Nice hotel in a nice location. By far the best part was the hotel staff, all very helpful especially Daniel. He went above and beyond to help us. Thank you.

Excited by the reviews and recommendations we stayed here in September.

Unfortunately we found the rooms to be rundown, outdated, awkward (a huge green pillar through the bathroom) and the complete opposite of what we expected from a website that quoted the rooms were 'newly renovated'. No toilet roll holder, the sink and the bath didn't drain easily and our lamp and fridge didn't work.

The service wasn't great either - when we arrived the receptionist was filing, but made us wait until she finished stapling her papers before she greeted us and it wasn't worth the wait. Our fridge broke during the stay, and they offered to fix it, but it was never fixed and they never communicated why, so we didn't have a fridge for the remainder of our stay - which is tricky when it's hot! The staff seem exhausted and over it - which I understand the stress of working in customer service, but it is your job.

The location is fabulous, walking distance to everything you need.

Io e la mia compagna abbiamo soggiornato soltanto tre notti in questo hotel, conoscendo già Ravello eravamo sicuri solo della splendida vista. Le recensioni non molto buone non ci hanno dissuaso ed abbiamo fatto bene. L' hotel offre una vista eccezionale, confort e camere d'autore, grande gentilezza da parte di tutto lo staff. La professionalità è evidente, il portiere di notte Daniele disponibile e colloquiale. Penso non si possa chiedere di più. Grazie a presto.

Great location near the walks down to the coast plus the center os town. Awesome view from the rooms, pool and restaurant. Dinner was really good at the restaurant. Unfortunately this hotel is let down by the rooms. Bathroom is dark, with the furniture being quite old and not overly functional.

Un posto strepitoso, cucina stellare, servizio eccellente, prezzi onestissimi per rapporto qualità/prezzo, vista incantevole sulla costiera Amalfitana, dire un posto da favola è dir poco, i proprietari sono persone gentilissime e premurose, da ritornarci il prima possibile.

The hotel is quite outdated, it looks like it's haydays was in the 80's. Nice view from the 1 floor, the pool area was nice, but the sun disappears early due to the location of the hotel. Also the restaurant located in the hotel is expensive for the quality of the meals they serve and also lacking in their understanding of basic English.

Ottimo Hotel situato in posizione spettacolare con vista sul mare da tutte le camere, dal ristorante e dalla piscina, bella, pulita, non affollata, (e noi siamo stati in agosto), con lettini e teli sempre puliti a disposizione.
A due minuti a piedi da Villa Rufolo e dalla piazzetta centrale di Ravello.
Leggo dagli altri giudizi di camere e struttura obsolete, senza forse conoscere neanche il significato della parola.
Personale della reception competente e disponibile. Un grazie particolare a Laura che ci ha anche risolto un problema di garage ad Amalfi, al di fuori quindi del nostro soggiorno in hotel.
Cortesissime le signore della colazione che, saputo del compleanno di mia moglie, le hanno portato, a sorpresa, una torta con una candelina sopra, peraltro buonissima (la torta ovviamente non la candelina...) anche perchè fatta in casa.
Cortese e cordiale la proprietaria, la Sig.ra Barbara.

Pleasant staff, beautiful views. I would like to stay there again. However, we were a total if six people they put us in one room for four, a d one room for two, but I was forced to reserve three rooms and pay for three rooms. So I ended up paying for a third room that I did not use AT ALL. So I was definitely over charged by about €680.00. They were busy they could have easily refunded me the third room and given it to someone else. Perhaps booking.com made it confusing. Next time I will book directly.

An overall pleasant stay in Ravello. Staff were kind and responsive upon our arrival and departure. The view from our room was incredible with a cute balcony to relax on. AC worked great and kept us cool in the summer heat. Room was clean and tidy, however the bathroom was a little out-dated. The pool was clean and quiet with an equally mesmerizing view of the coast. Having a bit of Italian helped with the pool staff, but they were responsive and polite to us at all times. Breakfast was the best we had across all major Italian cities during our trip.

Really nice staff, helpful in any way they can. Let my partner and I leave our bags at the front while we waited for check in, then helped walk our bags to our room. Really nice pool area that helps cool you off in the summer time. The view is stunning, worth the money alone.

Comparable to a Motel 6 at Niagara Falls- great view, but views are a dime a dozen. Old, ragged. Management does not understand hospitality. There are so many options in Ravello… beware.
