Une halte au restaurant étoilé Il Flauto di Pan est indispensable pour les amateurs de grande cuisine. Le restaurant se trouve à l’intérieur de Villa Cimbrone. La cuisine est à l'image de ce cadre prestigieux d'exception : élégante et de très haut niveau. Les plats typiquement locaux ont été retravaillés par le chef avec originalité et délicatesse. Les assiettes sont un régal pour les yeux et offrent une explosion de saveurs. Les produits utilisés proviennent de la propriété ou du terroir : une cuisine authentique pour de grands gourmets.

The setting of this restaurant is really magical- at the top of Ravello, it requires at least a 15 minute walk from the closest parking lot, which is part of the experience as the town itself is gorgeous and the villa that houses the restaurant is outstandingly beautiful. Food was fabulous, service impeccable, and the price was very reasonable. One of the few Amalfi Coast restaurants that I wouldn't hesitate to return to.

Great food at the hotel listed in a small village. 10 min walk from drop off as no cars in town. Extensive wine list. Several tasting options or dine a la carte. Michelin star rated. Loved it. The staff was amazing.

This was a mixed experience. The place is beautiful but when we got there the door was closed to the hotel and they took a long time to open it, even though we had a reservation. We couldn’t explore the gardens because there was a wedding so we were bummed for that. After that they sat us for a drink while we waited for the table to be ready and that was the worst part of our experience, the guy who was supposed to be our waiter was EXTREMELY rude and passed us by even when we called for him, gave us a terrible attitude ending with us asking to be moved to our table immediately.
Once we were at out table the experience was SO MUCH BETTER, the service was amazing, we asked for the 8 course meal and it was unbelievably good. The maitre d’if and waiters explained everything to perfection and the sommelier was really helpful and very nice. Also, the hostess was constantly checking on us and was really polite and helpful.
If we forget the first part of the evening it was a perfect dinner, however, being a michelin star restaurant, I believe they should address this situations.
Would definitely recommend for a highlight of your trip and be sure to get there early so you can see the gardens, which we were sad we didn’t get to see.
