The Boats are great - we took the beneteau flyer 9 and we really enjoyed it being a group of 9.
The location in port Palamos is strategic because you have lot of nice “Cala” within 10nm.
Last but not least, the staff is super kind and helpful. Really recommend!
Unfortunately, I have to give a bad review because of one particular worker (Nil).
We were 3 young couples that rented a boat to spend a quiet afternoon in the Costa Brava waters. After sailing for 20-30 minutes and just 30 secs after anchoring, the boat next to us warned us that a rubber going around hull had popped off (we had just sailed, so no chance that we had been the cause for that). We decided to take the rubber on board, holding it with the cleat to prevent it from jumping again and getting caught in the propeller (in an attempt to exercise caution).
As soon as we came back to the harbour, this guy Nil greeted us with very bad manners (with the excuse that we were 15 minutes late) and began to insinuate that we had intentionally damaged the boat. After calmly explaining the facts and despite the fact that his colleagues did not give much credit to the situation either, he continues with his bad manners saying that "we have made a bad use of the boat" or even "that we had returned it destroyed". Once we are off the boat, he proceeds to tell us that our deposit (700 eur) will not be return at this point, which was very surprising. I explain again the situation and showed my disagreement, telling him that if he really was to proceed this war then he was acting in really bad faith (note that the rubber had already been replaced in just 5 minutes).
As anticipated, the following Monday I got my deposit back from the Company. This is a clear example of incompetence and someone who does not know how to treat customers. It's a pity because for such things your reputation goes down the drain. I really hope you are able to fix this because at the end of the day it reflects on how the Company wants to do business.
