Dans un ancien palazzo, au cœur du centre historique, la salle élégante de ce restaurant, avec pour décor les fresques de Bernard Strozzi, est vraiment magnifique. La table y est dressée avec soin et la cuisine gastronomique est orchestrée par le chef Ivano Ricchebono, qui s’est vu décerner 1 Étoile Michelin plus que méritée. Sa cuisine prend son inspiration dans la mer et dans la terre, pour une explosion d’arômes et de saveurs. Les assiettes sont de toute beauté. Du très grand art ! Une expérience culinaire riche d’émotions.

Cena di lavoro. I tanti ospiti erano grati e soddisfatti. Il vino bianco non mi ha entusiasmato e l'avrei preferito più freddo. Frettolosa la descrizione dei piatti serviti.

Cibo: scrivo "solo" che nella sesta portata del menù degustazione di un risotrante stellato erano inclusi piccoli insetti (forse piccole formichine) che si muovevano gioiosamente su e giù sui funghi.
Servizio: fatto notare il fatto ci è stato repentinamente portato via il piatto e ripresentato identico senza i funghi. Nessuno ci ha proposto un cambio piatto (che, a mio parere, mancando un ingrediente fondamentale di un piatto, era doveroso) e nessuno a fine cena si è scusato. Pagato 190 euro a cranio senza nemmeno un euro di sconto (sarebbero bastate le scuse).
Ambiente: data la presenza di una tavolata di più di 10 persone e dato che il locale si compone di una stanza affrescata con soffitti abbastanza alti c'era un rimbombo di voci e un casino allucinante.
Se la cena fosse stata in un ristorante nelle campagne del Vietnam non mi sarei sorpreso più di tanto ma trattandosi di uno stellato ed essendo stata la cena più costosa mai fatta nella mia vita non posso che rimanere a bocca aperta di fronte all'accaduto. Semplicemente PESSIMI!

Une expérience gastronomique dans un cadre somptueux, dîner dans un véritable palais génois, un service international.

Of particular interest is the Seafood menu, delicate and elegant.
Cappuccino, the potato soup they offer as an entree stole my heart: it had the flavour of hard work by the sea.
The game of textures and the visuality of these plates make for an incredible experience, although I must admit to not having been so impressed by the wine pairings offered: somehow they felt flat and safe, no bold combination, no surprises, just a simple pleasantry.
They nail dessert with the assortment they offer to close the meal: the carrot is the most fun I had eating dolce and the surprise of how the carrots snaps when digging in with a spoon to reveal the white cream inside; it’s always great to feel like a child.
I would love to point out the great staff that mans this restaurant, not just the chef, whom my partner and I met by chance the following day by the street of the city and he was so kind as to recommend a friend’s restaurant for lunch, but as well the gentlemen who we had the pleasure to be served by with great elegance and knowledge.
