Very clean rooms,and it was really good to let us bring in our dogs. The water was really hot, and we loved the concept of the floors being heated, and also the overall of the sizes of the rooms would recommend this place to anyone going through, I know for myself if ever I go through Amos I will be definitely stop here and spend the night again

Stay here again last weekend. We were 4 hours late arriving, starving, to find restaurant was open (Easter Monday) and their food was fantastic.
The people there are so fantastic and di anything they can to accommodate you.
I love the fact that they allow dogs as well.

NO DOORS OR WALLS AROUND THE BATHROOMS IN ALL THE ROOMS ON THE SECOND FLOOR !!!!!! That’s all I have to say.

The men that is working the night shift tried to be helpful as less they could when we asked for extra pillows until I insisted we do need the extra pillows., especially the older gentleman who tried to tell me that we don't need the extra pillows. Previous were better then this.

The gratitude I have for the staff and ownership of the atmosphere is beyond words. As we ran into an emergency on a ski doo trip for a friend having a heart attack on their front door and to see them come out to help with communication to the paramedics and police to jumping in to get the AED on our friend until paramedics arrived was absolutely not expected. To go above and beyond to make sure we had a great night stay and to getting our truck and trailer from another city this hotel goes above and beyond. It wasn’t our first stay at this place and sure won’t be the last. You are in great hands and hospitality here.

Court séjour pour des raisons professionnelles dans cet hôtel très fonctionnel à deux pas du centre d'Amos. Lit confortable, wifi efficace pour travailler. J'ai beaucoup apprécié avec un humidificateur dans la chambre car quand il fait très froid le chauffage rend l'air très sec.

Rooms are outdated , TV is outdated as in some rooms have premium channels ( 2 queen bed ones ) but the king one has basic channels??

Floor is dirty , maybe it's only swept and not washed.
Outlets hanging out, fridge set to max coldness, noisy rooms from the fridge to the heater, dirty shower heads, sink with visible hair from previous customers.

For one night is okay, I don't know the service for a many days stay.

Super séjour. Bon accueuil. Restait un seul kleenex dans la boite, mais on m'en a rapidement fourni une nouvelle.

Chambre propre et accueillante. Spa extérieur chaud, mais il faut marcher dans la neige pour y accéder. Pas réussis à partir les jets, mais ça ne me tentait pas d'aller au bout du corridor demander à la réception.

J'adore cet endroit et j'y retournerai bientôt.

Parce que l'hôtel était complet, le propriétaire m'a logé dans une maison de chambres bruyante au centre-ville loin des services de l'hôtel principale et j'ai payé le même prix qu'une chambre de l'hôtel.

The staff spoke English so that was a bonus (my French is very poor). The room was nice and they had bikes that you could borrow to tour around town. The restaurant was good too.

Stayed here in March 2023. Clean room, restaurant on site, good breakfast. Pleasant staff, spoke English. Good snowmobile trail access. Would stay here again.

Aucune serviette propre dans toute l’hôtel
Nous avont du aller à la réception à chaque fois que nous manquions de papier de toilette , sac poubelle , serviette ect…
Ils nous ont avisé que nous devions nous déplacer nous mêmes pour le récupérer.
Nous avont du payer la chambre en entier 6 jours avant notre arrivée car nous faisions partie d’un tournois de hockey .Personnel à la réception bête comme leurs pied , seul point positif est le restaurant et leurs employés
Pour le reste éviter cette hôtel .
