Meine Tochter musste dringend zur Toilette. Diese wurde und verwehrt mit der Aussage wir sind ein Hotel und haben keine Toilette. Ein schlechterer Service geht wohl kaum. Absolut nicht zu empfehlen.

It's bizarre that this beautiful old building in such a stunning location should be run so grudgingly. Some individual staff members did their best but the management treat the guests as an inconvenience. Why have the restaurant closed at the height of the season? Breakfast was quite skimpy (cheapest ham and cheese, croissants run out quickly). Indifferent coffee. The rooms are comfortable and clean and the view is lovely. But what a waste. Someone with interest/experience in the hospitality business (clue in the name) please take this place over and run it properly.

DO NOT STAY HERE. the staff are horrible and do not care about their guests. It’s got stunning views, but there is a 10 minute very steep walk to get to literally ANY shop or restaurant and the staff (Marta) do not care about your stay at all. We asked for taxi’s and whether there was a bus that goes into the town, she said ‘not possible’ but we managed to get a taxi and there was a bus.
We also spoke to a local, who knows the hotel well, and said that all they care about is money. They’ve closed the restaurant because it means they get to do even less work than they do already.
This was the worst holiday of my life because of this hotel. It was truly awful. DO NOT STAY HERE IF YOUR LIFE DEPENDED ON IT.

Nous avons réservé 2 chambres dans cet hôtel en mars pour le mois d'Août via un moteur de réservation. La propriétaire nous a contacté pour nous demander de réserver en direct.
À notre arrivée elle s'est juste rendu compte qu'elle avait oublié de nous réserver les 2 chambres.
La seule solution proposée, un appartement dans une résidence, pas de vue, pas de clim, sur la route principale, une seule chambre avec canape-lit.
Le pire est que seuls quelques coups de fil ont du être passés par l'hôtel, car dès le lendemain nous avons trouvé nous-même des chambres dans un hôtel très bien pour le même budget.
Pas un appel de la gérante, juste un "I am sorry, my mistake."
En plus le restaurant de l'hôtel était fermé et au petit-déjeuner il n'y avait pas grand chose à manger à notre arrivée...
Bref sens du service ZERO. Une attitude intolérable pour un établissement dans un lieu touristique. A ÉVITER ABSOLUMENT

Quite good location of the hotel.
It is difficult to find parking, but this is difficult in all of Italy, the hotel does not have its own parking unfortunately. If you want to check in during the day, you are unlikely to succeed, since there is no one at lunchtime, but you can call the number, they always answer. The rooms in the hotel are clean and tidy, quite spacious rooms with terraces, not much cramped bathroom but everything is there. There are no air conditioners, but there is a fan, which makes it easier in the summer heat. There is a place nearby where you can swim in the morning, there are usually not many people there. A kilometer from the hotel is the center and the park and all the restaurants with shops. The hotel serving breakfast - there is not much, but you have almost everything. The Restaurant isn’t operating at the moment. In general, I recommend this place as a stopover in Bellagio.

Bon soyons clair , chambre look ancien te mais bonne literie, il faut prendre les chambres avec vue Lac qui sont top !!!! service , le jeune réceptionniste est adorable, la direction ...eh bien je cherche encore la caméra caché une vrais blague ...bref pour la localisation oui à 150 % pour le petit dej ca va...resto est ferme , je pense que le chef n a plus de XANAX :-)

Un charmant petit hôtel au calme avec une vue magnifique sur le lac. Choisissez l'option chambre avec vue vous ne le regretterez pas
Le centre de Bellagio est à 10/15 minutes à pied avec une belle montée à l'aller et au retour mais sur un joli chemin piétonnier
Une minuscule plage près de l'hôtel permet même de se baigner

Weg in die Altstadt beschwerlich ca 220 Stufen
Trotzallem würden wir das Hotel nicht nochmal buchen da das Personal für uns in nie bekannten Buchungen extrem unfreundlich war.
Sehr schade.

Accueil très incorrect , d'un irrespect total .
Les patrons / responsables sont incorrects .Si nous ne sommes pas contents on nous conseille de partir !
Le restaurant était fermé sans avoir été prévenu .
La chambre est jolie mais est ce que cela justifie un comportement aussi arrogant ...je ne crois pas .
Bref très décevant . Nous ne reviendrons plus .

Chambre jolie et belle terrasse en revanche le prix est bien trop élevé pour les services proposés.
Le restaurant est indiqué fermé le jeudi et finalement le mercredi il n’était pas ouvert et ce n’était pas indiqué.
Il faisait très froid dans la chambre et du premier étage on entend les livreurs la nuit, toutes les voitures, les préparations du petit déjeuner ou encore tout les autres clients…

Hiddenn gem outside busy tourist area. Nice terrace overlooking the lake. Tasty food, good menu - aspargus risotto was fantastic. And as a bonus, champagne from Epernay 10 € per glass. Nice and friendly service.

Ci siamo trovati per caso in moto ,non conoscendo bene la zona .siamo entrati e ci accogleuna signora gentilissima credo sia la padrona di casa dicendo di lasciare casci e giubbotti in una stanza , ci fanno accomodare fuori in terrazza che dire sono rimasto senza fiato dalla bellezza della vista ,servizio perfetto cibo 10 lode prezzo ottimo complimenti ci torneremo sicuramente per una notte

Pescallo è un borgo da sogno. Il ristorante ha quindi una posizione unica e un ambiente affascinante e storico.
Cucina con basi solide nella tradizione e qualche guizzo fantasioso.
Servizio attento, cordiale e professionale.
