Centrally located 5 star hotel in a historic building. I stayed here for two nights as recommended by a friend but frankly I thought the overall maintenance and quality of service were that of a 4 star hotel. Except an elderly receptionist, all other front desk staff were very matter of fact but the breakfast staff and food were great. The room itself showed signs of decay and to me it did not measure up to the Sina standards. The concierge service was poor. Expected more from this brand!

Durante un pernotto per lavoro, ho apprezzato questa fantastica struttura.
Camera pulita ,raffinata , silenziosa.
Il personale è stato gentilissimo, la cena molto gustosa e con un bellissimo impiattamento.
Palazzo d’epoca molto ben conservato.

Beautiful location in the heart of the town!
Even has a small gym to give you a chance to workout. The view from the location on the hilltop is amazing. Literally steps away from a nice walking area with numerous restaurants and shops. Great to walk around the town as it’s has a great vibe!
but not super crazy busy as the big cities!

Great Hotel great service we were a little under the weather toward the end of our trip and it was a perfect place to relax use the sauna and the swimming pool would highly recommend it

The location of this hotel is amazing, but the experience during our stay is horrible. There was a water supply problem during our stay and the hotel did not even provide any assistances or compensations (ex: free bottle waters or room change..). If this is a 5-star hotel, you should do it better!

In this charming hotel the attention was special from the moment we arrived until we left, the staff was very polite, attentive and helpful, if we return to Perugia we will undoubtedly select this spectacular hotel with an amazing staff and service.

飯店的晚餐很好吃 可惜用完晚餐回到房間發現水龍頭沒有水 不論是冷水或熱水 一切變的很不方便 除了無法洗澡之外 洗臉刷牙上廁所喝水都沒辦法 等到12點還是沒水 只好忍著不舒服先睡覺了

Ho trascorso per motivi di lavoro una notte in questa splendida struttura, centrale, personale qualificato e molto cordiale, pulizia ottimale e garage interno. Ci ritornerò sicuramente!

Struttura extra lusso personale gentile e all'altezza del proprio compito , camere pulitissime, buona la colazione, ampio bar ???? posto servito bene da mezzi pubblici.

Hotel di classe. Stanze molto ampie. Tutto ottimo. Unico neo nella bella piscina acqua veramente troppo calda,impossibile fare anche una sola bracciata.

Location ottima, le camere non sono insonorizzate, si sente tutto dall'altra parte del muro, in modo particolare quando c'è una porta chiusa tra le due stanze.

le posso assicurare che con la porta di mezzo sentivamo scandite perfino le parole della conversazione che proveniva dal televisore acceso dai vicini di stanza, che evidentemente lo tenevano ad alto volume
