Incredibly overpriced, they try to squeeze you completely dry - it's pretty much a big tourist trap.
Especially the bar staff is really rude - service is terrible and they try to only serve you the most expensive stuff on the menu. They just refuse to give you what you want and say it's 'out of stock' while it isn't.
Also for kitesurfing it isn't the best spot in the Lagoon, would definitely not recommend this place.
The rooms look nice, but it's very cheaply done and the beds are as comfortable as the floor.

Merci pour ce magnifique séjour. Avec un group de 4 filles nous avons passé une semaine très agréable! Accueil très agréable, chambres impeccables. Les bungalows sont confortables et offrent une belle vue sur la lagune. Quel endroit merveilleux pour faire le kite !

Let me start by saying that the location is beautiful, the food is amazing, and the kite instructors are all really nice. What’s hopeless is the reception… very unreliable. At times it felt like being in a prison, as you are bound to stay at their hotel or any of the sister hotels (Attitude, West Point, Dunes etc). If you want to go anywhere outside their connected locations, it’s impossible to get there. I asked for cash at the reception (paid for by card) to book my own taxi, but they would not give me it, unless I promised the cash wouldn’t leave the hotel. What??
Dakhla Evasion hotel next door offered beautiful horse riding excursions, but there’s no means of getting there, even though it’s only a mile away. As you can’t get past the road police outside the hotel. The reception suggested instead going to their horse stable 20 km away for double the price…(one of their connections).

Important to know is that the rooms have no Aircon or heating. I posted some realistic images, so you can really see what it’s like. There’s no pool at the hotel, and there’s literally nothing to do when theres no wind. They will at most ferry you to one of their other hotels (at a cost).

Other than that, great kitesurfing spot!

Très bel hôtel avec une vue mer incroyable au réveil ! Les espaces sont très propres et décorés avec goût. La nourriture est variée et de très bonne qualité, merci au Chef et à son équipe dévouée. L’intégralité du staff est attentionné, bienveillant et très poli aussi bien au niveau du bar, que les équipes ménage et les jardiniers.
Excellent rapport qualité prix, belle découverte, nous reviendrons sans aucun doute !

L'école de kitesurf est également de grande qualité. Les staffs sont extrêmement professionnels, drôles et s’adaptent très facilement au niveau des élèves.
Diversité d’activités proposées (kitesurfing, wingfoil, wakeboard…). Merci à toute l’équipe et particulièrement à Saleh et Booba pour leur bonne humeur quotidienne ! À l’année prochaine

Most beautiful spot at the lagune! Amazing bungalows, amazing views, amazing staff. Perfect for kite eat sleep repeat! Very proffesional sports center! Lovly family athmosphere and very chilled laidback vibes! I loved every minute and cant wait to come back! Thank you guys

J’ai beaucoup apprécié l’emplacement de l’hôtel qui permet facilement de se mettre à l’eau à proximité. La nourriture était très bonne et en quantité. Dakhla est un peu loin de tout et l’approvisionnement en fruits semble limité a part bananes et pommes. L’équipe est très agréable et attentionnée en particulier celle qui s’occupe des cours et location de matériel. Côté saison, en début Mars, il faut compter avoir assez de vent 60% du temps. Très satisfait

Overall, I'm super satisfied . The site, the people working at the camp, the food, the equipment, everything is really top notch. Two things must be said: there was a big construction site at the Dakhla Attitude restaurant, it was really noisy from morning to evening and no warning had been made before our arrival. However, the people at reception were really very cooperative and responsive and we were sent to PK 25 which happend to be a super hôtel. The second weak point have been the PK25 renting department which was a bit poor but on it’s way to receive more equipment. Again, over all the Dakhla - PK25 teams have been always extremely polite and cooperative and at the end of the day we have had fun and were super satisfied. can’t wait to come back.

The place is alright, I mean the view is incredible and all, but what made me put 3 stars instead of five is the food and the service, the food isn't quite diversified, there is only one choice of meat per day, and the dishes have either a lack of salt or too much, besides that, there is no free drinks or water, you have to pay to drink a good water, the workers are nice and all, I'll say the same about the rooms exept that the beds aren't that comfy, and everyone gets to see the room, not so private after all. In a general view, I have to say that I liked the place, and it's okay, not bad and not good, and the price for a night is a little expensive for what it actually deserves.

It was a nice stay at the Pk25 last month, the wifi is great for those who are working remote and all the water sports were very accessible (I personally tried windsurf at the Attitude location). The staff was nice, the food delicious, not so much choices but everything was pretty tasty. We stayed 5 days and had a great time. The activities around the city and the countryside are a bit expensive if you’re only 2. I would recommend to be 3 or 4 to make it affordable ;).
The sunsets are breathtaking.

Très mauvaise expérience avec le responsable de l hôtel dont j ai perdu ma valise à l arrivée de l Aeroport du dakhla et il m a promi de venir de temps à autre pour checker mais il a menti il n est jamais venu et même il a refusé sue je l accompagne donc j ai gâché mes vacances et à la fin de mon séjours par coïncidence je l ai trouvé à l aéroport en plus elle est transfert le jour même de mon arrivée … service nul

Nous sommes reconnaissants envers toute l'équipe de cet hôtel pour leur accueil chaleureux. Ils ont du gérer un changement de chambre à la dernière minute car nos enfants était éloignés de notre chambre. Le service de chambre était impeccable et le chef cuisiner a enchanté nos papilles.la vue panorama des sur la lagune des chambre est à couper le souffle. Nous avons pu faire quelques activités proposés par notre agence et par l’hôtel aussi. Un seul point pour moi qui pourrait être prévu c’est la climatisation des chambre car les après midi , il fait vraiment chaud dans les chambre sans que les baies vitrées soient ouvertes .
À part ce point , j’ai bien apprécié mon séjour !
Merci à tout le personnel et au directeur de l’établissement pour votre accueil et sourires tout au long du séjour .
