Great location, right at the heart of city center. Friendly staff and attentive, made sure our requests were met and the morning staff took extra steps to remind the evening staff to help us when we returned to hotel. Top notch cleanliness. Great breakfast view by the balcony. Room is a little small but ok for this price point and star rating. Need to climb stairs, recommend the weaker knees to request lower floor. Have a small lift to carry your luggages up.

Very nice hotel in the city square. If you’re a light sleeper it can be a bit noisy but that’s to be expected for the convenience of the location and being on the main shopping and restaurant street. The breakfast was very good and the staff is very friendly. Highly recommend.

Staff super disponibile e gentile, sempre pronto a dare consigli e indicazioni utili.
Camere pulite e accoglienti. Colazione top e posizione centralissima, molto comoda per girare Sorrento a piedi e anche per raggiungere il porto e la stazione dei bus per raggiungere gli altri paesi della costiera!

Wunderschönes Zimmer auf die Fußgängerzone raus.
Frühstück total nett hergerichtet, Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich.
Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt

2nd time staying here. Rooms are very stylish and pretty. The staff is wonderful! Breakfast is delicious, with eggs prepared however you like. Great view from breakfast patio. The location is convenient to every place you'd want to go in Sorrento.

We were in the apartment, which is next door to the main hotel.

What’s good: Comfortable bed, good storage in the master bedroom, kitchen with the basics, helpful staff, good breakfast, good location.

What’s bad: Some stuff doesn’t work and we needed to ask for fixes; the shower is very tiny and the shower head sprays all over. There is no elevator or banister to hold onto when climbing the stairs. It’s very noisy in the front room due to the street. One night was quite noisy until after 1am. The main TV is small and high up on the wall and gives you a neck ache looking up to it!

Amazing hotel with a super lovely staff, especially Maria who provided great service humor at the hotel's delicious buffet style breakfast! The location is very convenient as it is within a 10 minute walk of the beaches and the coast, many delicious food places, a supermarket, liquor stores, the bus/train station, and plenty of shops.
If you are looking for a nice hotel to spend the night at and enjoy a nice breakfast in before heading out to enjoy the day this place is lovely and highly recommended!

We had a very nice stay. We had a problem with our shower, however a plumber was called in and the shower was fixed the next day

Esperienza meravigliosa.
Personale più che eccellente.
Stanze spaziose, pulitissime, ben arredate, funzionali.
Bagno essenziale con doccia spaziosossima.
Palazzo non dotato di ascensore, ma è veramente da paragonarsi ad un granello di sabbia in una spiaggia di benessere.
Torneremo.

We've stayed here for one night only, room was clean and comfy, you get complementary drinks in the mini fridge and staff is very friendly. Location is perfect, right in town centre, minutes away from anything you'd like to see in Sorrento. Great breakfast also! Thank you.

A great inn. The women who manage the Starace are friendly and helpful as well as welcoming. Our room had a balcony with a wonderful view of the evening passigiata. Breakfast was a wonderful way to start our day.
