Wunderschönes Hotel mit viel Liebe und Stil gestaltet. Das Familienzimmer war Größer als erwartet, sehr schön und nur zum Wohlfühlen, Babybett gab es ohne Aufpreis. Die Lobby war wahnsinn, stilvoll, belebend mit kleinem Einkaufsmarkt, Dj am Abend, leckerem Essen und tollen Getränken. Tischtennisraum, Sauna sowie Fitnesscenter auch klasse. Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Super Lage, nicht weit entfernt ein 24 Std. Edeka sowie verschiedene Restaurants. Parkplätze ausreichend vorhanden. Top Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.
Wir waren begeistert. Können es nur empfehlen und kommen definitiv wieder.

Check in … it’s a self check in/out, it takes a while to find the well hidden spot with personnel available for assistance.
WiFi … weakest signal ever (room 1438) no connection possible, and since even the TV operates via WiFi—also no entertainment available.
Bar … overcrowded while understaffed.
The only plus is the location of the hotel within Berlin.
Besides this, it’s an absolute „no thanks, never again“.

Not very cheap, but rooms were clean, all of the necessary things were available. The staff was nice, it was a little bit crowded (especially during breakfasts). Food during breakfasts was good, nothing to complain about. Minus - check-in self-service system, it seems a bit lazy. And most importantly - great location.

Disappointing...The hallway looks like 4 star hotel but the room is more like 2 star hotel. The 1) thing we didn't like : we entered, we saw these screens with self-check-in and a lady who helped us with clicking on correct buttons.... This is not a very human approach, especially when you arrive to a 4 star hotel. A traditional reception desk with friendly humans (not a bunch of screens) changes so much about the first impression when arriving to a hotel. 2) thing we didn't like : water constantly running out of the shower, making a ''lake'' on the carpeting, then ''the lake'' is getting dry for 3 days while creating mushroom smell in the air (the room was cleaned every day but the cleaning staff didn't do anything about it) 3) thermostat was broken and the temperature showed 23.5 degrees. we reported it the first night but nobody fixed it - luckily there was a balcony so we left the big window open the whole time. The positive thing about this hotel is the beautiful hallway and you expect the room to meet the same standards. Unfortunately our room didn't match standards of a 4 star hotel...

Welcoming, well decorated hotel.

Great service within the restaurant and bar, of particular note is Philip who has gone above and above & should be considered an asset to the corporation.

Would definitely stay again.

Das Hotel Berlin Berlin ist eine gute Basis für geschäftliche Aktivitäten. Die Zimmer sind sehr gepflegt und sauber, hier kann man sich entspannen und ausruhen vor oder nach einem Meeting, einer Schulung oder einem Interview.
Auch für private Aufenthalte bietet sich das Hotel an. Die hellen Farben haben mir besonders gefallen, Ordnung und Hygiene sind hier selbstverständlich.

Tolles Hotel mit sehr modernen Zimmern und guter Lage, der CheckIn erfolgt selbstständig am PC im Eingangsbereich, der Standort des jeweiligen Zimmers könnte besser ausgeschildert sein-
Super Frühstück, im Restaurant moderate Preise und sehr freundliches Personal- danke Paul!

Ich bin echt froh das ich auf Dienstreise war und nicht selbst gezahlt/gebucht habe. SelfCheckin ist ja gut und schön aber ausgereift ist das System noch nicht. Buchungsnummer nicht erkannt, Kostenübernahme auch nicht also mussten wir am ende zur Gästebetreuung und mussten uns Klassisch einbuchen lassen. Zimmer und Hotel sind grundsätzlich schick, aber Fernbedienungen ging nicht, man steht unter der Dusche und der Duschspender ist alle, dann will man das mit der Fernbedienung der Gästebetreuung melden, geht auch noch das Telefon nicht… zu allem Überfluss sind im Zimmer 4 Steh-/Tischlampen die alle einzeln abgeschaltet werden müssen.

ABER alles wurde noch am selben Tag behoben ????

Absolutely a great hotel in a prime location.. easy accessible transport.. really good breakfast.. rooms are very clean and massive.. Nespresso coffee machines are a great addition.
You can leave your luggage before and after checkout which was another plus point.
Staff are very good...especially Tina, Estban and Nick at the reception.
Will surely stay here...

