Sehr tolle Jugenherberge! Unkompliziert und sehr sympathisches Personal! Alles ist sehr einfach aber sauber und zweckmässig. Es hat eine kleine Küche zum benutzen. Ein kleines Frühstück ist inbegriffen. Die Lage ist auch top.

The location is perfect, super close to the city's center, and everything you need is near the hostel
The guys who manage the hostel are super kind and helpful
Marco,the owner is super cool .He also let me take a shower even after I did the checkout .
I definitely suggest this place

Perfect hostel in my opinion, wish I could have stayed longer ! The owner is reallyyyy nice, attentive and helpful ! Volunteers are here the evening to help you if you have any problem. Good atmosphere ! Very nice building ( inside and outside ). Easy to make friends thanks to the common areas ( which are perfect , as the rest ! ). The bathrooms in this hostel were the best I’ve ever seen in hostels ! The breakfast is free ! I definitely would recommend this hostel ! ????

I really enjoyed this hostel! Everything felt very clean and the bunks were pretty comfortable. Great location and the wifi worked very well. Big shout out to Sara - she is the sweetest and was extremely helpful. I'd definitely stay here again!

Cette auberge de jeunesse offre une expérience positive, avec un personnel accueillant qui propose une visite des lieux dès notre arrivée. Les espaces communs, tels que le salon et la cuisine, sont particulièrement agréables et bien aménagés, permettant de préparer ses propres repas grâce à une cuisine équipée. Bien que les douches soient situées à l'extérieur des chambres, elles sont très propre. Ma chambre, dotée de 8 lits, bénéficiait d'un WC privé. L'emplacement de l'auberge est idéal, à seulement 10 minutes à pied de la place Ferrari, et elle offre la possibilité de participer à des visites guidées de la ville, organisées trois fois par semaine par une association locale. Ces visites sont gratuites et proposées uniquement en anglais, mais il est normal de laisser un pourboire au guide en reconnaissance de son travail. En conclusion, je recommande vivement cette auberge pour son emplacement, son personnelz et ses installations confortables, parfaites pour rencontrer d'autres voyageurs.

If you get a histel in Genoa, i hightly recomend staying at OStellin Hostel. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcome and the place is spacious and light. Great location, rooms, service!

The owner was so kind and attentive, he showed to us the whole hostel and explaind everything. Also the stuff is cool! The rooms and the bathrooms were clean and the place had a friendly, bohemian atmosphere. And the kitchen was amazing with old fresco and mosaic floor. We loved our stay here!

20 eur + 2 eur city tax for a 8 prople room. Planty of space, balcony and a bathroom with shower in the room. Polite staff. During the high season the price shall be double, around 40 eur per night.
Good kitchen. Breakfast included

The whole experience was ok.
We’ve been disappointed that our bedroom was actually located in another building which was not as nice as the main structure (the commun area was tiny and dark). The breakfast was nothing amazing (cornflakes, milk, biscuits).
Last thing, we had to walk up a lot of stairs with 4 luggages and 2 kids just to check in and then go down again to change building because our bedroom was in another building. The person I spoke with 20 min before we got there could have told us to leave the luggage before doing the checkin. The same person who showed us the room didn’t give us any info and wasn’t particularly friendly !

Eravamo nella depandance, personale cordiale e disponibile, camere da letto comode e pulite, il necessario per la colazione è nella cucina... Nell' insieme una permanenza piacevole e tranquilla.

Belle expérience, avec de très bons moments. Espace familial et propre, beaucoup de bonne énergie, personnel sympathique et heureux. L'auberge est centrale et proche de tout. Ils proposent des activités ensemble, ils ont un groupe WhatsApp pour faciliter la communication, des dîners avec de la nourriture typique et amusante. Je suis venu passer une nuit et j'y suis resté trois. Un merci spécial à Ana Thaís et Maaike, elles ont été super réceptives. Merci à toute l'équipe et bonne vie !!

was verbally harassed and threatened by a staff member who chased me down the street because he thought i stole his charger. he forced me to come back into the hostel with him and i found it in literally two minutes. train your employees, i’ve been traveling for three months and have not once experienced this level of unprofessional behavior.

i was seriously scared that i would be beaten up or hurt for something i never did nor did i intend to do.

I had the best time in OStellin Hostel!! I immediately felt like home the second I arrived ???????? lovely accommodation with the best people! Especially Sara and Ana made my time in Genoa unforgettable!!! Thank you so much guys for this amazing week! I’ll come again.

Posto sporco. Il gestore mi ha discriminato per la mia età! Come se avessi fatto un favore mi ha accettato come cliente .Mentre sul loro sito non c'è nessun regolamento per la questione della età..Lui che ha 42 anni sembrava mio nonno .Questa gente deve andare zappare la terra .La notte la musica ad alto volume .Insomma di basso livello LUI E il suo Specie di ostello .
