Great place, clean , no queues, easy check in as this can be completed in advance online and collect keys at the kiosk.Wonderful breakfast , great location nearby train station and restaurants. The rooftop 39th floor has amazing view, especially during the night. They also sell cocktails at the rooftop , cash is the preferred method of payment.

this is a scam / fraud. Panorama room offers stunning views of Berlin however the room was at 6th floor looking to roof of the building. it was a terrible stay. Pillows and beds are uncomfortable, pillows are thin as paper. Cleaning was not sufficient, if you use cotton buds, they do not put new ones. I asked room change or compensation but i have not received any return from hotel or booking.
I will share this scam with tourism offices also because of misleading customers with add.
Get away from here, terrible experience.

Extrem schlechtes Discounter Frühstück !

Durchschnittliches Hoel, Sanitäre Bereich nicht so toll, werden durch einen Vorhang und eine Duchkabinen und WC Kabine im Raum abgeteilt.Es ist wie früher im Krankenhaus

2 Sterne jeweils für den Service/Personal und für die Lage des Hotels.
Negativ:
Duschkabine ist eine absolute Fehlkonstruktion! Man schafft es nicht zu duschen ,ohne mindestens 2 Handtücher zu verbrauchen um damit den Boden trocken zu wischen.
Das war mit Sicherheit kein Handwerker der die Idee gehabt hat, aus der Duschtür auch die Badezimmertür zu machen!
Sehr hellhörige Konstruktion,die wenig Privatsphäre zulässt sobald man zu 2 unterwegs ist.
Dazu kommt das die Kloschüssel extrem niedrig angebracht ist,das hat schon Kindergarten Charakter und ist für Menschen mit Knie Problemen nicht zu empfehlen.
Mein Zimmer wirkte recht abgewohnt,liegt zum Teil an der Gäste Anzahl und zum Teil am Baujahr des Gebäudes.
Unangenehm ist leider auch das Frühstück,dank der enormen Gäste Anzahl hat man schnell das Gefühl man ist auf einem Flughafen Terminal, entspannt Frühstücken ist dort kaum möglich. Das wird leider noch verstärkt da der Vorraum im EG auch Durchgang zur Sky-Bar(Touristen) und zu einem Burger King ist.
Das Hotel besticht durch seine Höhe und den Ausblick auf Berlin, für Komfort würde ich allerdings in ein anderes Hotel gehen, da gibt es reichlich in der Preiskategorie.

There were some issues with the water and heating during the 2nd day of our stay. Water disappeared in the morning (between 7-9AM) and then the heating wasn't working when we came back in the afternoon.
The rooms we stayed in felt a bit worn out already. Not having doors in the bathroom area also give the rooms a cheap feel overall (like we're staying in a motel/ hostel). Location is excellent though thus the 3-star rating.
I wish they didn't charge for luggage storage for those staying more than 1 night. It was 2 EUR for each bag/ luggage.
I think one would be able to find a better accommodation in Berlin given the price point.

War ein super Aufenthalt in eurem Hotel. Wir waren in der 34 Etage und hatten ein super Ausblick. Das Frühstück war auch super. Wir werden im Sommer wieder ein Zimmer bei euch buchen! Bei dem Thema Parkhaus könnte man sich vielleicht mit den Kosten was einfallen lassen.

A great hotel with friendly staff in an excellent location. Arriving by train is just a few minutes walking to the hotel from the station and from the hotel you can take various metro, train, tram and buses to other parts of Berlin. The hotel is really nice and tidy, the rooms have everything you need and I would definitely come back to this hotel if I go to Berlin again

지하철과 기차역이 바로 앞이라 교통이 너무 편리하였고 백화점과 DM등 쇼핑센터가 바로 옆에 있어 편리하고 조식부페는 더할나위 없이 만족스러웠어요. 그러나 객실은 좀 낡았고 무엇보다 청소가 잘 되지 않아 화장실은 냄새가 너무 나고 바닥도 더러웠어요.

El hotel está muy bien. La ubicación es ideal porque está a 100 metros de la estación de Alexanderplazt. LLegan todas las lineas incluidas las del aeropuerto.

Las habitaciones son extremadamente pequeñas en relación con el precio que cuestan. Por lo demás es una gran opción si deseas hospedarte en la zona de Alexanderplatz. Caminando puedes llegar a sitios interesantes y te podrás desplazar con facilidad en el transporte público

Check in process not clear and not enough communication given. No kettle in room but charging per coffee pod over double what I pay at home. Toilet stank of urine.

Good view (21st floor). Alexanderplatz has everything in vicinity. Especially when using local transport which is highly recommended.

We had the best of time with this hotel..A very wonderful stay, everything was smooth..From the Reception, to every staff we interacted with.
Perfect location for my family.Trains and Trams are 2mins away by walking.
Will recommend to anyone that wants to enjoy Berlin.

Die Zimmer sind etwas abgenutzt. Duschen in einer alten Badewanne find ich im 4 Sterne Hotel nicht angemessen. Lage Top. Essen gut

Bon hotel
Bon hôtel, véritable usine cependant avec un millier de chambres, l'accueil est patiente pour ceux ne parlant pas très bien anglais ou pour le moindre petit problème.
Idéalement situé à proximité de tous les transports en communs de la ville et du centre.
Seul bémol possible : la salle de bain n'est pas très "intime" et peut déplaire en cas de voyage d'affaires.