We kwamen binnen en dachten wat is dit voor fabriek. Vooral het inchecken. Dit moet je zelf doen op een computer scherm mega onpersoonlijk. Ook het uitchecken. Niks van hoe was je verblijf etc. De kamer was ruim en netjes. Helaas was de lamp in de spiegel van de badkamer kapot. Verder zaten er veel vlekken in de vloerbedekking. Waarschijnlijk van het lege van de koffiemachine. Ontbijt is enorm druk ook omdat het een mega groot hotel is. Maar genoeg plek en genoeg eten. Bediening is zeer vriendelijk. Afstand tussen bekende toeristische plekken is goed te doen en anders is de metro dichtbij.
Volgende keer kiezen we een kleiner hotel. Iets persoonlijker.

Location is good. We walked from the trainstation Zoologischer Garten and it took like 15-20min. The Zoo is 15min away drom the hotel and the U bahn,metro was like 5min walk away. Service was good and very friendly. We like to say special thanks to the guy at the reception. He was so kind and helpful. Just a lovely person! Room was okey, little bit tiny but in our needs it was enough, only bad thing in my eye was the hoovering was not good enought allthough the room was clean otherwise. Breakfest was good, only missing the porridge. My vegan friend did not get enough options like there was jogurt for vegans. It would be helpful if the would be a table for vegans and gluten-free customers. But anyways we enjoyed the hotel, so Danke Schön! I Will visit again here.

Waren sehr positiv überrascht! Von außer sehr unscheinbar. Mega schön und modern. Beim Frühstück ist auch alles dabei was man braucht und auch sehr frisch. Die Lage ist ideal. Wir waren rundum zufrieden! Auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert. :)

Была в Берлине пару дней. Остановила свой выбор на этом отеле из-за его расположения и интересного дизайна. В здании отеля есть ресторан, бар а также столы для игры в настольный теннис. Номера уютные и чистые.

A internet não funciona. não tem internet no hotel. se vc quiser usar a rede wifi deste hotel, esqueça. Um desrespeito completo com o hóspede que pagou caro. Não ficaria outra vez aqui...não vale o preço.

C'est vraiment un super beau hôtel, très propre et très bien situé.
Mais j'averti les autres clients de ma mésaventure. Ma réservation été modifiable et lorsque j'ai souhaité la décaler de 4 mois ( à cause d'une opération) la réceptionniste à refuser.
Elle m'a dit que si je ne venais pas à la date prévue je perdrais ma réservation sans remboursement. Heureusement, que j'avais réservé avec Booking car eux ont fais le nécéssaire très facilement.
Attention il n'y a pas de vrai réception. Tout se fait en self service. Je ne sais pas si on peut laisser des bagages à l'hôtel en cas de départ tardif.

Hôtel très bien situé proche du métro de la ligne de bus 100; l’enregistrement sur des bornes ne pose pas de problème particulier.
Petit déjeuner très sympa
Les ascenseurs c’est compliqué quand on est au 6ème étage;
Restauration possible et très bien focacchia très bonne;
Je reviendrai sûrement dans cet hôtel si je reviens à Berlin ;

As we got a message we got an “upgrade”, we got so happy. Although we reserved the superior rooms: The rooms were nice but super hot, AC didn’t work and here was absolutely little to no wifi signal in my room, in the 4th floor as well, not in my phone, laptop or tablet. View was inexistent. I am still figuring out what type of upgrade was that or how bad the superior rooms we got were. Breakfast and parking was expensive, as it was very complicated to park in and out, instead of being able to purchase a 4 days ticket in and out, we had to pay every time we got in and got out 25 euros per day. Besides if you park as a hotel guest, there is no door for you to open from the back with your hotel key, you have to go around the whole block to get in from the other side using your hotel key. That is like a 10 min walk. The Restaurant is not available all the time during the day for late lunch. Overall I am not satisfied with my experience.

Sehr schöne, moderne und geräumige Zimmer. Es gibt keine Rezeption. Man checkt digital ein und aus. Zu der Zeit als wir da waren, fand dort eine große LGBT Veranstaltung statt. Ich finde, dass das Hotel im Vorfeld darüber informieren soll.
Sonst liegt das Hotel recht zentral. Man ist sehr schnell an allen Sehenswürdigkeiten.

Unser zweites Mal hier. Der Self-checkin ist leider immer noch nervig langwierig, das können andere besser. Zimmer aber top und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Zimmer und Bad sehr geräumig und sauber.

C' est un Hôtel moderne et lumineux. La chambre est confortable et la literie , très bien. Le personnel est accueillant et le petit déjeuner frais et copieux.

Nous avons passé trois nuits. Belle chambre spacieuse et très bien insonorisée. Service impeccable.
Un peu loin du centre mais il y a un métro à proximité ( + ou - 700m)
