Hôtel non loin du centre avec vue surplombant la ville, doté de chambres apportant tout le charme et la clarté du design
Idéalement situé face à la piscine municipale et ses saunas, bains chauds et froids, cet hôtel est très apprécié des touristes de passage et jouit d'une belle vue surplombant la ville. Du côté des chambres, la sobriété est de mise avec des chambres lumineuses et décorées avec parcimonie, mais confortables et bien équipées. Pour commencer la journée, un délicieux petit déjeuner sous forme de buffet vous attend. Vous pourrez également profiter du restaurant sur place.

Normally, I'd let this go but I was so tired and in need of a shower so I approached the agent again, where I was told quite rudely, that the room was simply not ready.
Without caring to investigate further, I changed in the lobby washroom and went about my day.
Customer service was very much inexistant. And as for the rooms, there were cheeky signs pointing out to how the washroom was small and how better it would be to hang out in the lobby (?!). There were no closets, and it was pretty much a closet with a twin bed at the end of the room against the 3 walls. This could be the way things are, and perhaps I am out of my cultural gauge, but I am sure you can do better than this hotel, as certainly this wasn't the cheapest of the options around.
