gut ausgestatteten Einzelbungalows, vor denen man Zebras weiden sieht.
Das Restaurant ist ausgezeichnet und die Mitarbeiter sehr aufmerksam.
Will man die Steinbrücke besuchen erhält man einen Schlüssel für ein Tor, durch das nach knapp 20 Minuten Fahrt am Ziel ist!

One of our highlights on the Namibia tour. The atmosphere right at the Spitzkoppe is incredible. The entire facility and bungalows are very nicely furnished. Sometimes there are zebras right in front of the bungalows. If you arrive early, you can see everything in one day, but we regretted only having been here for one night so that we could not enjoy the atmosphere for longer. Dinner is a set menu - very tasty! If we are in Namibia again, we will definitely come back!

Coeliacs shouldn't bother coming. Check-in acknowledged prior notice my wife was coeliac. Yet 2 of the 4 course no choice set menu contained gluten. One easily fixed after we queried. Guest customer relations mgr visited our table twice, asking if we were enjoying our stay and could anything be done to make our dreams come true. We suggested a gluten free dessert. Clearly not communicated to kitchen as cake based dessert came out. We re-communicated need for Gf to same waitress who'd delivered earlier gluten present course and were offered ...yep, you guessed it: fruit salad! Realistically this is the norm for Namibia. A box to advise dietary requirements but no process to translate into action and gf option. But we expected more of this expensive lodge. Other aspects of the lodge are excellent so I am sure they could get this right if they bothered. Perhaps this review score will get their attention but whether that leads to any action or simply a 'thank you for you feedback.. .' type reaction will be for future guests to judge.

A little tricky to find with gps and Google maps. Follow signs on the road to avoid getting lost. Absolutely breathtaking place!

Este hotel me encantó porque cada rincón estaba lleno de detalles con mensajes positivos. Las cabañas muy limpias y cómodas con un diseño Zen para desconectar. La comidas como si fueran de guía michelín, deliciosas y muy bien elaboradas. Y el personal muy risueño y amable

Unglaublich tolle Lodge. Wir hatten die Möglichkeit freilebende Leoparden zu beobachten und andere Tiere während des Game Drives zu sehen. Tolles Essen, grandiose Aussicht mit einem mega Sonnenuntergang. Fernab von all dem Stress.

After two weeks in Namibia staying in high end lodges, we may say that this lodge is from all perspectives the best. The location and the views are absolutely stunning. The decoration of the rooms and the main lodge are worth appearing on decoration magazines. And most importantly, the staff is fantastic: they are friendly while being professional and offering a refined service. Last but not least, the food is excellent.

Ein absoluter Traum. Äußerst aufmerksames und freundliches Personal. Die Lage und das Ambiente sind der Hammer. Leckeres Essen (inkl. Überraschungs-Geburtstagsständchen des Personals). Wir hatten gemeinsam mit den Angestellten viel zu lachen und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Nächstes Mal gerne eine Nacht länger ;-)

Un logde exceptionnel avec une vue à couper le souffle, un grand respect pour la nature et un personnel extrêmement gentil et serviable. Les repas sont exceptionnels, bref, c'est vraiment un endroit à recommander .

Great location. Value for money is not fair. It is too expensive but there are no alternatives. The view on the spitzkoppe is amazing though.

Magnifique lodge et positionnement. La Piscine a une vue incroyable. Les chambres et la salle de restaurant sont decores avec beaucoup de goût. De très belles pièces de décoration.Les repas étaient bons mais ce n'est pas là où nous avons le mieux mangé en namibie. Cependant il a fait très froid dans les chambres il n'y avait pas de chauffage. On nous a passé des bouillottes et couvertures il faisait 5 degrés on avait hâte de partir du coup pour pouvoir dormir au chaud. Pour information quand on est une famille nous sommes obligés de prendre 2 lodges donc cela revient assez cher la nuitée.
