L'Alpenhotel Weiherbach und Ferienwohnungen est un établissement situé à Berchtesgaden. Il propose des appartements de vacances confortables et bien équipés. Les chambres sont toutes différentes les unes des autres, mais elles offrent toutes un lit double sans pied, une salle de bains avec douche, des toilettes, un miroir de maquillage, un sèche-cheveux, des produits de toilette, un mini-réfrigérateur, un coffre-fort, une télévision par satellite à écran plat et une connexion Wi-Fi gratuite (dans certaines zones seulement). Il est important de noter que l'établissement n'autorise pas les fumeurs dans les chambres. Les horaires d'arrivée sont strictement entre 14h et 18h. In no way any complaints but I had forgotten some things about Germany since I lived there some years ago. Reception opens from 1400 – 1800 hrs to check in. If you arrive after 1800 hrs you are not checking in, simple. There is free Wi-Fi but it didn’t really let us stream TV etc in the evenings. There is no satellite TV and the available terrestrial channels are all in German (obviously). We watched Back to the Future, in German, Die Hard, in German, we tried to watch Tenet but then put Snakes on a Plane on, in German. ????
For a small deposit you get travel card offering free local public transport. This was great and means you can have a beer when out and about. Please remember the Germans don’t queue for busses though. The weak are pushed out of the way as people stampede onto the transport. We went to Konigsee on a busy Sunday afternoon. The older people who had been waiting half an hour longer than anyone else didn’t make it onto the bus when it arrived. The middle doors were opened by the driver to let a lady with a pram onboard. About 40 people forced themselves on passed her so the driver had no idea how many passengers he had. Survival of the fittest when catching buses.
Nach einer Buchung über booking.com wollten wir am Morgen der Anreise telefonisch ankündigen, dass wir später als 18 Uhr ankommen werden.. da war KEIN Storno mehr möglich..und wir mussten den vollen Zimmerpreis bezahlen, ohne die Chance zu erhalten, irgendwo einen Schlüssel abzuholen..oder ähnl.
Wir konnten das gebuchte Zimmer NICHT bewohnen und mussten ein anderes Hotel buchen..unfassbar..!
Das ist wohl ein Geschäftsmodell, so booking Kunden abzukassieren..
Wo bleibt da der Kundenservice, um viell um einen 2. Aufenthalt zu werben?
Wir fühlen uns vom Hotel abgezockt!!
