Poor customer service. We had a reservation that was cancelled by the hotel 1 hour before our arrival due to issues with their boiler. I understand there can be issues, but they could have told us about it the day before when I contacted them to get information for our checkin (on which I didn’t get any reply…) - as they informed us that a customer had an issue the night before.

In addition, they did not offer any compensation or help and told us to just cope on our own to find something else. Obviously, everything that was still available was much more expensive last minute.

We stayed 5 nights in the 5th room, during peak season. We loved it! We had a big corner terrace, a decent, air-conditioned room, nice open kitchen and bathroom. The wifi wasn't working well (1mb/s, going up and down by the minute), that was a small issue, because I was trying to do some work and it was quite hard, but other than that, the place is great, vlose to the pier, from where you can visit the Amalfi coast or Capri, definitely worth the money!

We stayed here for a few days and we loved that it is really well located, 2 mins away from the train station and about 7 mins from the ferry. There are also multiple good restaurants, bars and shops nearby. The room was clean, spacious.. we enjoyed the stay :)

Am. Camera în care am stat a fost foarte ok: curat, spațiu din belșug. Am dat doar 3 stele din alte motive: 1. Micul dejun nu este mic dejun, consistă doar într-o cafea și un croisssant! Ori eu când am căutat cazare am vrut să am neapărat mic dejun inclus ! 2. În cele 6 zile cât am stat acolo, nu a fost schimbate prosoapele! Nu este normal pentru prețul plătit și stelele care le are locația (4 stele). 3. Apa calda este condiționată în limita a 30 litri de apă pe care îi are boilerul din cameră. Dacă faci 2 dușuri, te speli pe dinți, pe față, pe mâini (2 persoane), rămâi fără apă caldă vreo 20-30 minute, până se reumple boilerul cu apa calda. Locația este bună ca accesibilitate către portul de feriboturi și gara de tren. Pentru acest lucru am trecut cu vederea celelalte minusuri.

The sheets were dirty the toilet seat was broken and the hot water ran out after ten minutes in the shower. Communication with host was not clear or helpful, never again.

Habitación muy luminosa, centrica y moderna. Buenas comodidades para pasar una noche en la ciudad. 4 estrellas y no 5 por el desayuno un poco limitado.

A causa delle pessime condizioni igieniche della stanza non è stato possibile soggiornare. L'host ci ha fatto annullare la prenotazione assicurando il rimborso. Dopo un mese di telefonate ed email non ha mai rimborsato, ha negato il tutto e ci ha sbattuto il telefono in faccia più volte.

Ufff... things that were supposed to be in the unit, weren't: coffe machine, kettle, cutlery, cleaning tools for the kitchen... I stayed 4 nights, and none of this was taken care of (what for I need a kitchen if I can't eat what I prepare for lack of a fork, a knife, a spoon...?!). Wi-fi did not work on the balcony ("free wi-fi everywhere"). Got wrong info from contact-person about breakfast times (which is in a near-by bar), so I missed the last one (another thing that I paid for and did not receive). Sewage odour was coming up from the shower, I was told (writen, actually, no one came), that this is because of the rain... (!!!?!!) - So maybe the place should be avoided ALSO on rainy days... Hot water for 5'-10' at a time, what the content of the boiler tank lasted. Then, is waiting time, I don't know how long. I was alone, but is a room for 2...
The day I left, the place was still being advertised with all the commodities, even though they were missing. MISLEADING!!
I was offered, as a sort of compensation, not to pay the City Tax of €1,50 a day!!! Preposterous. I refused...
The only thing they could respond to my review was attack me and publish plain lies. A pity.

Struttura affascinante nel cuore del centro di Salerno,ad un passo dalla stazione.
Location esclusiva con dettagli suggestivi.
Pulizia ottima e staff molto cordiale e disponibile.

Great value! The staff was super helpful. Our room had a balcony with a view of the ocean! :)
Newly renovated bedroom and bathroom. Very clean! Plus the location couldn’t be better, right next to the marina, bus/train/taxi station. I totally recommend! ????☺️

La struttura è situata al centro di Salerno in un punto estremamente strategico.
Infatti dalla struttura è possibile raggiungere la stazione FS di Salerno in 2 minuti (meno di 100 metri) esatti [raggiungendo tramite treni regionali o frecciarossa altre località]. Nello stesso piazzale della stazione è presente il capolinea bus.

Spostandosi verso il mare sempre ad un nulla è presente il molo di Salerno Concordia dove è possibile raggiungere le località di Positano, Amalfi ecc ecc.

La struttura presenta camere ampie, nuove. Pulizia ottima e personale cordiale.
La prima colazione, se inclusa, si effettua al Bar sotto la struttura.

La struttura non ha un parcheggio proprio ma all’angolo è presente un parcheggio interrato a pagamento. Nel mio caso personale (ho lasciato la macchina li una notte) ho pagato 25€ [Sabato notte].
